{ A HaeSica One-Shot }
"Don't you remember what we promised?" He asked.
"Nnnno.... What was it....?" She asked.
"Yah, did you have an amnesia or something..?" He asked.
"Hell no! C'mon, tell me! We've been friends since 5 years old and we've made like a hundred promises. How can I remember?" She rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, we ended our friendship like 12 years after, maybe that's why you forgot everything." He sighed remebering the time when they were seperated.
Jessica wanted to study overseas so she had to go to America and so did Donghae too but he had to go to England.
Jessica couldn't respond to his sentence. "J-just tell me..." She said.
"Alright.. But... You'll regret this." He said.
"Just tell me already!!!" She shouted.
Donghae chuckle in response. "Don't tell me that I didn't warn you.." He said.
"Spill the beans." She said impatiently.
"I made a promise to you that we'll get married when you're Korean age is 26" He said.
Jessica's world stopped revolving upon hearing what Donghae said.
"Why did I have to come to this stupid birthday party?!?! UGH." Donghae complained.
At least there's food.. He thought.
He walked towards the buffet table and took some food.
Somebody with small but long fingers patted his shoulder.
He turned around and saw a pretty girl in fromt of his eyes.
He looked at her cluelessly.
"Are you an angel..?" He asked nervously.
"Huh? An angle? I'm too young to be one.." She said shyly.
"Oh by the way, I'm Jessica. And you are?" She offered her hand.
Donghae shook it. "Donghae." He said.
She nodded her head as they let go.
"So Donghae, let's go play hide and seek!" She said.
"Huh? I don't want to." He pouted.
"Whyy?" Jessica complained.
"Because an angle like you is so hard to find." He pouted again.
Jessica laughed in response. "Okay." She said.
"Jessica! Let's go take a picture!" Her mom called her.
"You're the birthday girl?" Donghae asked her.
She nodded her head.
"Wait. I have something for you" He said while taking something out from his bag.
"A barbie doll?! Thank you!!" She said while taking it.
"I'll treasure it forever!!" She squealed.
"Glad you like it." He smiled sheepishly.
"Jessica Jung Sooyeon, sweetie, come on!" Her mom called her again.
"Okay mom!" She replied.
She walked towards her mom who was getting ready to take a picture with her and the whole family.
Jessica gasped, "Is that the boy who came to my birthday party?"
"Jessica, come on, say hi to him" Her mom said.
"Hi Donghae" She smiled.
"Hm." He plainly replied.
Why is he acting cold? Jessica thought.
He took out a lollipop and it.
"Can I have one?" She asked.
"Nope. It's mine." He it again.
"Why? I want one too" Jessica pouted.
"Don't you get it? It's already mine." He said.
"Why are you acting like this? I thought you were my friend!" She complained.
"Well, I don't care" He said.
"Donghae!!" She shouted.
Their parents were concerned.
"Hey hey hey, what are you guys doing?" Jessica's father asked them.
All of them headed to the arguing little people.
"He didn't want to give me a lollipop" Jessica pited and folded her arms.
"Donghae, why don't you want to? You have another lollipop in your pocket don't you?" His father told him.
"Well I don't want to." He said.
"What is wrong with you Donghae? C'mon, give one to her." His mom told him.
"Uncle gave me some advises on how to act in front of a pretty girl. So I 'acted cool' and 'acted arrogant'. That's what he told me to do" He said.
Their parents sighed and chuckled.
"Don't listen to that uncle of yours. He's just a casanova. Be yourself. Okay, listen to this advice; if you like a pretty girl, give her something to make her happy" Donghae's dad told him.
Donghae nodded and took out a lollipop from his pocket.
"I'm sorry Jessica. Here's a lollipop" He smiled.
"Thank you Donghae" She grabbed the lollipop.
Their parents left them standing in front of each other alone an proceeded to chatting in the living room.
"Donghae, I really like you." She confessed.
"Me too!" He said.
"Donghae, let's get married in the future." She said.
"Huh? Why not now?" He pouted.
"We're still young. Promise me to marry me when my Korean age is um.... 26?" She said.
"What? That's too old! I'm mad at you right now." He folded his arms.
"Donghae! Please" She pouted.
"Okay." He said.
They connected their pinkies together and smiled.
My first HaeSica one-shot and my first one-shot here haha! So how was it?? I was planning to update my fic tomorrow but I remembered something; it's the day my school give us our stupid fcking report cards omg ;___; and if i dont get a good result i won't be able to use any electronics or whatsoever so i'm updating my first chapter today and I was surprised that it was a HaeSica one-shot lol. So wish me luck on my result so you can read more Sica one-shot fics! :3
I bet you're all mentally killing me. GOOD NEWS~ I'm writing a lot now, but since it's an exam week, i can't update. But I will next week! :D -25th of May 2013
