[Youngjae's POV]

Daehyun asked me to leave for a couple of minutes. I pressed my ear against the wall and heard his crying.

I felt my heart break, knowing how much Daehyun had loved Zelo.

I waited and waited. I now knew how Yongguk felt, waiting for the one you loved. I fell asleep as I waited for Daehyun to stop crying.

Then, I felt a timid tap on my shoulder. Daehyun had remembered that I was in the hallway. 

We went back into his room and sat down on the bed.

Gathering all of my courage, I started to lean towards him. Then, I chickened out.  

I thought,"Come on, Youngjae. Be a ing man! Just go for it." I threw out all my inhibitions and went for it. 

[Daehyun's POV]

I asked Youngjae to go outside for a second. When he left the room, I bawled into my pillow.

It hurt a lot.

Hours went by. It turned dark, and I forgot about Youngjae in the hallway.

I realized that I had left him outside and I went to wake him up.
