The ride had finally started.

Myungsoo wasn’t very frightened.

However, Sungyeol looked extremely frightened.

Every single time Sungyeol screeched, Myungsoo groaned and rolled his eyes.

“Why did I have to get stuck with you?” He muttered under his breath.

“Aaaaaaaaaagghhhhhh!” Sungyeol screamed as a zombie popped out of the corner.

He clung onto Myungsoo’s arm in fear, hiding his face in his shoulder.

“What-“ Myungsoo looked down at Sungyeol.

“Yah! If you were going to get so scared, then why did you bother going?!” He snapped.

Sungyeol didn’t answer.

Actually, he didn’t even realize Myungsoo was talking to him.

“Loner! I’m talking to- Huh?”

Myungsoo suddenly felt something wet on his shoulder.

Was Sungyeol crying?

He knew that Sungyeol was terrified, but he didn’t think he would start crying.

“y-y-Yah, are you crying?”

Sungyeol looked up at Myungsoo, his face streaked with tears.

Myungsoo sighed.

“You know none of it is real, right? Why are you so scared?”

Sungyeol looked at the floor, embarrassed.

“i-I get s-scared easily..”

“Just…”

Sungyeol faced Myungsoo.

“Just close your eyes and cover your ears so you don’t hear anything.”

Sungyeol nodded softly.

“And wipe those tears off your face. You look ugly like that.”

Sungyeol pouted then wiped his tears.

When he heard Dongwoo scream, he immediately covered his ears and closed his eyes.

Sungyeol felt a tapping on his shoulder.

“The ride is over, Sungyeol.”

He opened his eyes and looked at Myungsoo, who chuckled.

“Don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone that you cried.”

Sungyeol stared at him as he left the car.

He was quite surprised by the way Myungsoo reacted.

He didn’t make fun of him for crying.

And he actually calmed Sungyeol down a bit.

Sungyeol smiled to himself then followed the others out of the haunted house.

Sungyeol was with the others, walking around Lotte World.

They had already gone on some of the roller coasters and now they were just going to relax.

Besides, it was starting to get late anyway.

“Hey, where did Woohyun go?”

“Sunggyu hyung is gone too.”

Dongwoo giggled. “I bet they went to go-“

Myungsoo interrupted him.

“Ugh, no- I don’t want to hear that!”

Dongwoo looked at him with an innocent face.

“But I was going to say they went to eat!”

“Liar.” Dongwoo giggled again.

“I’m getting kinda hungry. Let’s go find something to eat.” Hoya suggested.

“Okay! Let’s buy ALL the food, Hoya!” Dongwoo skipped happily.

Hoya looked at Myungsoo and Sungyeol.

“You guys coming?”

They shook their heads.

“No, I’m not hungry.” They both unintentionally said in unison.

Hoya raised an eyebrow then nodded, and went after Dongwoo.

Sungyeol glanced at Myungsoo then at Hoya, and shrugged.

He looked around the park for something to do.

Hey look, a Ferris wheel.

Sungyeol shrugged. “I guess it’ll kill some time.”

He walked away, forgetting that Myungsoo was still there.

“Hey! Where are you going?”

Sungyeol turned around.

“Somewhere.” He replied.

“You’re just gonna leave me here?”

Sungyeol shrugged again. “Sure, why not.”

Myungsoo groaned then followed Sungyeol to the Ferris wheel.

“This is boring. Why’d you want to go here?” Myungsoo looked outside the window.

“It’s quiet, I guess. And relaxing.”

Myungsoo looked at Sungyeol.

He could see the fatigue in Sungyeol’s face.

It was almost midnight, so it was pretty late.

“Do you want to leave?” Myungsoo asked.

Sungyeol looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

“Why? Are you going to do something to me? Creep.”

Myungsoo scoffed. “I wouldn’t do anything to you. You’re too ugly.”

Sungyeol pouted. “Your face isn’t very cute either.”

Myungsoo gasped dramatically.

“What?! I’m beautiful! How could you say that!”

“Yeah. So beautiful.”

“Yah, Woohyun. Are we leaving soon? The loner looks tired.”

Sunggyu looked at the time on his phone then nodded.

“It is pretty late. Woohyun, carry Sungyeol.”

“Eh?! Waeyo?!”

“It’s just a piggy back ride, you’ll be fine!” Woohyun grinned at Sungyeol.

Somehow, that grin gave Sungyeol the creeps.

“I can walk! I’m perfectly fine.”

Sunggyu sighed and shrugged. “If you pass out while walking-“

“L hyung might take you to an abandoned alley and you!” Hoya interrupted while laughing.

“What-“

“FOR THE LAST TIME, I AM NOT A !” Myungsoo shouted, causing the people around him to give him odd looks.

“Hyung, people are staring at you.”

“You shouldn’t shout at a place like this.”

Myungsoo rolled his eyes and walked away.

“? What?”

“Nothing, Sungyeol. Don’t worry.” Sunggyu giggled.

“You’re all weird..” Sungyeol muttered under his breath.
