“Hyung! Hyung, wake up!”

Sungyeol groaned and pulled the blanket over his head.

It was the first day of school. He hated going to school. It was filled with rich, arrogant s. But that wasn’t why he hated it. He could care less about those people. The actual reason why he hated his school was the Kingka, Kim Myungsoo, who preferred to be called L. No one knew why he didn’t like being called his real name, but no one dared to ask.

“Yah, you’re going to be late!”

“And?”

Sungjong rolled his eyes then left. “Just get up.”

Sungyeol dragged himself out of bed and into the bathroom to take a shower. He took his time. He didn’t care about being late. As long as went to school, he was fine.

He stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around his waist. After brushing his teeth, he walked into his room and put his school uniform on.

Taking a look at the time on his phone, he decided that he should start heading to school.

He grabbed his bag and his headphones then walked out the door.

The minute Myungsoo stepped into the classroom, everyone was staring.

The girls were all giggling and a few were waving. Most of the guys were glaring in jealousy.

He smirked. He loved the attention.

“Ah! Finally, the king is back! We missed you!” Dongwoo threw his arm around his shoulder.

“Shut up, you guys are always at my house.”

“Not us. We’re usually fu-“

“Yah, Woohyun do you have to tell everyone that?!” Sunggyu slapped his boyfriend.

Woohyun nodded.

“Lee Sungyeol, you’re late. Like always. Go sit down.” The teacher pointed to the empty seat near the window.

He sat down in his seat, grateful that it was in the back. It was less noisy in the back.

“Welcome back, loner.” One of the students had said. He ignored them. It was his usual routine.

Go to school. Ignore everyone. Eat. Ignore everyone. Go home.

He didn’t have a problem with it either.

“Sometimes I feel bad for that guy.” Dongwoo pointed towards Sungyeol.

“Don’t.”

“Why?”

“He’s a loner. Not worth any of your time.”

Dongwoo shrugged then continued blabbering on about who knows what.

Myungsoo turned to look behind, at the student in the back.

Listening to music, ignoring the world, and staring out the window.

He never paid attention in class, but somehow he was one of the top students.

Myungsoo turned back to his friends and messed around the whole period.

“Hyung!”

Sungyeol groaned.

“What now?”

“What, I can’t hang out with my own brother?” Sungjong smiled.

Sungyeol rolled his eyes then walked away.

Sungjong’s smile turned into a frown.

“Babo..always wanting to be alone.” He shrugged then went to find his friends.

Sungyeol was sitting under a tree, listening to music.

Infinite to be exact.

Infinite was his favorite band. He had all their albums and posters.

Although he tried to deny that he was a fanboy, it was quite obvious.

“Hey, it’s the loner!” Dongwoo skipped towards Sungyeol.

“Yah, what are you doing?!” Myungsoo rolled his eyes.

Dongwoo was a weird one. He wasn’t sure why he was even friends with him.

“Relax, hyung. He’s just doing what he usually does.” Hoya chuckled.

Myungsoo turned to talk to Woohyun but he was busy trying to eat Sunggyu.

“Aish.. Do you guys have to do that everywhere?”

“Yep.” Woohyun giggled.

“I wonder what they’re talking about.”

“It seems like Dongwoo’s talking, and the loner is ignoring him.”

“Who cares?” Myungsoo took out his phone and started texting some of the girls in his class.

“He’s sitting down now.”

“Wonder what he’ll do next.”

Hoya shrugged. “Who knows? It’s Dongwoo.”

Sunggyu nodded.

“What was your name again?” Sungyeol rolled his eyes and ignored him.

“Why do you ignore everyone?”

“Hello?”

“I just want to talk ~”

“Do you like dinosaurs?”

“What are you listening to?”

“Loner.”

“Is that Infinite?”

Pretty soon, Sungyeol got annoyed with his constant questions.

“What? What do you want?”

Dongwoo raised his hands in the air and chuckled.

“Just thought I’d have a chat.”

“Why?”

“Because my friends are boring sometimes.”

Sungyeol rolled his eyes.

“And?”

“Well, look at them! Sunggyu and Woohyun are always making out, L is always texting girls, and Hoya reads fanfics all the time. I have no one to talk to.” Dongwoo pouted.

“Well, don’t talk to me.”

Dongwoo frowned and sat next to Sungyeol.

“Why not?”

“Because I don’t want to talk.”

“But I do.”

“Whatever.”

“What are you listening to?”

“Infinite.”

“Jinjja? We love Infinite. Especially L.”

Sungyeol laughed at the thought of L spazzing over the said group.

“What?”

“Never thought he’d be a fanboy.”

Dongwoo chuckled. “He’s the biggest fanboy out of all of us.”

“What the hell are they laughing about?” Myungsoo was getting irritated by the two in front of him.

“No clue.”

“Wow, I’ve never seen him laugh nor smile before. He’s kinda cute”

“Yah!” Sunggyu slapped Woohyun in the back of the head.

“Jagiya, you know I love you ~” Woohyun tried to kiss his boyfriend on the cheek, only to be shoved away.

“Aish.. So annoying.” Myungsoo got up, and walked towards the loner.

“Yah, Dongwoo. Come on.”

“See you later chingu!” Dongwoo waved at Sungyeol.

“Bye loner.” Myungsoo smirked then left.

Sungyeol glared at the then got up and headed to his next class.
