Eunmin’s POV

“Annyeong Haseyo yeorobeun! I’m Lee Seung Gi and Welcome to Strong Heart!”

*audience applaud

“Tonight’s main guest is no other than, Boyfriend, Girl’s day, f(x), CNBLUE and rookie model Park Eunmin. A round of applause everyone.”

This is it. We are now officially starting and I’m really nervous and at the same time, excited. On my board, the topic is “The One That Got Away”. As what’s on cue, I will be the next to be interviewed after the teukigayo finishes revealing past photo of the guests. Of course, no exemption for me T.T

After about 30 mins of waiting, it’s now my turn. This is it! Lee Seungi-ssi started to introduce me; then after that, he asked me

“So, Eunmin-ssi, can you tell us what you mean with “The One That Got Away”

“Uhmm. First of all, I wanna thank strong heart for inviting me here. Kamsahamnida” I said politely the I continued

“So to begin my story, I would like to leave first a word of wisdom I’ve made while I was reflecting. In this world, we never know who’ll be our lifetime companion. We never know whom to trust and we never know whenever we do things inappropriate until we’ll realize that something’s badly wrong. When you have a lover, happiness and sweet nothings between you two is not enough to work on the relationship. There must be faith, loyalty, trust and commitment. When you’re engage to a relationship, never give everything until there’s nothing left on you so that in the end you wouldn’t be hurt badly. You’re gonna lose people in your life and realize that no matter how much time you spent with them or how much you appreciate them and told them so, it will never seem like it was enough. But if these odd things happen to you, never give up and remember that life must go on.  Life is giving you lemon so make frozen lemonade out of it. ” Uhmmm. That was long I guess

“So Eunmin-ssi, no offence but what you’re trying to imply is that you’ve been dumped by a special someone?” Lee Seunggi concluded in a very serious tone.

“Ne” I replied. The audience were like wooooah? Jinja? Aigoo Aigoo

“6 months ago, before my CEO discovered me,I’m supposed to get married to my very first boyfriend. I thought he really was the one for me. My world is revolving for him. I was trapped by his presence; I definitely loved him. But for some reason, I don’t know what had happened to him and he left me behind like that. He was everything to me and I was really thinking that he feels the same way too.”  I paused for a while. I feel like tears are starting to form on my eyes and my voice is trembling. But I just can’t cry infront of them, infront of HIM. I want him to listen carefully to what I will say.

“One day, I went to a vacation and when I got back to Korea, he proposed to me and I whole heartedly said YES. I think every woman’s dream is to get married when they’re on the right age already” my tears fell already. Damn “It was so romantic and I didn’t even know that he has that side of him. Everything’s    so fast between us. I don’t even know why. Maybe because of his charms.” Then I let out a low giggle

“So what happened next?” Boom-ssi inserted

“So what happened next was we had the moment of our lives and we had our secret wedding settled.”

“Secret? Wae?” Lee seunggi expressed in a very curious tone.

“He’s famous” the audience and guests WOAH-ed

“An idol or an actor?”

“I can’t tell. I still want to keep his privacy. I don’t want to ruin his career and create such scandal. I’m not that harsh indeed.”

“You said there was a secret marriage settled. So what happened?”

“He ran away while I was making my way to the altar” my voice trembled

“We’re sorry to hear that Eunmin-ssi. But I have something to ask , if you don’t mind. Have you moved on already?”

 “AH yes, the PAST can hurt. But the way I see it is that you can either run from it or, learn from it. Imma say that I’ve LEARNED from it. I would also like to thank the people beside me who kept me strong when I was really down and felt like giving up. My sister, my friends and CNBLUE.”

“You know CNBLUE. I mean you both know each other?” then Yonghwa answered

“Yes. We’ve met for almost 2 years already.”

“So, Eunmin-ssi, do you want to leave any message to him?

“Oh sure! I’d  love to. Actually, I’m 101% sure that he’s watching and listening right now.”

“Then go” I faced straight to the camera

“Hey, I don’t really know what have had gotten on your mind and you left like that. All I want for now is the truth. Please have the courage to face me. Don’t be coward! I hope you’ll be able to explain everything. And I hope you’ll meet the right woman for you and the right guy for me too.” I turned to Seungi-ssi as an indication that I’m already done.

“Oh since you are close with CNBLUE, how about we hear their opinion about your state.”  Oh God, don’t let Jonghyun be picked. JEBAL JebaL jebaL

“How about......Lee Jonghyun?”

That’s it! THE LORD IS Testing me.
