“Jonghyun and Yoona were bestfriends turned lovers then ended up as ex-lovers. They were bestfriends during childhood and they became lovers on second year high.” Yonghwa told the truth to Eunmin because she asked why Jonghyun is acting that way to Yoona. Yonghwa added, “They were couple for four years. When they were about to enter college, Yoona first decided to continue schooling in Seoul and said that it will be best if they break up and separate ways so that they can concentrate on their own fields.” He stopped there.

“What’s next?” Eunmin asked

“Jonghyun can’t do anything but to accept her decision. Since he loves her, he wants what is making Yoona happy and what is good for her. But the truth was he was really hurt. He drank all night at the bar. Then there we met him. We noticed that everytime he goes there, he was bringing a guitar. We thought that he might be really good on it.” He paused. “Are you tired now?” he asked Eunmin

“no, just continue.”

“ So then we approached him. We asked him if he’s willing to join our group. And he said yes. Starting the next day, we hang out together and play in other places. He was already moving on.”

“Our group decided to migrate in Japan to fulfil our dreams. There, he told us everything about him. About Yoona. Actually with that experience of his, I can say that it had helped him a lot. He became stronger and he is really great in composing songs. I remember the nights when he’s composing. He sometimes weeps maybe because he remembers her.” he stopped there

“And now that she’s BACK. I don’t know what he’s thinking.” He added

Silence occurred between them.

“What about I take you home?” Yonghwa asked

“Uhhmm. Sure”

They were on Yonghwa’s car. He will be taking her home. She was staring blankly on the window. She was thinking deeply. Her eyes were popping and swelling.

“Hey, don’t over think. You’ll look haggard.” Yonghwa joked

Eunmin faced him then smiled “Ahhh. You’re right. By the way, how’d you get there?”

“Jonghyun called me.”

“You know her personally?”

“No”

“So it was your first time seeing her?”

“Yes”

There was a long silence again. Yonghwa felt awkward so he broke the silence

“Actually, after I heard what Jonghyun said that he was at the hospital where you work with Yoona, you were the first one to register on my mind. I worried about you. I don’t know why.” Yonghwa confessed

“Maybe because you knew it’ll hurt me.” She replied in an unsure tone.

There was silence AGAIN but thank God they arrived already. Eunmin got off from the car then she bowed. Yonghwa smiled. She was walking towards her gate but then she went back to Yonghwa’s car. She knocked to the window then Yonghwa opened it then she said “Thank you so much. Sorry to cause you delay.” Then she bowed again. “It’s okay” Yonghwa replied then she rushed to her gate then wave her hand to Yonghwa then she entered the house.

Eunmin was shocked when Crystal shouted.

“Unnieeeeeeee! Gwenchanayo?”

“Nothing. It’s just that sand entered my eyes.” She lied.

“Unnie, next time, make an excuse that is believable. Your excuse is so LAME” she emphasized the word lame. Eunmin didn’t reply.

“Did you fight? Or did you break?” Crystal teased

“Just shut up there sis.” She entered her room then locked it. Crystal didn’t have the chance to enter

“Unnie, I was just kidding a while ago. MIANHE” she said facing the door. “I will just leave some food for you. Help yourself” that was it and Crystal left.

Eunmin’s phone rang. It was Jonghyun. She didn’t answer it. But it rang again the third time. She was already annoyed so she answered it. She shout, “WHAT DO YOU WANT AGAIN? I’M BUSY AND I’M TIIIIIIRED!”

Then the caller replied. “I’m sorry to bother you Eunmin. Have a good night.”

She was shock. The voice is different. She turned to see who’s actually calling. It was.. YONGHWA. She shouted “WAIT” but it’s too late. He hung up already. Eunmin tapped her head and banged it on her pillow. “Aigoo... I wanna die. It’s embarrassing. I will call him. That’s it. I WILL CALL HIM”

There was no answer. She’s now panicking and nervous. But on her second time, it was picked. “Thank God” she thought

“Hey Yonghwa-sshi. I’m really sorry. I thought it was Jonghyun. I’m really sorry.” She begged

 “Uhmm. It’s okay. I’m sorry also to bother you.”

“No, I’m not busy. I was just kidding a while ago.” She laughed a little.

“So, how are you now?” Yonghwa asked.

“Uhmmm. I’m okay already. I’ve realize that it’s not worth crying for. I think I’m just over reacting.”

“Good. You’re right; it’s not worth crying for.” His tone is very calm and seemed worried.

“Are you okay? You don’t sound cheerful like you always do.”

“Yeah. I’m okay. Uhmm, it’s just that my throat is aching again.”

“Omoo. Drink your medicine or just drink honey.”

“I will. Thank you.” He replied. Actually he was lying. He was not hurt. He added,”I’ll hang up now. Bye”

“Okay. Bye. Get well soon” She said
