Baekhyun stood nervously outside the campus, later for his lover to come out.

He held onto the tickets to the concert of Chanyeol’s favourite rapper.

He was going to surprise Chanyeol.

 

“Why is he so late?”

Baekhyun kept checking on his watch constantly.

 

Ever since that matter, Baekhyun had been a little bit paranoid when Chanyeol was late.

 

“Oh, hi!”

Luhan greeted Baekhyun as he walked out from the campus.

 

Yes, Luhan had been working in the school faculty straight after his graduation.

He was glad that Chanyeol came over to work too.

 

“Have you seen Chanyeol?”

Baekhyun asked Luhan anxiously.

 

“Nope.”

Luhan shrugged.

It was not the first time he saw Baekhyun in such panic state.

“Have you tried calling him on the phone?”

 

 

“Right. Phone, right.”

Baekhyun quickly took out the phone and began to dial Chanyeol’s number.

 

But nobody answered.

He called again, but same thing happened.

 

“Where the heck is he?”

Baekhyun cursed even more.

 

“Hmm, wait. I will try to call Kris.”

Luhan said as he began calling.

 

“Hello?”

Kris answered.

 

“Yo, is Chanyeol with you?”

Luhan asked.

 

“YEAH. PLEASE GET THIS GUY OUT OF HERE.”

Kris yelled on the line.

 

“Chill, bro. What happened?”

Luhan asked as he looked at Baekhyun, who was also startled by the sudden shouting from Kris.

 

“He is disturbing Suho and me. Jaesus. * BEEP * BEEP * BEEP * ”

Kris cursed and swore even more.

 

“Erm you guys are at?”

Luhan asked.

Not there, not there.

 

“Yeah. He is at the bubble tea shop here.

Jaesus.”

Kris said.

 

Luhan face-palmed.

Damn, which means he had to see Sehun later on.

FYI, Luhan had a fight with Sehun few days ago and he did not want to see him at all.

But looking at the anxious Baekhyun, he sighed.

 

“Come, I lead the way.”

Luhan said as he walked towards the other side of Baekhyun’s car.

“He is at Sehun’s bubble tea shop.”

 

“Okay, okay.”

Baekhyun quickly went into the driver seat and drove off.

 

 

“Yo.”

Luhan greeted as he saw Kris furrowing his eyebrows while Suho was chatting happily with Chanyeol.

 

He took a glance at Sehun, who was glaring at him at the same time.

Luhan glared back and took a sit beside Suho.

 

“Why didn't you tell me that you’re here?”

Baekhyun asked as he took a seat beside Chanyeol.

 

“Woah, why are you here?”

Chanyeol asked.

 

“I was waiting for you just outside the campus…”

Baekhyun said as he leaned his head against Chanyeol’s shoulders.

 

“Giving me a surprise, aren’t you?”

Chanyeol smiled as he wrapped his arms around Baekhyun.

 

“Yeah…”

Baekhyun said as he whipped out the two tickets.

“I thought I could give you these, but…”

 

“WOAH! It ‘s the ticket to XXX concert!!”

Chanyeol said happily as he was about to reach for the ticket.

But Baekhyun took it away.

 

“You made me wait outside of your campus for approximately 20 minutes.”

Baekhyun said as he glared at Chanyeol.

Then he look back at the tickets once more.

“I think, I should asked somebody else to go with me….”

 

“Please, please. I’m sorry.”

Chanyeol pleaded as he hugged Baekhyun tighter.

“I’ll do anything as a form of compensation.”

 

Baekhyun beamed.

“Really?”

 

Uh-oh.

Chanyeol looked at Baekhyun.

He felt as if he had fallen into a trap.

But he really wanted to go to that concert.

The tickets were very hard to get!

 

“Erm, yeah…”

Chanyeol said carefully.

 

Baekhyun smiled happily and brought Chanyeol closer.

“Anything right?”

Baekhyun whispered into Chanyeol’s ears.

 

“Yeah…”

Chanyeol said, but he could sense something dangerous.

 

“Then , I ……..”

Baekhyun whispered something to Chanyeol.

 

“What?! This is ridiculous.”

Chanyeol exclaimed.

 

“Hey, hey. Don’t forget that we’re here, okay!”

Kris warned.

“Stop showing your public affection to us.”

 

“Kris, stop.”

Suho said as he patted on Kris shoulders.

 

Kris looked over to Suho and wrapped his arms around him.

“But, he was ing us. This is so unfair.”

 

“Be a good boy and you’ll get reward later.”

Suho smiled.

 

Kris smiled.

 

 

Luhan on the other side was envious of the other two couples.

 

All Milk’s fault.

Luhan thought as he furrowed his eyebrows.

 

“Your drinks.”

Sehun said as he brought over the drinks.

 

“But we didn’t order…”

Baekhyun said hurriedly.

 

“It’s okay. On the house.”

Sehun said as he winked at Baekhyun.

 

“Thanks!”

Baekhyun said as he grabbed one of the bubble tea.

 

Sehun passed the drink to everyone else.

 

“Here’s your drink, Luhan.”

Sehun said as he passed the drink to him.

 

Everybody stopped what they were doing.

 

Did Sehun just called Luhan “Luhan” instead of “Deer”?

 

Everybody looked at each other.

Something was not right.

 

“Thank you, Sehun.”

Luhan said as he gritted his teeth.

 

Damn this milk bun.

Luhan thought as he reached out for his bubble tea.

Sehun’s fingers purposely brushed against Luhan’s and quickly went back to the counter.

 

Luhan just glared at Sehun and drank his bubble tea.

 

“What happened to you guys?”

Chanyeol asked.

 

Luhan just pouted and shook his head.

 

“Say.”

Kris urged.

 

“Well…we had a fight.”

Luhan said.

 

“I knew it.”

Baekhyun exclaimed.

 

“It’s already the last day of this year.”

Suho said.

“Wouldn’t it be sad that you are not able to celebrate the countdown with him?”

 

Luhan just furrowed his eyebrows and looked at his bubble tea.

 

“As the older one, I think you should just apologize first.”

Suho said.

 

“But it’s not fair that I always give in to him.”

Luhan glared.

 

“Geez. Make up would be the best.”

Kris added on.

 

“Damn, could you please just shut up for a moment?”

Suho scolded Kris.

 

“You scolded me?”

Kris could not believe that his angel just scolded him.

That was not his angel.

 

“I am trying to help Luhan over here, so stop all your nonsense.”

Suho said and turned his attention back to Luhan.

 

Kris just rested his head onto the table.

“My angel don’t want me anymore.”

He said sadly.

 

Baekhyun and Chanyeol just laughed as they saw that scene.

Chanyeol wrapped his arms on Baekhyun tighter, and smiled.

 

“I’m lucky to have you right now.”

Baekhyun said to Chanyeol.

“Thank you for coming back.”

 

“Yeah, me too.”

Chanyeol said softly as he nuzzled against Baekhyun’s ears.

“Thank you for not giving up.”

 

 

Both of them smiled.

 

They believe that next year would be a better year for them.

yes, this chapter marks the end of this fic.

thank you guys for accompanying me throughout T^T

I am very thankful that you guys like my fic.

 

To be honest, i intially wanted to have a different ending.

May be some character death.

but since i am going to end this on the last day of 2012, so i think it is the best for me to keep it as a happy ending.

I don't want to ruin the mood.

 

This is my 6th completed baekyeol fic.

May be it's time for me to try other pairings too.
