All Baekhyun knew was to stop what was happening inside the room.

 

Damn it.

 

 

“I SAID, OPEN THE BLOODY DOOR!”

Baekhyun yelled on top of his lungs.

 

After that, he heard a few shouting and followed by a slapping sound.

 

What’s happening?

Baekhyun thought as he began to panic even more.

 

He continued banging on the door.

 

“OPEN UP! DON’T YOU DARE TO LAY YOUR HANDS ON CHANYEOL!”

Baekhyn shouted.

 

Damn.

He thought he might be able to prove Chanyeol that he was reliable enough.

But his stepmother came in early in the morning.

 

It was lucky that his dad had already gone to work.

 

He then heard a few ruffling sound.

 

“OPEN UP!”

Baekhyun yelled.

He had no choice but to try to break open the door.

 

He used his body and ran into the door a few times and finally the door opened.

 

He saw Chanyeol’s tear-smeared face, standing infront of the bed, packing the  clothings.

 

Baekhyun ran forward and pushed away Chanyeol’s hands.

 

“What the heck do you think you’re doing?”

Baekhyun said fiercely as he looked at Chanyeol.

 

Chanyeol must be frightened by the sudden situation.

He saw Chanyeol who was still .

One hand holding onto the sheet that covered his lower region and the other hand trembled as he put the clothes into the bag.

 

 

Baekhyun turned and looked at Chanyeol’s mother with hatred.

 

“Stop manipulating him.”

Baekhyun hissed.

 

“Who do you think you are to order me?”

His mother retorted back.

 

Baekhyun clenched his fist while the other hand holding on to Chanyeol’s hand.

“I love him.”

 

“Huh? Love?”

His mother laughed.

“Both of you are guys. The society would not accept you guys.

More over, you are a public figure. Don’t forget you represent Korea in the entertainment industry.”

 

Baekhyun almost yelled back but Chanyeol held onto his shoulders.

 

“Stop.”

Chanyeol said softly.

 

Baekhyun turned to look at Chanyeol.

“But…”

 

“Stop.”

Chanyeol said again, with a hint of sadness in hi voice.

“Mother is right. You’re a public figure. Your reputation would be tarnished if the media knows about us….”

Chanyeol paused and laughed.

 

“Chanyeol….”

Baekhyun called out as he tried to put his hands on Chanyeol’s shoulders as a form of consolation.

He wanted to tell Chanyeol everything would be alright as long as he stayed with him.

He would promise.

 

Baekhyun could never forget the sadness in the orbs of Chanyeol.

 

“Hah,”

Chanyeol laughed.

“Right, the society will not accept us. Why am I so foolish?”

 

Chanyeol laughed again.

He was actually laughing at his own foolishness towards that relationship.

 

“This is reality.”

Chanyeol said again, letting go of Baekhyun’s hands.

“Could you please kindly go out, so I could change into something decent?”

Baekhyun could not believe what he had heard.

 

Does that mean that Chanyeol is giving up?

Baekhyun thought and started panicking.

 

“No. No, Chanyeol.”

Baekhyun grabbed onto Chanyeol’s shoulders, forcing him to face him.

“Listen to me…”

 

As he turned Chanyeol around, all he see was the coldness he first saw Chanyeol.

Chanyeol was putting on the mask again.

 

“It’s better for you to leave.”

Chanyeol’s mother said.

She had enough.

She was already felt remorseful that Chanyeol had laid his hands onto Baekhyun.

 

She felt that it was her responsibility to severe the relationship between

Chanyeol and Baekhyun.

It was all her fault to bring Chanyeol in.

 

“You have no rights to tell me to do so.”

Baekhyun said as he looked at Chanyeol’s mother fiercely.

 

“GET OUT!”

Chanyeol shouted.

 

Both of them were taken aback.

It was their first time seeing Chanyeol losing his temper.

 

“GET OUT!”

Chanyeol yelled again pushing both of them out of the room

He did not even care that the blankst had dropped off.

All he want was to get them out of the room.

 

“Chanyeol, Chanyeol…”

Baekhyun kept struggling, but Chanyeol’s mother was pulling him out of the room.

 

“Let go!”

Baekhyun shouted as he tried to push Chanyeol’s mother away.

Chanyeol’s mother fell backwards on the floor, but tried to get up again to stop Baekhyun.

 

Baekhyun pushed her away and tried to get into the room but the room was already locked.

Chanyeol must have locked it when he was struggling with his mother.

 

“Chanyeol! Open up!”

Baekhyun yelled.

 

“Hello? Jason? Come here quickly!”

Chanyeol mother said over the line.

“Things are going out of control. I’m sorry…”

Chanyeol’s mother sobbed as she said.

 

Baekhyun took away the phone and smashed it on the floor.

 

“Sorry?!”

Baekhyun yelled.

“The one who you should be sorry with was Chanyeol!”

 

 

“Why?’

Chanyeol’s mother yelled back.

“He should be the one who should be thankful that I did not killed him when he was first born into he world!”

 

“What? He is your son. For gawd’s sake.”

Baekhyun clenched his fist.

He was holding back, not to punch Chanyeol’s mother in the face.

They continued bickering.

 

Behind the door, Chanyeol was weeping quietly.

Then his phone rang.

 

He went over to pick it up.

It was Mr Byun.

 

“Chanyeol! What happened?  Did something happen in the house?”

Mr Byun said anxiously on the line.

 

The voice of Mr Byun made Chanyeol felt even remorseful.

How could he be such a beast to fall in love with Baekhyun?

 

Mr Byun had treated him so well and yet he stabbed Mr Byun at the back.

Is this how he should repay Mr Byun’s kindness?

 

His mother’s words kept ringing in his ears.

 

“I’m sorry.”

Chanyeol sobbed.

“Can you come back quickly?”

 

“Okay sure, I am already on my way here.”

Mr Byun said and hung up the phone.

 

The next minute, Chanyeol dialed a serial of number.

“Come on, please pick up the phone….”

Chanyeol trembled, holding back his tears.

 

Finally the person picked up.

 

“Hello?”

 

Chanyeol broke down into tears once more.

 

 

 

“Luhan…..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Help….”
