Park Roxanne

Roxanne. That had to be the most simple yet exotic and beautiful name Jinki had ever heard. A smile instantly formed on his lips. "Roxanne, eh? What a beautiful name" he complimented.

The girl felt herself blush. "Oh.. Thank you"

"I'm Jinki. I'm eighteen." said Jinki.

"Nice to meet you, Jinki. I'm eighteen, too. And thank you so much for helping me" Roxanne smiled

"As I said before, It's really no problem." Jinki said.

There was an awkward silence and the only thing that could be heard were their soft foot steps and the wind blowing.

"So.. eh.. What school do you go to?" Jinki asked

"Oh.. I.. uh.. I don't really.. go to.. school. I'm homeschooled.." Roxanne said uncomfortably. 

The long pauses made Jinki raise his eyebrow in curiosity. "Home schooled, eh? Well, that must be a relief to you!"

"Actually.. It isn't. I barely have any friends" Roxanne looked down and sighed.

"Well, I could be your new friend" Jinki said in an attempt to cheer her up.

His attempt worked, thankfully. Roxanne looked up and beamed at the boy. "R-Really?"

"Sure, why not? You look like a very sweet girl" Jinki shrugged

"Oh, thank you so much Jinki-ssi." Roxanne said hugging Jinki's arm.

Jinki chuckled and rubbed the back of his head with his free arm. "You actually haven't told me where you l
