Description
Where shadows lurk, evil resides, and souls are stained with greed and sorrow. Fate manipulates humans, but under the streets shrouded in fear, lies the bringers of heaven's divine retribution. Where darkness festers, a glimmer of hope blooms.
Foreword
Catharsis, noun, the process of releasing strong or repressed emotions thereby providing relief. It is an extreme change in emotion as a result of strong feelings, and has been described as the purging or purifying of said feelings. It is the release of pent-up emotions.
It is 2013, and this is NeoSeoul one of the first ten nations to have signed the Unistate Act of 2007. Pooling the world’s power nations into one super alliance, the Unistate was geared towards the advancement of science and technology for the recovery of mankind after the war of recent years.
Under the streets of NeoSeoul, however, is unrest. Within the confines of the city walls, lie those who thirst for revenge, those who thirst for justice, those who thirst for the wrongs of humanity to be righted. Shrouded in harsh words, in these streets where people come and go embracing nothing but unease, only one thing will provide them relief.
Like a deep, scarlet carpet are the flowers of this Earth

[A/N]: This fanfic draws a few elements from an anime series I saw when I was 11, if you can tell me what it is (wall post me) I'll give you a cameo in the fic XD While I based many elements from many different sources, I tried to make this story as uniquely staticdream as I could and so I hope we can all enjoy this story together <3
On that note, this is an AU fic with slight supernatural elements to it, its not meant to be realistic in the universe that we move in, but it's meant to all make sense within the story universe.
