“Okay, ready to go?” Leeteuk asked as Yesung zipped up his bag. The doctor had just informed Leeteuk that both the members were of no serious injury, and that they could be discharged. “LOSS OF MEMORY IS CLASSIFIED AS NO SERIOUS INJURY?!” was what Heechul screamed when he was pulled out of the office by Shindong.

“We’re ready. Let’s go.” Kyuhyun entered Yesung’s ward, hand in hand with Sungmin who followed behind. Yesung looked up at the two men who just entered; when he saw how Kyuhyun’s fingers intertwined with Sungmin’s, Yesung couldn’t help but wanted to rush forward and wrench the two of them apart. Ergh what was wrong with him? Yesung shook the thought out of his head. Sungmin was staring at the ground, not making eye contact with anyone. He held onto Kyuhyun’s hand tightly, as he remembered what the man had told him moments before.

Flashback:

“Min, you ready?” Kyuhyun entered the room as Sungmin stuffed his clothes into his bag. Sungmin’s tears have dried, but his eyes were still evident that the man had cried his heart out before. Sungmin nodded silently.

“Min…” Kyuhyun turned Sungmin towards him, resting his hand on his shoulders, “Don’t ever give up on Yesung, okay? I know he loves you, somewhere deep down in his heart, you just have to make him remember it. I promise you, no matter what happens, I will be right beside you to support you, no matter what decisions you had made.” Kyuhyun pulled Sungmin into his arms.

“I will always be here to support you.” Kyuhyun repeated, as he tightened the hug.

End of Flashback.

As they walked out of the hospital towards their van, Kyuhyun tapped on Ryeowook’s back. Earning Ryeowook’s attention, Kyuhyun jerked his head towards Yesung who had boarded the vehicle before them; he gave a thumb up sign. Ryeowook gave a smile and nodded, boarding the bus right before Sungmin did.

“Wookie why aren’t you sitting with me? ~” Yesung whined as Ryeowook passed by him and settled in the seat behind him.

“Erm… that’s because…” Ryeowook grabbed Sungmin who was making his way to the back of the van and pulled him into the seat next to Yesung, “Sungminnie wants to sit with you!”

Sungmin was about to retort when he caught the eyes of Kyuhyun, who had sat beside Ryeowook. Sungmin gulped. He whimpered as he watched both maknaes who had decided to move to the back of the van, snickering at their master plan. How is he going to sit beside someone who had just been in a relationship with him earlier in the day and had totally forgotten about it in the next second?

“You… wanted to sit beside me?” Yesung couldn’t help but feel a tingle of happiness in him. Sungmin turned to face Yesung slowly. Staring at the man before him; His un-kept hair, those luscious lips, those twinkling eyes. Sungmin couldn’t help but forget the world for a second.

Sungmin smiled.

Yesung was stunned. Suddenly a strike of pain hit him, as he clutched his head. Why did Sungmin’s smile have such a big impact on him? He had seen it so many times before, but why did he feel so different now?

“Hyung… hyung are you okay?!” Sungmin shook Yesung, as he saw the man cringed in pain. Yesung flinched at Sungmin’s touch, who retracted his hand immediately.

It hurt… It hurt when the person he loves so much… felt uncomfortable with him…

Sungmin was silent again, as he faced the front, not daring to look back at the man sitting beside him. Yesung had calmed down, and started to feel the tension between him and the rabbit.

The silence was creeping on the both of them…

“I… I heard of the news from Teukie.” Yesung cleared his throat, trying to strike up a conversation with his partner. Sungmin jumped at the sudden break of silence.

“Seemed like I had lost some of my memories in the car accident. And that was all he said.” Yesung continued. Sungmin sank into his seat. Yesung still couldn’t remember anything…

“But then, Sungmin, why were you in patient’s clothes too? Were you involved in some other accident?” Yesung sat sideways, facing Sungmin with anticipation. Sungmin was startled.

Yesung couldn’t even remember that he was involved in the same accident as him??

“Erm er… yah I kinda fell off the bus when I was boarding it when your accident happened. Too much shock you know…” Sungmin mumbled, cursing at himself for giving such a lame excuse.

“Oh…” Yesung replied. There was silence again, as the van passed by trees and buildings, and the members knew that they were soon reaching back to the dorm.

“I don’t know why… but deep down somewhere… I knew I had forgotten something important… really important that had occurred…” Yesung held onto his heart. Sungmin stared at Yesung who had just uttered those words. Yesung turned towards the rabbit again.

“And I will figure out what that is…”

Yesung smiled. Sungmin couldn’t help but smiled back. Yes… there might still be a chance… for the both of them…

Sungmin was heading straight towards his room, wanting to rest his tired body for the next few hours. The rest of the members had headed out immediately when they had returned back to the dorm to their schedules, while only Sungmin and Yesung were given a reason to be exempted from their work. Much curses and discontented remarks could be heard throughout the rooms before a loud slam of the front door was heard and silence once again filled the dorm.

“SUNGMIN!!” Yesung’s sudden shout alarmed the sleepy boy, as he rushed to the bedroom of Ryeowook and Yesung.

“What hyung?! What happened?!” Sungmin panted as he leaned on the door frame, after running like his life was at stake towards the scream.

“Why did you leave your toys lying around in my room?!” Yesung threw a pink bunny towards Sungmin, who caught it successfully. Sungmin looked down at the soft toy.

It was SungSung Min.

“I… I am sorry hyung…” Sungmin stuttered and immediately exited the room. Yesung wanted to stop him, realizing that his tone just now was a bit too harsh, but the bunny had already disappeared from sight.

SungSung Min was held so tightly by Sungmin, it could have been torn. No sooner had Sungmin returned to his room; tears had started to fall, staining the pink bunny’s head as well as his shirt. Sungmin fell to the ground, lifting up his hand to cover his mouth, muffling the sobs.

It hurts… It hurts so bad…

“DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG!!!!” The bell rang non-stop, waking up a very frustrated Yesung who had just fallen asleep. Sungmin was leaning against his bedroom door frame, also woken up from his nap. His eyes were red and puffy, SungSung Min still safely in his arms.

“Who is it?!” Yesung grunted through the door.

“IT IS ME YESUNG OPPA!!!” Taeyeon’s booming voice irritated the still sleepy Yesung even more. Yesung opened the door reluctantly, and a flustered girl zoomed into the living room, heading towards the dining table to put down a flask full of… something.

“OH MY GOSH YESUNG OPPA ARE YOU OKAY?! I HEARD ABOUT IT?! OH MY GOSH I WAS SO SCARED!!!!” Taeyeon had ran back to the man, her hands all over Yesung’s face, inspecting every inch of it.

“Argh… I am fine damn it! If I aren’t I would not be here.” Yesung pulled on Taeyeon’s hands to stop.

“I bought you chicken soup!! I made it myself!!” Taeyeon opened the flask and poured the yellow liquid into a bowl she had fetched from the kitchen. Yesung scratched his head in annoyance. He had nothing against Taeyeon, but he really couldn’t stand anyone who interrupted his precious sleep.

“Eh… sorry Sungmin did she woke you up?” Yesung asked in a concerned voice, staring at the man who was rubbing his eyes and giving a small yawn. Sungmin shook his head.

“Oh… Sungmin oppa!! Sorry for waking you up!” Taeyeon greeted as she waved her hand. Sungmin smiled and walked back into his room. Closing the door he could still hear Taeyeon’s voice being anxious over Yesung.

Sungmin couldn’t help but feel insecure. Will Yesung… fall for the wrong person? Sungmin’s grip on SungSung tightened.

No… That wouldn’t happen…

Tomorrow is the plan…

Leeteuk and the others had it all planned out…

Nothing will go wrong…
