"HEY HEY!"

I grabbed the girl's arm and she started to hit me instantly as she was crying hard

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!" She screamed

"Hey hey! They're gone! I'm just trying to help you" I shouted

She instantly lowered her arms as I was holding onto her wrists tightly as I was breathing hardly, after I had chased her. She looked behind me and behind herself and to the sides

"Where are they?" She shivered in fear

"They're gone. My friends took care of them. The police will arrest them soon. And if you want them to pay for what they did to you, you better start prepare yourself in order to witness and such against them" I said

She sobbed quietly as she looked at me

"You're safe now.. Take it easy.. deep breaths" I said and gestured her to breathe after me

She did soon and she soon pulled me into a hug. She cried silently as I heard her whispering thank you

"YAH! She's fine?"

I spun around as I was comforting her, seeing the guys breathing hard since they've been trying to catch up on us. I nodded

It was 10 pm in the evening. The girl was around 17 years old and she was on her way home and Yoochun read that she was going to get by a few guys and we were just in time to stop them but when the guys started to fight them she ran away and I quickly ran after her cause she had to witness against them if we wanted them behind jail

"The police are almost there.. She better go back if we want to nail them" Yunho said and looked at her

She shook her head

"I can't go back alone.. I can't.. I" She stammered

I sighed and looked at the guys

They shook their heads

"We can't go back with you" I said and looked at her

She looked at me terrified

"What if they try to do something again. What if they.." She started to cry again

"Hey.. We'll walk you a bit but we can't go with you to the police.. You better call your parents instead" Yoochun said softly

Changmin took out his cellphone and gave it to her as she was pushing the buttons, shakingly
I sighed and took the phone

"What's the number?"

She told me the numbers and I dialed it for her and put it against her ear. Her parents were soon on their way and we started to slowly go back to the location were.. the actual was going to take place..

Around the corner we could see the bright lights from the ambulance and the police cars.. She sighed

"Go now.." I smiled

"Thank you" She whispered

Junsu handed a few pics

"We took a few pictures.. as evidence.. so that you can put them behind bars. Cheer up alright?" Junsu smiled

She took the pictures but didn't look at them

"Be a good girl. Study hard and live happily.. Be more careful and don't.. go home alone during nights" Yunho said and roughed her hair

When we saw her going towards the police cars, the 3 guys shouting and spitting angrily at her but she ignored them. She walked towards the police officer and told them what had happened and soon we saw the ambulance staff approaching her and a police woman were taking down notes..
They were already starting to investigate this..

"Let's go home.. We have a girl waiting for us at home" Yunho said and tapped me on the shoulder

As soon as we got into the car all of us took one bottle of water each and started to drink it in one shot since we were all so thirsty

"Gosh those guys.. Why don't they just hook up with a or something instead of attacking innocent girls?" Changmin asked

"No money.. I think they were high schoolers.. seniors" Yoochun said

I rolled my eyes

"Bastards.. That's what they are" I said angrily

"They didn't even know how to fight.. Gosh.. A guy needs to know how to fight so that they can at least protect their girl..." Junsu chuckled

"You guys enjoyed doing that didn't you?" I asked as all of them started to laugh

"It felt good actually.. People like them... kinda reminded me of what have happened to MinJi.." Yunho said

"It's because of those people ... if htey start to become like that in that kind of age.. no wonder there are people who are selling people like they're some kind of animals.. an item to be exchanged.." Yoochun said

"And they really do ruins people's lives.. They just don't know it.. stupid bastards" Changmin said

"Not to mention all kinds of methods they use. Drugs.. hitting with corps, batons.. slapping.. gosh.." Junsu said

All of us quieten

"How is she?" Changmin asked

"The same.. just.. not talking.. she was resting when we left home" I said

"I hope she's.. still is.. who knows what might happen if we're not there" Yoochun said as Yunho parked the car outside the house. We made our way to the front door but we heard someone screaming

"Is it MinJi?" Junsu whispered

I started to hurriedly unlock the door and I ran towards her bedroom as I heard her screaming

"MINJI?!?!?!???!?!?!" I shouted as her door flew open

I stared at her as she was sitting in the corner, she was screaming the lungs out of her as she was crying

"EUNHYUK?!" Junsu shouted

Eunhyuk looked up and he was so red in the face. He was panicking as well as frustrated. He really looked like he was at loss, not knowing what to do

"HELP ME!!" He said and got up

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!" I shouted as I ran towards her but even this time I couldn't approach her cause she started to scream louder, wrapping the blanket tightly around her

"I didn't do anything! Chincha!! I thought some of you guys were home but no one wasn't so I thought I could climb in through the window and then I found the girl here and then she started to scream and I seriously... COME ON! I'm not that kind of person!!" Eunhyuk said frustrated and looked at the girl

I pulled Eunhyuk out of the room, making him stand behind the guys and I looked at MinJi who was crying so hard, sobbing for her life and holding onto the blanket as if it was going to protect her

"What happened? Explain to us in detail" Yunho said

"Nothing! I saw the window open and I thought that I could climb in, thinking that you guys would get home soon. Mom and dad left me over the weekend and I forgot my keys so I can't get into my house and I needed a place to stay. It's cold outside so I just climbed through the window and I didn't see her until she started to scream and panicked. I tried to tell her I'm not a thief and that I'm a friend of yours but she kept screaming like mad and I thought I was going to die.. Thank god you guys came" Eunhyuk said

I sighed heavily and looked at MinJi who was on the floor, crying onto the blanket

"Otokaji?" I sighed and scratched the back of my head

"Aish chincha.. Why is she so afraid of me? I don't even know her and never met her before but she acts like I'm some kind of.. dangerous .. animal that is going to eat her alive or something" Eunhyuk asked

"Don't ask .. it's a long story" Junsu sighed

"Well.. obviously she doesn't like me" Eunhyuk said

"She doesn't. She doesn't like any of us. The only one who's able to talk to her is JaeJoong.." Yunho said

"What's so special with Jae? He's.. not anything like me. I'm prettier, smarter, I can dance better I.."

"Eunhyuk, this is not the time to joke" Yoochun said

"Oh" Eunhyuk said and quieten

I looked at MinJi who was crying

"At least we know she can talk since she screamed" Yunho said

I bended down onto the floor and looked at her

"MinJi? Don't be afraid.. That's just stupid donkey Eunhyuk. Don't mind him. He's a friend of ours. A very nice guy" I said and pointed at Eunhyuk

"Who said you can say that I'm a donkey you Used-to-be-Mr-Blonde-Guy?" Eunhyuk said but Junsu soon covered his mouth

I rolled my eyes and chuckled

"Don't listen to him. He's just talking nonsense"

MinJi looked at me and then at the guys

"Do you want me to tell them to go?" I asked

She didn't answer

Why do I even bother to ask..? It's just a waste of time

"Hey guys.. how about you leave us for a few minutes.. I think she needs to calm down" I said

The guys nodded and soon left us, closing the door behind and I turned my face and looked at her

"You should get back up on the bed..It's more comfortable and you can lie down.. in order to rest.. I'm pretty amazed that the needle hasn't left your hand yet" I smiled

She didn't say anything, just watched me with her eyes, carefully

"Be careful of your hands.. You've sprained one of them and the other one is broken.. It'll take a few weeks for it to heal.."

I saw her relax a bit

I let out a sigh of relief

"MinJi.. please get back on the bed.."

She tilted her head to the side

"Please? for me?"

A few more minutes passed and I looked at the clock. 11 pm

"MinJi it's getting late.. you need to sleep.. and rest.. Please.. get back on the bed" I said softly

I approached her step by step. Slowly and was staying focused in order to read her expressions but just like the other times, it was expressionless but I did see a glance of understanding in her eyes..

I was soon in front of her and smiled at her. She didn't protest or object, just waited for my next action

"I'm going to carry you over to the bed. But I can only do that if you help me" I said

Somehow MinJi understood me and she slowly made her way into my arms, as they were open wide, waiting for her and was letting her taking her time

She put her hand around my neck and I pulled her up carefully, dragging the stick with the drip with me and put her back on the bed

I placed her in the middle of the bed and brushed away the hair strands that was blocking her eyes and put it behind her ear and smiled gently at her

"If you rest like this.. You'll make me very happy. Cause you will be able to heal faster than.. Can you do that for me? Just rest and try to not stress yourself out?"

I kept smiling at her as she was looking at me, curiously

If I have to tell you the truth, I didn't like the silence between us. Words would be so much easier to understand, but seriously, trying to understand her feelings by reading her expressions and eyes, it drove me crazy cause I'm not good at reading other people's thoughts and intentions and this is surely not helping either..

I sighed and tucked her in

"do you think you will be able to talk to me someday?" I whispered

She looked at me

Silence..

"Good Night MinJi ah~~ . I'll be right next door if you need me"
