“you look wonderful” Mrs. Liu said smiling at Amber as she fixed Amber’s clothes

 

Amber smiled “you too, you’re beautiful”

 

“I’m going now” Amber said

“why?” Mrs. Liu asked “let’s go together”

“I can’t” Amber said “Sooyoung and I agreed to go together”

“I see” Mrs. Liu “be careful on your way”

 

Amber nodded “see you later”

 

 

“Hey, Soo” Amber said as she heard Sooyoung’s voice on the phone

“Hey…, you’re ready?” Sooyoung asked

“yeahh… I’m about to leave in our house” Amber answered “how about you?”

“ready, I guess” Sooyoung answered “but don’t worry.. I’m finished when you get here”

“be sure, cause I don’t want to wa—“ Amber stopped from talking

“what?... what did you say?” Sooyoung asked confusedly

“Soo, sorry but I don’t think I’m able to go with you” Amber said “let’s just meet there”

“yah!!! what is w----“ Sooyoung couldn’t finish what she’s gonna say when Amber hung up the phone…

 

 

“let’s go” Taeyeon said when she saw Yuri waiting outside their house

“Taeyeon-ahh” Yuri said

“uhmmm?” Taeyeon asked

“I don’t think I can go with you” Yuri answered

“why?... something wrong?” Taeyeon asked

 

Yuri shook her head

 

“why?... you wanna go alone?” Taeyeon asked “or by any chance, do you have a date?”

 

Yuri smirked “tch… of course I don’t have”

 

“you don’t wanna be my date?” Taeyeon asked confusedly

 

Yuri smiled “It’ll be an honor to be your date, Ms. Kim… but I have a job”

 

“is Jessica your date?” Taeyeon asked

“nope… I’m her bodyguard, remember?” Yuri said

“isn’t today is an exception?” Taeyeon asked

“I don’t think so…” Yuri answered “and besides I told her that if she doesn’t have someone to go with, I’ll go with her”

“you should’ve ask  her to be your date” Taeyeon said “cause if you do, you wouldn’t be dying waiting here”

“and who told you I’m dying waiting here?” Yuri asked

“it’s all over your face” Taeyeon said

 

Yuri feels like her blood is rushing to her cheek

 

Taeyeon laughed “you’re blushing”

 

“I-I’m not bl—“ Yuri got interrupted

“yes, you do” Taeyeon teased

 

“so, I guess, let’s meet there” Taeyeon said

 

Yuri nodded

 

“be sure to be there” Taeyeon said “or I’m the one who’s gonna kill you, be there”

 

“Soo!!!!” Hyoyeon shouted as she saw Sooyoung entered the venue

 

Sooyoung smiled as she waved back

 

“you alone?” Krystal asked “where is Amber?”

“yeah, I’m alone…” Sooyoung answered “About Amber, I don’t know, we’re just talking then she told let’s just meet there”

“did she say anything?” Seohyun asked

“nothing… All I know is she just hung up on me, the moment she dumped me” Sooyoung said jokingly

 

They we’re chatting with each other when Sooyoung noticed Amber

 

“I guess that’s the reason why she dumped me” Sooyoung said as she saw Amber with Suzy clinging onto her arms

 

Krystal clenched her fist as she as she took a deep breath

 

“HEY!!!” Sooyoung shouted as she waved her hand

 

Suzy and Amber waved back happily

 

“do did you dumped me for this girl?” Sooyoung asked jokingly

 

Amber smiled “sorry, Soo”

 

“she told me that she doesn’t have a date, so I went here” Suzy said

“and what do you think of me a chaperone?” Sooyoung asked jokingly

“I’m gonna treat you for one day,” Amber said “just accept my apology”

“one week” Sooyoung said

“one week?” Amber asked in disbelief “I don’t have enough money to treat you for a whole week”

“take it or leave it?” Sooyoung asked

 

Amber sighed “deal”

 

Sooyoung smiled “Apology accepted”

 

“by the way where are the others?” Suzy asked

“I think Sunny went to pick up her date” Sooyoung answered

 

 

“is something wrong?” Hyomin asked when she saw Sunny staring at her but didn’t say anything

 

Sunny shook her head “you’re beautiful”

 

Hyomin blushed from what Sunny said

 

“shall we?” Sunny asked

 

Hyomin smiled as she clings on Sunny

 

 

“hi…” Sunny greeted when she went onto their table

“hi..” Amber greeted back who’s now sitting beside Sooyoung “hi… HYomin-ssi”

“Hyomin is fine” Hyomin said as she sat down beside Sunny

“Sunny-ahh, you’re pretty” the girl behind her said

“Thank you, Suzy” Sunny said “Suzy?”, Sunny asked herself as she turned around and saw Suzy

 

“Suzy!” Sunny said happily as she stood up and hugged her tightly “when did you come here?”

“a while ago” Suzy answered “there’s no way I would miss this”

 

“by the way, where is Taeyeon and Yuri?” Sunny asked

“I called Taeyeon and she said, she’s on her way” Sooyoung said

“I think she’s here” Amber said as she saw Taeyeon

 

“you’re here” Taeyeon said happily when she saw Suzy

“I’m here” Suzy answered

“yeah… she’s here, that’s this girl dumped me” Sooyoung said

 

Suzy and Amber laughed

 

“I guess… we’re the same” Taeyeon said as she sat down beside Hyomin “Yuri dumped me”

 

 

“she’s here” the maid said to Yuri who’s waiting at the living room

“thanks” Yuri answered as she stood up and was gonna go outside to prepare the car when Jessica called her

 

“Yuri” Jessica said as she walked on the stairs going down

 

“I’m going to prepare the ca—“ Yuri couldn’t finish what she’s gonna say the moment she looked at Jessica

 

Jessica smiled at her

 

Yuri unconsciously smiled back

 

“am I good?” Jessica asked when she’s already in front of Yuri

“you’re beautiful” Yuri answered

 

Jessica feels the heat on her face

 

“shall we?” Yuri asked as she placed her hand in front of Jessica

 

Jessica nodded as she took Yuri’s hand

 

“are you sure you’re okay?” Yuri asked standing beside Jessica’s car

“I thou---“ Jessica got interrupted

“what I mean is this, you sure you’re gonna go there with me?” Yuri asked

“why?... can I not go there with you?” Jessica asked

“you can but… don’t you think it’s a waste to go there without a date?” Yuri asked

“but you’re my date” Jessica unconsciously blurted

 

Yuri looked at her speechless

 

Jessica shouted herself on her mind when she realized what she said

 

“I-I m-mean… I’m not going there alone” Jessica explained “I’m with you”

“yeah… you’re going with me but I----“ Yuri got interrupted

“why?... you don’t want to go there with me?” Jessica asked jokingly

“It’s not what I mean” Yuri said

“how about you?” Jessica asked “don’t you think it’s just a waste if you’re also going there alone?”

“well………” Yuri don’t know what to say

“see…” Jessica said “going alone is not a big deal, and besides I’m not all alone… you’re with me”

 

“there they are” Taeyeon said when she Jessica and Yuri entered the crowd

 

“so… see you later” Yuri said when she pulled Jessica’s chair beside Krystal

 

Jessica nodded “see you later”

 

 

“I thought you’re gonna die waiting there” Taeyeon said when Yuri sat beside her

 

Yuri smirked “you wish”

 

“how about you?... I have a feeling that you’re the one who is gonna die in your seat, right now” Yuri said

“have you seen her?” Sooyoung asked

 

Taeyeon shook her head sadly

 

“maybe she’s just late” Amber said

“don’t worry… she won’t miss this” Sunny said

 

Taeyeon just smiled weakly

 

 

 

“you didn’t tell us, that you and Yuri are date tonight” Hyoyeon said

“she’s not my date” Jessica answered “she’s my bodyguard, remember?”

 

Hyoyeon looked at her with “LIER” expression

 

“and what’s with that look?” Jessica asked

“nothing… nothing” Hyoyeon answered

“nothing?” Jessica asked “your fa---“

“hey… can you stop that for a while” Seohyun said “can you help me look for Tiffany first”

“ah… I forgot..” Jessica said “where is she?”

“she’s just here a while ago, but now I couldn’t find her” Seohyun said

“is she fine?” Jessica asked

“I hope so” Hyoyeon answered

 

“hi guys…” Tiffany said from behind

“hey,…” Jessica greeted “where did you go?”

“ahhh… just checked to make sure everything is fine” Tiffany answered as she sat down beside Jessica

 

Then an MC started the program

 

“Let’s give it up for students who will perform the dance opening” the MC said

 

After the dance

 

“ready to party?!!!!!!!!!!!!!” the MC shouted

“yeahhhhhhhh!!!!!” the whole crowd responded

“then what are we waiting for!!!!” the MC shouted “let’s get this party started!!!”

 

Then a loud sound echoing on the room

 

“hey… come on” Sunny said as she pulled Hyomin to stand up

“I do---“ HYomin got interrupted

“don’t tell me you’re shy or you can’t dance” Sunny said “cause the last time I check you k---“

“fine… fine….” Hyomin said as she finally stood up “just be quiet”

 

Sunny laughed as she putted her fingers on

 

“why don’t you show us your charismatic dance moves?” Sooyoung said

“I can’t do it here” Yuri answered

“you can’t or you won’t?” Sooyoung asked

“all people here are students of our school” Yuri said “you’re not expecting me t---“

“what?... you’re not gonna do anything” Sooyoung said “you’re just gonna dance… or else if you’re planning something”

“and what’s that something actually mean?” Yuri asked

“you know” Sooyoung said as she leaned to make her face and Yuri’s face just inches away from each other “like this…”

“YAH!!!” Yuri said as she pushed Sooyoung

 

Sooyoung is laughing hysterically “you should have seen your face… it’s priceless”

“do it again and I’m gonna ki—“ Yuri got interrupted

“kiss me?” Sooyoung teased “just tell me and I wi---“

“you’re really wanna die right now?” Yuri asked

 

“you know you’re really cute” Sooyoung said as she pinched Yuri’s cheeks

 

 

“you don’t wanna dance?” Yuri asked

“yeah” Taeyeon answered “not really in a good mood to party right now”

“have you talk to her?” Yuri asked

 

Taeyeon shook her head “I don’t know how to face her”

“you know… you better talk to her now… before it’s too late” Yuri said

“I will” Taeyeon said “how about you?”

“me?” Yuri asked

 

Taeyeon nodded “have you talk to Jessica?”

 

“we’re in good terms, so I gu---“ Yuri got interrupted

“it’s not what I mean” Taeyeon said “you know, have you try to talk to her about two of you”

“honestly…. I don’t know if there’s something that I need to talk to her” Yuri said

“you love her?” Taeyeon asked

“I don’t know… I’m not sure” Yuri said “I don’t have any idea what it feels like when you love someone” she said as she looked at Jessica who’s drinking alone at the corner

 

 

“you did great” Amber said as she stood beside Krystal who’s eating besides Tiffany

“thanks” Krystal replied

“you don’t wanna dance?” Amber asked

“nope… feel like eating right now” Krystal answered

“you should dance with us later” Amber said “like them”, pointing to Hyoyeon and Seohyun who’s dancing

“let’s see” Krystal said

“I ho---“ Amber couldn’t finish what she’s gonna say when she felt someone hugged her from behind

 

Krystal looked down

 

“I didn’t interrupt something, right?” Suzy asked

“of course not” Krystal answered

“you sure…?” Suzy asked

 

Krystal nodded

 

“dance with us later” Suzy said

 

Krystal just smiled

 

Then Suzy and Amber left

 

Krystal immediately stood up and hurriedly walked to the bathroom

 

“yah!!! Krystal Jung!!, what’s wrong with you, huh?!!!” Krystal asked herself while looking at the mirror

 

Fortunately, she’s just alone in the bathroom, because all students are enjoying the party

 

“why are you hurt?... when you’re not supposed to be jealous?!!” Krystal asked again “that girl with her, that’s the one who should get jealous… not you, so you better get clear your head”

 

 

Taeyeon took a deep breath before she walk towards Tiffany who’s now sitting alone

 

“hey” Taeyeon said as she sat down beside Tiffany

“hi” Tiffany smiled weakly

“something wrong?” Taeyeon asked

“something wrong?” Tiffany asked sarcastically “no… there’s nothing wrong… everything is perfectly fine”

 

Taeyeon felt guilty “I’m sor---“

 

“you know… if you’re not ready, I’m not rushing you…” Tiffany said “just please, don’t make me look like a stupid person!”, she stood up and was about to leave when Taeyeon grabbed her hand

 

“I’m sorry” Taeyeon said apologetically

“you don’t have too” Tiffany said “just please, leave me for now…”

 

Taeyeon reluctantly let go Tiffany’s hand

 

 

 

“need a company?” a man asked

“thanks but I’m fine” Jessica answered as she drinks another glass of wine

“you sure?” a man asked again “cause I feel like you need someone”

“told you I’m fine” Jessica said

“why don’t you dance with me?” the man said as he grabbed Jessica’s wrist

“Hey!!, let me go!!” Jessica yelled as trying to let go from the man

“just on—“ the man couldn’t finish what he’s gonna say when someone grabbed his arm

 

“you heard her” Yuri said still grabbing the man’s arm

“chill…” the man said still grabbing Jessica’s wrist “we’re just gonna dance”

“she said she don’t want” Yuri said calmly “why don’t you go and bother someone”

 

Jessica’s who’s feeling uneasy from the situation “Yuri, it’s okay”

 

“see… she said it’s okay” the man said and was about to walk when Yuri suddenly grabbed his collar

 

“Yuri!” Jessica yelled

 

But Yuri ignored her

 

“let her go or you want me to force you!” Yuri said grabbing the man’s collar

 

The man smirked “and If I don’t?”

 

“you know, I’m not really in a good mood right now” Yuri said “so please… trust me… you don’t wanna do this”

“scary” the man said sarcastically

 

“Yuri… let him go” Jessica said

 

The man smiled “heard her?”

 

“what’s happening?” Taeyeon asked

“nothing…” Yuri answered

“we’ll this girl, suddenly grabbed me, so can you tell her to let me go” the man said

 

“Yuri” Taeyeon said

 

Yuri slowly let the man go

 

The man smirked again “let’s go (pointing to Jessica)”

 

“what now?” the man asked irritably when he felt someone grabbed his arm again

“now that she let you go… don’t you think you should do the same thing?” Taeyeon asked

 

The man smirked “are you her spo---, ahhh!!!”

 

“you know I’m not patient like her” Taeyeon said tighten the grip on the man’s arm

 

The man groaned in pain “ahhh!!!”

 

“what?” Taeyeon asked in a serious tone

 

The man reluctantly let Jessica go

 

“good” Taeyeon said

 

“you ok—“ Yuri couldn’t finish what she’s gonna say when Jessica walked immediately as soon as the man let her go

 

“how dare she act like that in front of me, when she just kissed someone right before my eyes” Jessica said

 

 

 

Jessica’s POV

 

“I took a glance at her, then suddenly…. The next thing that happen, Yuri and Sooyoung was kissing…, yeah… kissing….,

“hey!!!” Yuri shouted behind Jessica

 

But Jessica just ignored her and continues walking

 

“what’s wrong?” Yuri asked when she grabbed Jessica’s arm

“let go” Jessica said in a serious tone

“tell me what’s wrong” Yuri said

“there’s nothing wrong” Jessica said “happy?”

“of course there’s something wrong” Yuri said “spit it out”

“you know, why don’t you go and stop wasting your time on me” Jessica said

“what’s wrong?” Yuri asked calming herself

“you know what’s wrong, you!” Jessica said

 

Yuri looked at her confusedly

 

“so please stop meddling on my business, cause I can take care of myself” Jessica said

“is that you’re problem?” Yuri asked “me meddling in your business?... and what do you want me to do?... let that man harass you, disrespect you?”

 

“if that what it takes just for you stop meddling with me!!!” Jessica said “let every man do it!!!”

“are you hearing yourself, right now?!” Yuri asked still grabbing Jessica's arm

“I don’t know what I’m saying, I don’t know what I’m thinking!!!” Jessica shouted “I don’t even know why you keep saving me!!!”

“because I CARE!!!” Yuri shouted “I care!!! You heard me… I’m doing this because I care!!!”
