“Noona, DINNNEERRRR!!” Tao used his goddamn loud voice to call me.

“In a sec.” I shouted back.

“NOOO!”

I rolled my eyes. Speak of the bad day I just had.

Flashback

“Hey babe, alone? Need some companion?”

“Who the…. Oh.” I looked up in recognisation.

“I’m Jonghyun, if you were going to ask that.” He winked.

Please remind me why would a jjang be talking to me in that way.

Oh right. He’s a well known bad boy jerk style. I thought sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes.

“What do you want?”

“Nothing, just trying to be friends with you. Can’t I?” Jonghyun used that puppy eyes of his.

 “Well, no thanks.” I walked away.

Later that day, I was harassed by him. Literally.

Girls gave me a dirty look.

Whatever. I rolled my eyes inwardly.

“Come on. Why are you so hardcore?”

“I told you. I’m not interested. Get out of my way.”

“Awww, you’re cute.” He said and pinched my cheeks.

Déjà vu.

Wait no. It all happened, right infront of my face.

I’m experiencing them again.

Stupid …

“Lets put this straight to point. I hate you. So now, please.” I pointed to the classroom door.

“Fine. I’ll see you later.”

Urgh. Not  again!

 

 

Now, back to reality.

“NOONA!” Tao burst in my bedroom door.

“I TOLD YOU TO----- Oh..”

I turned my head around. Surprised.

“When did you?”

“Just now.”

Ah yes, my hearings. Its getting worser.

“Noona, are you sure you’re okay?”

“More than ever. Now, lets just go.” I smiled.

 

When I was about to forget my past, someone just had to play it all over again.

But then again, I just can't bring myself to hate you, Yoon Doojun.

(Next Day)

"Noona, you don't look good."

"I'm fine." I waved it off.

"If... you say so.." Tao went out first.

 

What a bad start...

Once in school, I was being squashed by fangirls.

Irritating es, I’m already having a bad headache already. Just stop screaming. URGH.

 “Let me just REPEAT it again, I have nothing to do with your precious DINO!” I squeezed past them.

Words travel fast. Stupid Dino. I hate you.

I rolled my eyes as the girls bombard me with questions.

“Are you dating?”

“Why would Jonghyun talk to you?”

“What’s going on between you and him?”

 

Luckily, I managed to reach class in one piece.

“Hey there.”

I look up. Kim Jonghyun. You’re dead meat.

I glared at him.

“Scram.”

“Why?” Jonghyun smirked.

“Why?” I scoffed. “Look outside.”

“So?”

“Kim Jonghyun, Sit.Down.” Lee sangsenim ordered.

“Ne.” Jonghyun then turned to me, “Later.”

Smirking, I got out the materials for the class.

This will be a looooooong day with those attention set on me.

 

School ended. It was my biggest nightmare ever. And the headache I’m having isn’t helping at all.

I was surrounded…

“Hey look, stay away from jonghyun oppa and you’ll be safe.”

I scoffed.

“What did you just do?! Look, you better bow down to me!”

“Why should I? I didn’t do anything wrong.”

“You !" 

And then there was a loud thud.

Hand print started to form.

My eyes welled up with tears.

"I've warned you." A girl called Minhye came up to me.

She's a gorgeous girl, really. She had a wavy brown hair curled up that stops at her waist. Big black eyes. And her features were sharp, this earn her the most popular girl. But hey, looks can be deceiving.

“What the hell” you snapped.

PIAKKKKK (okay, I have no idea what other sounds to describe slaps >.<)

Another slap earned.

You start getting dizzy. The surroundings start to turn silent. You couldn’t think straight anymore.

“MIYOUNG! YAH, WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO HER?!” You faintly heard Joohyun’s voice before it was silent out.

Joohyun rushed to you as you slumped down the locker.

“Oh my gosh. You okay?” You saw her panicking.

You smiled, and the world turn black.

 

Joohyun’s POV

“MIYOUNGGGGG!” I start panicking.

“She deserve it. Let’s go.” MinHye flipped her oh –so-shiny hair and walked.

“Where Do You Think You’re Going?” You heard a stern voice.

“Oh! Hi Tao, what are you doing here?” Minhye gushed.

What are they doing here? Oh my gosh, what am I supposed to do now? Ok. Joohyun, relax, relax. Think think think.

“URGH.” I tried bridal style Miyoung, She’s pretty light… But I’m not strong enough! I huffed.

“Need help?”

I turned around. Minho.

“Erm, yeah. Sure, if you don’t mind.” I struggled.

“Thanks” I mumbled as he carried Miyoung to the nurse.

“Welcome.” He smiled and walked on with me trailing behind.

 

Tao’s POV

“I’m pretty sure I asked you first.” I gave that Minhye my icy glare.

“Oh, can’t I leave?”

No way in hell and I letting you off. Joohyun, take care of noona for me while I take care of this… female dog.

“Does anyone here have a problem? Stop staring.” I glared at the sides.

Everyone moved on.

I could feel the curious stares from everyone.

“Erm… hello? Can I go now, you cutie. I got to-“

I slapped her hands away from me as she tried to touch my hair.

I smirked when I saw her shocked expression.

“Tell me. Why did you slap Miyoung?”

“I-I didn’t .”

I held up her hand, revealing her red palm.

“You were saying?”

“Well, even if I did, it shouldn’t matter to you. She’s just another attention seeker.” She rolled her eyes.

That did it.

“DON’T.YOU.EVER.DARE.SAY.HER.THAT.WAY.” I emphasized on every single word.

I could sense it. Everyone was surprised by my behavior. I haven’t been angry for quite some time.

“Wow. Don’t need to get angry. She’s just-“

“Another insult, I swear I would never hesitate. Even if you’re a girl.” I glared at her hard.

MY noona don’t deserve this.

“Is this how you talk to a senior?”She snapped.

“Then is that how you treat you own schoolmate?”

She was left speechless.

“Let me tell you something. If you dare to even lay a finger on her, I’ll make sure you get the nightmare of your life. MARK.MY.WORDS.”

I don’t care if she’s a girl. She’s hurting Noona, that’s all that matter.

I stormed off to my next destination.

Everyone was left dumbfounded.

 

Kris's POV

“What the hell was that for?” everyone mumbled to each other.

"Who is she to Tao?"

"Are they... together?"

I rolled my eyes.

This Tao.

"Het guys, stop blanking out." I turned to EXO, "Let's check up on Tao."

I walked off, leading the way.

"Duizhang, what happened back there?" Xiumin frowned.

"I'll let Tao explain. IF he wants to tell you." I sighed.

Everyone nodded.

 

 

Somehow No one's POV and Tao's POV.. xp

While at the other end, in the nurse's office...

"Will she be ok?"

"What happened to her?"

"She'll be fine right?"

"Her cheeks-"

"STOP RIGHT THERE!" The nurse sighed.

"Look, if you two continue to throw me questions, I will not hesitate to get you out. Let me explain first." The nurse eyed from Tao to Joohyun.

Both kept silence.

"Good. Now, she will be fine, soon. And her temperature is a little high, and her cheeks are swollen too, yes. I'll be treating it with ice. Don't worry. And Tao, I would like to speak to you." The nurse turned to Tao. " Follow me."

Joohyun tilted her head, obviously curious why Tao is here, and why is nurse talking to him in private. She shook it off and went to you.

 

"Anything abnormal of your sister this morning?"

"Yeah. She do looked a little pale this morning, does it count?"

"Then why didn't you ask her to stay at home?" 

"She never listens to me!" Tao whined.

"AISH! Your sister stubborn-ness." The nurse shaked her head.

"Buy why ask that?" 

"I'm not sure but, its better she do a full check-up in the hospital. To be safe."

"Slaps don't do anything-"

"Its not about the slap. I sugest you just follow my instrustions. Ok?"

"Yes nurse-nim" Tao smiled.

The nurse smiled an left as Tao went inside, only to see a very crowded room.

"What are you guys-"

"Explain yourself." Everyone chorused, excluding you and Kris.

Sighing, Tao sat down on the couch.

"Explain what?"

"You and her." DO said, stating the obvious.

Tao started fiddling with his fingers.

Should I? Will noona be upset?

"We're waiting." 

"Hey, let Tao rest first ok?" Kris looked at everyone.

"But-" 

"Fine, I'll say." Tao finally opened up his mouth.

"She's my noona. Not exactly from the same parents but I live with her since young." Tao simply stated.

Everyone's eyes grew big.

"WHAT?!" 

"You didn't tell us you had a sister!"

"She didn't tell me she had a brother!"

"Hey guys, Look! She wanted to keep it a secret. She hates attention. So lets keep this amog ourselves ok?"

"How about MinHye?"

"Let her be."

"I'm pretty sure this will end up as a scandal."

"I know."

"And?"

"I just want to protect her." Tao looked up, eyes softening at your sight, "She's precious."

I will make sure that you don't get hurt. Ever again. Like how you protected me since young.

I promise that I'll do that.
