Chapter Three
Imperfect LoveDrip, drip.
A single crimson droplet drips from her wrist. They fall to the white marble floor; a red dot in a sea of white.
Leaning back against the wall, she closed her eyes, ignoring the slight pain in her wrist. After all, she mused with a small smile on her beautiful face, it was just pain.
And at the very, there will be no nightmares tonight.
"Unnie, are you feeling cold?" Seohyun curiously asked, a slender finger pointing at Yoona's covered arms. Hastily, Yoona answered, "No --- I meant, yes. I'm feeling a bit cold. Just a bit." Seohyun stared at Yoona with obvious curiosity; why was she blabbering away? It's okay if she's feeling cold in the middle of February.
"Okay, unnie." Seohyun merely nodded her head before walking towards Kyuhyun. Yoona waited until Seohyun was out of sight before heaving a big sigh of relief. Pushing her fringe back from her face, Yoona murmured, "That was close."
"What was close?" Donghae asked, suddenly popping out from the wall. "Hey!" Yoona exclaimed in slight surprise and unconsciously, pulled the sleeves of her cardigan lower, covering her hands.
