Living Ghost Town
Interrogation Detail; Jan 04, 2015 - 2:32PM
"This conversation will be recorded. For verification, please answer 'yes' if this is true. You have refused your right to call a lawyer, and you are the man from Fin who has admitted to assisting 84 criminals in escaping from the prison of Regnad three days ago on January 1st, 2015. Is this correct?"
-- "Yes. Do I get a free phone call?"
"Yes, just one. Is there someone you need to call?"
-- "My son."
The suspect insists on using his own cell phone and confines himself in the bathroom for the call. Under normal circumstance this is not allowed, but for the sake of calming the suspect, it has been approved. The suspect returns after four minutes, and his cell phone call records have been deleted.
The interrogation will continue tomorrow night.
Interrogation Detail; January 05, 2015 - 8:14PM
"This conversation will be recorded. For another verfication that this is your voice, please answer 'yes' if this is true. You have refused your right to call a lawyer, and you are the man from Fin who has admitted to assisting 84 criminals in escaping from the prison of Regnad three days ago on January 1st, 2015. Is this correct?"
-- "Yes, has anything happened in Regnad?" The suspect clearly seems nervous and restless.
"Nothing out of ordinary. Where are the prisoners?"
-- No answer.
"How did you get 80 prisoners out of the prison? Did you do it by yourself?"
-- "Yes, by myself. Getting them out was easy, considering the fact that none of the few guards actually guard the place during lunch time."
"They still wouldn't have missed 80 prisoners walking out right under their noses."
-- "Unless the ground gave out beneath them and they managed to go under the guards."
"Are you saying that they dug a tunnel out?"
-- "Impossible. The ground is made of cement."
"Fine. Let's get back to the previous question. Where are the prisoners?"
-- No answer still on this question. "Can I have a glass of water?"
The interrogator allows him and asks the officers to bring them a glass of water before continuing.
"Are they even alive?"
-- "They're not dead, that's for sure."
"If you're going to be so uncooperative, why did you turn yourself in anyways? Why confess to helping 80 prisoners escape?"
-- "Because this police station will probably be the safest place to be within a couple of hours." The suspect shakes his legs and does not look at the interrogator in the eyes.
"What do you mean by that?"
-- Suspect refuses to answer.
An interruption: an officer notifies the interrogator about an unusual disorder in the North of Regnad.
-- Suspects seems interested and is out of breath. "What disorder?"
The interrogator leaves with the officer, and suspect seems obsessed with hearing the details of the event occuring in the North area of Regnad.
Hm... if you have any questions. Feel free to ask! Applications are due tomorrow!
For this part, any part that is after the dash "--" is what the old man from Fin is saying/doing. Everything else is what the interrogator is saying or is just notes made by the person who keeps record.
