“Kim Jongin, this is all you fault!”
It’s the dawn of the new beginning, and it’s a new beginning to face the aftermaths of their wrongdoing. She considers herself to burst out in tears by now. It was hugely dreadful for her to peek under the coverlet to see that she was stark- down there. She bombards him with thwacks of brittle smackings, hopelessly venting all her angers and frustration in it. Fully clad, of course.
He halts her flying thwacks by grasping both of her wrists, sitting by the end of the tussled bed. “Yoona, I am sorry. So, so, sorry. I didn’t mean to do t-“
She ruthlessly flings his grasp away from touching her skin, and stands up from the bed, taking a few steps away from him. Because it feels so wrong after all what happened to her. ”No, no, no. You mean it, Jongin! If you didn’t mean it, this wouldn’t happen! I won’t be in this place, and neither will you!” Her coarse voice, which he doesn’t recognize at all at first, suffuses his core with guilt, humiliation, fury and an everlasting fear. It will be imprinted in his and her memory, how he exploited her innocuous soul. And the way she declares it with so much detestation and disgust, rips his heart apart.
“What are you trying to do, Jongin?”
For him, it didn’t sound like a question. But he sensed the time to answer it, when he doesn’t know what to give. “I-I-I messed up, Yoona”he clarifies, swiping his palms across his strained face.
She chuckles darkly, embittered by his casual reply. "I'll be surprised, if you don’t” She acutely states, billowing puffs of morning mist.”Just like those days when it’s hard for you to be faithful to me, for me.”
