You woke up from your sleep, hitting the off button. You still can’t believe that the holidays were over in just a blink of an eye. You did nothing but homework. You got up from your bed and headed to the bathroom. After a long and nice shower, you took out your school uniform that was ironed the night before. You happily walked to the kitchen to see your breakfast on the table. You sat down next to your dad who was reading the newspaper.

“Ready for school, dear?” Your dad asked as he flipped the pages of newspaper. “Nae. I’m always ready, you know” You happily ate your bread. You were the only child your parents had. They’ve given you as much love as they could.

“Look at the time. You should get going” Your mom looked at her watch. “Omo, nae. I’ll see you after school!” You ran towards the door. “Are you sure you don’t want us to send you there?” You shake your head and waved at them. You didn’t want to burden them since they did everything for you.

You hurriedly walked to the bus stop only to see students getting on to the bus. You ran towards it and slowly made your way in. You sat on a empty seat, 4 rows form the front. You placed your bag at the seat next to you. You stared outside the window, seeing the neighbourhood as the bus made its way to your school.

Your school is where students from abroad can study. Most of them are from America so it’s easy for you to communicate with them. Your mind wondered in your dreamland.

You didn’t notice that the bus had stopped for you to leave.

“Umm.. Excuse me, the bus has stopped now” A husky voice called to you. Only the notice now, “Oh jinjja?”  You looked outside the window and saw a familiar building. Yes, you finally reached school. “Gomawo for telling me” You turned your head and saw a male that looked very familiar. He had brown hair and brown eyes. “No problem” He left the bus. Only to leave you in shock. *This can’t be true. I think I’m dreaming. Somebody pinch me*

You left the bus and thanked the bus driver. You walked into the school hallway. “SURPRISE!” You immediately jumped from shocked. It was your two bestfriends, Choi Jun Wook and Lee Hye RI.

“Aish, you guys shocked me there” You gave them a glare. “Mianhae.. We were just too excited meeting our bestfriend after the long holiday” Jun Wook gave you his eye-smile which was rather cute. “You called it long? I would rather call it a weekend” The three of you laughed at each other and started talking about what they did during the holidays.

*RING*

“Oh, the bell. Let’s get going and find us some seats for the assembly” The three walked together, side by side.
