First day of school, Part 1

Author’s POV

As the sun rose Kevin watched it rise, he woke up earlier than usual; he was excited for his first day of school. Though he was worried about Jung-hwa, he hoped he wouldn’t do anything stupid…

He stretches and changes, he examines himself and nods in approval “Now the hair” he says and starts to style his hair, when satisfied he knocks on Aiden’s door

“Aiden-ah, time to get up”

“No it’s not!” Kevin laughed at his tired dongsang

“I’m coming in”

He steps through the door and laughs at Aiden.

His leg was hanging from the side and his head was buried under the pillow “Aiden~”

“I wanna sleep….”

“Wake up we have to leave soon” the younger twin looked at his clock

“IT’S FIVE IN THE MORNING!!!”

“We have to get there early and get our schedules” Aiden groans, “Come on, up, up”

“I don’t wanna….that means getting up and moving around, and its cold outside!!”

“Get dressed please, and I’ll do your hair”

“Fine…” the latter muttered, “Get out first”

“Ne…”

After a few minutes Aiden came out in a white t-shirt with a white button up jacket, black skinny jeans, boots, and wore his bracelet and necklace, “Hyung you need to wear your bracelet too”

“Arasso, come on”

The two brothers went into the oldest room and they talked

“Aiden you need to get this black dye out of your hair…I liked your brown hair better”

“Same goes to you brother, your brown hair is better than the honey blond you’ve got on”

“Alright fine, how about one more week with these colors then back to our natural hair color”

“Okay”

“And….there, perfect!”

“Hyung you need to either become a stylist, or an Idol. Pick one for god sake!” Kevin laughs

“I only like styling your hair because it’s easy to deal with, you know I want to become an Idol”

“And I want to eat breakfast” Aiden said smiling

“Oh Ha Ha, Aiden I’m serious”

“I know, we both want to” Aiden stands from the chair “But we cannot accomplish that dream until we eat”

“When are you not hungry…?”

“Two years ago”

“Right”

After they ate they started walking to the bus stop, “Hyung”

“Ne”

“What if everyone hates us?”

“Why would they?”

“Well I’ve read in books…”

“Yah! Those books, fan fictions aren’t true!”

“How do you know I mean really?!”

“Aish…”

“Soo?”

“Oh my god…if everyone hates us so be it, we’re different than them”

“Okay…”

The bus came and both took a deep breath, Kevin holds Aiden’s hand as they walked to the back and sit together, they heard whispers but they ignored.

“So Kyuhyun said there are two new kids, we’re thinking of welcoming them to their new school”

“Hyung I know very well that when you say ‘Welcoming them’ it really mean bullying them”

“Ne Eli hyung is right” a boy with brown hair stated patting a blonds shoulder

“Oh come on, you’ve been around Leeteuk too much….” A brunette said “Come on Eli, just this once will you join us? I mean come on we’re the amazing 13; no one dares stand up to us” The blond named ‘Eli’ looked out the window

“Fine whatever…” he muttered,

“That’s my boy”

“Your cruel you know that Joon?”

“I know, it’s who I am. And Dongho, speak up more…” Joon says turning back in the passenger seat,

The boy named Dongho rolls his eyes as he looks at the boy next to him “Eunhyuk hyung are you okay?”

“Yeah, just tired…” the teen nods, “G-Dragon hyung are we almost there? I’m hungry…”

“Yes, just hold on maknae…”

“Hyung…hyung, HYUNG!”

“What!”

“Look!” Kevin looked out the window to see the school,

“What about it?”

“Look at the students around us and the school” he did as he was told then notice one thing.

There were no females

“Wait…this is a coed school right?”

“Hyung….” The two shared a look “We’re in an all-boys school…”

“But Auntie said it was a coed…”

“Well, guess she read wrong…”

The bus stops and everyone exits, “Well here goes nothing…” Aiden says

“Yeah…”

They walk into the building and find the main office and knock

“Come in” they enter quietly “Ah you must be the Woo twins, Sunghyun and Jung-hwa”

“Ne sir” Kevin says

“Here are your schedules, your first class starts in ten minutes” the twins bow

“Thank you sir”

Kevin’s POV

“First we have Chemistry together”

“’We’ don’t have chemistry” I sigh and smack the back of his head and he laughs,

“Very funny Aiden, now enough of the jokes” I muttered and read the rest, “We have Gym, Math, and lastly we have a vocal class together”

“Nice, so what do you have that I don’t?”

“A personality?”

“Ha ha, enough of the jokes…” I smirked

“Arasso, you have English, History. We both are required to be in a club as our final activity before school ends, though we have the entire week to find our club”

“If there is a dance club I am so there”

“I know” I read the room number and lead Aiden to our first class, “This is it” I peek inside and see students already inside, the bell rings and I knock on the door

“Yes?” a woman says opening the door

“We are the new students…” I said shyly

“Oh that’s right! I’m sorry, come in I am Miss Kim; my you two are cute~” she cooed, I pulled Aiden along by the hand and we stand in the front with the teacher,

“Students, these are our new students. Please introduce yourself”

“Annyeoghaseyo I am Woo Sunghyun, but in America my name is Kevin. My hobbies are drawing, singing, and playing soccer; I hope to have a great time here, and make some new friends” I bowed my head and I heard some whispering

“Well welcome Kevin to the new semester, does anyone have any questions for Mr. Woo? Yes Kyuhyun?”

“Are you a girl or what?” I looked at the boy and simply answered

“No I am very much male”

“Are you sure? Cuz you look like a girl” I saw from the corner of my eye, Aiden look like he was going to burst

“Mr. Cho that is enough….anyone else? Yes Ryeowook”

“How long have you been singing?”

“For about six years now”

“That’s amazing” I smiled.

“Alright then, and who are you?” Miss Kim asked Aiden, he took a step forward; I prepared for the worst…

“Annyeoghaseyo, I am Woo Jung-hwa, in America my name is Aiden, so feel free to call me Aiden” I want to face palm and smack his head so much now….

“My Hobbies are dancing, singing, and playing baseball. Just like my twin brother I hope to have a wonderful time here and make some friends. But I must warn I don’t tolerate people hurting my brother”

“Aiden” I hissed but he ignored me

“Well, well we have twins in our class~ any questions for Mr. Aiden…. Taemin?”

“You say your hobby is dance right? How long?”

“About the same as singing, about four to five years”

“Are you two really twins?” a guy with long jet black hair asked

“Yes we are” we both said, smiling. The teacher clapped her hands

“Alright then, let me assign you two your seats and tour guides…Ryeowook why don’t you take Kevin and…” Miss Kim tapped her chin a few times, “You know I think I’ll have one of my other students take you Aiden, but I don’t see anyone capable…”

“Hey!” most of the guys yelled, I chuckled. Looks like Aid has some fans now? Maybe I can

“Now your seats….Aiden sit next to Alexander and Kevin you sit in front of your brother and next to Sungmin”

“Ne ma’am” we said and bowed, she smiled at us and we went to our seats

 “Hi, I’m the amazing Zander~” I tuned to the one named ‘Alexander’ and Aiden held out his hand

“Yo man~” I face palmed, Aiden….

“Sorry excuse my brother, he likes speaking English more than Korean….”

“No problem, I speak many languages”

“Alright you three, we will be starting the lessons” I turned towards the front and paid attention.

Aiden’s POV

I twirled my pen with my fingers as I watched Miss Kim do an experiment “Alright, now with your partner you two will do the exactly as written on the board, if you need help feel free to raise your hand. Talking is allowed”

I looked at the board and read everything and started working, I always get my work done fast

 “So you and Kevin are twins?” Zander asked in English

“Yeah”

“That’s cool, who’s the eldest?”

“Kevin hyung, but we don’t look all that alike…” I said while mixing two chemicals, “I have a question, does anyone else in this room speak English but you and my brother n I?”

“No, I take English and I haven’t seen any of these people in my class”

“Okay, so when we speak English it’s a private conversation….Who is this ‘Kyuhyun’ guy?” I asked as I finished the experiment and turn to Zander

“The genius of the ‘Amazing 13’ group….he’s the second maknae….”

“Really…What is the ‘Amazing 13’? I get the ‘13’ part means there are at least 13 members…”

“Well they are the rich kids in the school…some of us are and some of us aren’t but they also out rank others in a lot, making them a member of the ‘Amazing 13’, though they act like they rule the school and pick on the fresh meat or whoever they want to target. Well for instance, Kyuhyun is number one in school ranks, another is Dongho; the only sixteen year old boy to strike out anyone any day, any game.” I nod slightly

“Tell me about the other members”

“Sure, Umm Kim Eli, the best singer in the entire school, he enters in all the talent shows and wins every time…Kim Heechul, the diva of the school; he forced his way into the group. Lee Hyukjae, also known as Eunhyuk; the dance machine, he is the dance club’s leader; he is the finest dance in the school. Cho Minho, the soccer player; not much about him…

Joon, G-Dragon, Ren, Kibum, Yesung, Kangin, and Zhou mi are members that have been chosen during this month…”

I nodded letting all the names sink in

“Though the ones you should be careful of is Joon, Kyuhyun, Changmin, Junsu, and JR….mainly JR he’s a fighter…”

I laugh slightly, “I’m not afraid…”

“Even though I just met you; I must warn you, I don’t think you should mess with them…”

“Then the same to them…if they hurt my brother they will wish they didn’t…” I said, clenching my fists.

I sighed and at that moment the bell rung and I stood, “Kevin hyung what is my next class?”

“History”

“Awe man….”

“Aiden Woo please stay in class while I get your tour guide, everyone is dismissed…”

“Aiden do you need me to stay with you?”

“No hyung, go ahead, I’ll see you at lunch…” I said and forced a smile, he handed me my schedule and kissed my head

“Be good”

“Arasso…” I said, he smiles at me and leaves with…Uhh…hold on….the name is coming!

Wook? Something wook…..

Oh Ryeowook!

Yeah he left with him…I sat in the classroom while some students came in they all looked at me as they took their seats everywhere else.

I start going over y notes again until I felt my body hit the floor, I look to see a guy with brown hair “This is my seat, everyone knows that”

Oh so this punk thinks it’s alright to push me to the ground, “Hey stupid, are you going to get up or stare like a gaping fish?”

“Well excuse me I was here first…” I said and pick up my bag and note book and stand, brushing the non-existing dirt from my white jacket.

“What was that?” I felt my color being pulled

“All I am saying is that you can’t claim a spot” I pushed his arm away and I heard gasps around me, what? No one stands up for themselves in this school?

“Why haven’t I seen you ‘round before cutie? Are you new” Oh now he changes his attitude?

“Why is that of your business?” the guy laughs

“I’m Joon, and you?”

“I am going this way, away from you” I said and walked away, I felt his eyes on me.

Miss Kim came back with a small boy, I hate to admit; but he is cute!

“Aiden, this is Henry, Henry; Aiden. He will be your tour guide for the day”

“Hi Aiden! I’m Henry Lau”

“Hi I’m Aiden Woo, nice to meet you”

“Come on, I’ll show you around; we have history together so we can walk together” I nodded and followed the happy boy, making me forget about Joon.
