"I'm not doing this you hear me?!" the doe-eyed young man shouted through the phone.

"They had nothing to lose and besides, it's not like you have a choice" he greeted his teeth and clenched his fist tight with every word the deep voice uttered from the other end of the line.

"Do it or you'll lose them" and with that, the owner of the deep voice hung up, as the young man slouched himself on the couch, ocassionally rubbing his temple.

Entering Lucifer, the most famous underground club in Paris, Lee Joon couldn't help but cringed by the crowdness and loudness of the music booming through the club. He made his was through the crowd to the other end of the club, stopping a few times along the way when a few females praactically threw themselves on him, trying to hook him up, but failed miserably when they were rejected square in the face.

Don't get him wrong, he actually liked things like this; girls and clubbing, but tonight, he was just not in the mood. He heaved in relief when he finally arrived in front of the last door on the corner at the end of the club. Inviting himself in, a smug look formed on his handsome face when he saw his best friend, the most wanted player he had ever known, was making out on the couch with another new face.

*Either this girl is naive or she's just plain stupid for making herself hooked up. He'll practically leave her for another girl tomorrow*

And with that thought, Lee Joon slouched himself on the couch opposite from the couple ever so loudly, as an attemp of making himself noticed by the busy couple, and he definitely succeeded when his best friend pulled away from the girl and turned to look at him, with a sly smile on his face.

"Wasso?" his best friend greeted him.

"Yeah..." he simply replied as he leaned his head on the couch comfortably, closing his eyes along the way, somehow enjoying the peace, ignoring the glare from the girl for interrupting her moment with his best friend. The room was made to be slightly soundproof and he was thankful for that at the moment.

"Not in the mood tonight? Care to tell me about it?"

That one sentence made him looked up to his best friend with a doubtful look, his eyebrow rising.

"I'm all ears" the other said as he detached himself from the girl's firm grip, waving her out of the room, ignoring the silent protest made by the young girl who sulkily stomped out of the room.

"Kang Ho Dong and his men are on the run again" Lee Joon unconsciously let out a sigh.

His best friend could only smile at his gesture. To him, Lee Joon might be a player like him but he was the best right hand man a mafia leader like him could get. He was always serious in his work despite his witty characters.

"But somehow this time he suddenly took an interest in an average company like the Choi Corp's. I don't know what's he's planning up his sleeve this time, Jonghyun-ah" Lee Joon continued and somehow Jonghyun, his so-called best friend frown at the mention of Choi Corp's.

"Which Choi Corp's?" Jonghyun asked.

Lee Joon was surprised with his serious tone but he answered nevertheless. "The one and only we knew about"

"Want me to investogate deeper on this?" looking at the other's sudden rise in tense, he couldn't help but asked, and Jonghyun merely nodded, while he looked still deep in thought.

"Jonghyun..." Lee Joon cautiously called upon his best friend, afraid that he would interrupt his thinking but his curiousity couldn't wait.

"I think I'm going back to Seoul sooner than I thought"

Key sighed.

Here he was again, unconsciously walking down the corridor of the classes of second year. He didn't know why every Wednesday after school, his feet would brought him to this same place, and he will went into a certain class, doing a certain thing, on a certain table.

Heck, he was not even a sophmore student to begin with, and his class would be in the other building, so what would be the possible thing he was doing? No one knows the answer except for himself.

He was glad that no one was around, since most of them had probably gone home already and the rest of them busied themselves with their club activities which were a compulsory for each students of Shinhwa college to attend to, thanks to the rules set by them. And today is the day of activity for the music club, the book club and the soccer club.

He was about to enter this certain class when a familiar voice greeted from behind.

"Key oppa?"

Key turned around and was greeted by the smiling face of Ginny, his favorite dongsaeng. He awkwardly smiled back at her.

"What are you doing here? Are you here to meet someone?" Ginny asked as he peered over his shoulder, trying to see if there is someone inside the room whom her Key oppa was probably going to meet, but frown when she saw no single soul in the classroom.

"A-aniyo. I- I was just walking by. Wh- what about you? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be going home with Onew hyung?" Key stuttered as he swiftly stuffed the thing he was previously holding into his pants' pocket.

"Silly oppa. Did you forget that I had club activities today? I'm in the music club, remember? And I'm just here to pick up the music score Nicole unnie left under her desk. She said that she'll be needing that if she's going to let me hear the new piece of music she composed" Ginny explained as she walked to a certain table before she rummaged her hand into the drawer and finally grinning to herself when she found what she was searching for.

"Nicole?" 

Key couldn't help but found himself asking as he was curious to how did Ginny happened to know this girl. And he found himself walking side by side with Ginny, heading to the music room.

"She's a second year student. I bump into her on my first day while searching for the my class and only get to know her more when I joined the first meeting for the music club. Do you know her oppa? But I doubt it since she's not your type and she's not in the same year as you" Ginny kept blabbering.

"No...of course I don't" Key mentally whacked himself for the first lie he ever told Ginny.

"But I would like you to meet her though, since she's nice and all. And since we're here already..." Ginny said as she pushed opened the door to the music room and dragged along a bewildered Key into the room before the door behind them shuts close.

What greeted them was a sight of a girl they both know well by heart sitting behing the majestic grand piano, but this time, without glasses, looking ever so serene.

"Unnie, I've got your music scores and I brought someone to meet you"

Ginny's sweet voice made Key broke out of his trance and he found himself walking towards Ginny and the shy girl, with a cool look plastered on his face, when he was actually jumping inside.

"Key oppa, meet Nicole unnie. And Nicole unnie, the Key oppa as I told you before" Ginny introduced both of them to each other, and they politely bowed at each other as a sign of greetings for the first time.

And then there was silence.

Sensing the awkwardness, Ginny tried to break it by making Nicole played her newly composed music score. Nicole, of course being the shy girl as she is refused to play it simply because one of the college Kingka was present inside the room but after seeing a small gesture from Key which indicate to her that it's okay for her to play, she nervously sat on the piano bench and started to play, while the other 2 figures kept their silent, enjoying the peaceful melody which echoed throughout the small room.

"Unnie, what's wrong?" Ginny couldn't help but asked when she heard her favorite senior sigh for the umpteenth time for the short 15 minutes since they met.

It was a bright Friday and both of the girls decided to meet up for lunch after much persuasion from the youngest that nothing's going to go wrong.

Ginny was getting impatient when all she got as an answer from the older girl was her heavy sighs.

"Unnie, start talking"

The older flinched with the authoritive tone that the youngest used on her and she knew she had no choice but to answer her since the girl won't stop pestering unless she got the answer that she wants.

"Remember that you once asked me how could I stand being here in this school when they all treated me differently, and I said it was becuase of the encouragement that I got from someone?" Nicole started, but her eyes looking at everywhere but Ginny.

Ginny nodded, motioning for her to continue, though she doubt that the older saw her action, but let it slide when she continued.

"Well to tell you the truth, I found out a note full with encouraging words was left under my desk on one Wednesday evening after club activities, and since then, I've kept receiving them every week, the same time, the same place. But yesterday, I found nothing when I searched for it and found myself kinda disappointed since I thought that someone actually cared for me here in this school but now, I'm not sure anymore"

Nicole finally voiced out what had been playing in her mind the whole time since yesterday, and she somehow found comfort when she saw that the other was giving her all attention in listening to her. Though she was younger and of different status from her, Nicole enjoyed her little company.

After what seemed forever, Ginny finally responded.

"Unnie, if you don't mind, can I see the note?" Ginny politely asked, not to make the other felt uncomfortable with her request.

"I think I brought one with me, let me see..." Nicoel rummaged through her piled of papers in her file and finally pulled out a pink rose-scented paper with writings and handed it to Ginny who gladly and eagerly accepted it.

Ginny was scrutinizing the writings on the paper and immediately, a curious frown formed on her delicate face.
