A casual date. that was all he want for the entire time from her. They went on a date like another ordinary couples. They went to the movies, having a can of beer at the Han river park, being lazy at home on their day off, went shopping, sat for hours at the coffee shop, wandering around Seoul for a car date, gossiping, chit-chat before sleep, having breakfast-lunch-dinner from a fancy restaurant to another one, having a formal anniversary dinner, and vice versa. Pretty simple for ordinary couple but it’s not always simple for her. For a formal dinner, she always looked beautiful from head to toe, but Woohyun almost always sighed whenever he picked her up for a casual date. A ‘casual date’ for Woohyun but a casual date for Chorong.

She; Park Chorong always came out stuffed from her apartment. Woohyun who was in his car felt like he saw an interpol in disguise. She always came out with the mask on, big glasses, baseball hat, and oversized coat in addition for a cold weather. Not pretty at all. Woohyun was always grumpy everytime Chorong was being busy with all of her equipment. Their relationship was always fun actually. They act like couple, best friends, siblings

Woohyun looked at the figure in front of him, sitting with her legs crossed, humming into her debut song, her eyes wandered outside the building. She’s beautiful but she always covered.

“Okay Chorong, let’s talk seriously.” Woohyun put his latte on the table.

“We always do, Honey.” Chorong answered as she took a bite of her cheese cake.

Woohyun sighed. He always liked it when Chorong calls him ‘Honey’, he always do. He was always weak because of her soft voice and the way she calls him honey. she was always sweeter than honey. Everytime his face sullen, she was there to comfort him with her natural motherly smile. This time too. But he had the urge to say something that made him unhappy.

“Park Chorong.” Woohyun set his eyes on Chorong.

Chorong, who sat in front of him tilted her head. “Hm?”

“What are you doing?” Woohyun asked as he saw Chorong held her iPad.

“Reading some articles about us.”

Ding Dong! Good timing for Woohyun, that was what he wanted to ask.

“Chorong, do we really have to go out like this?”

His finger pointed his head – her head – her face – and then his face. They were covered by mask and hat.

“Of course! We are idols, you silly.” Chorong laughed.

“No, no. I mean, sure we are idols. But we went public with our relationship. We don’t need stuffy things to cover ourselves anymore.”

“We are at Starbucks, Woohyun. And it’s 3:00 PM sharp.”

Woohyun pretty confused by the way. Sure, they were at Starbucks. Sunday. 3:00 PM. A lot of people there. He thou
