Third Person

The next morning at school, Jonghyun couldn't help but look for the girl with the cherry blonde hair and sharp features. He wanted to see her again, get to know her, and at least get her name. At least that.

Little did he know, she was doing exactly what he was doing. She didn't really have a lot of friends, since she was so quiet. Besides Tiffany, her only other "real" friend was a girl named Choi Sooyoung, who was somebody she befriended when she first moved to Korea.

All she wanted was to befriend him. He seemed like a really nice guy, and secretly, deep down, she just wanted an excuse to hang out with him without stalking him, and stare and him, spacing out while he talked to her. It was bad, she knew it, considering she had a boyfriend of two years. Two years, about to be three this coming July.

"Sooyeon!" She knew this voice. It was Sooyoung, the only person who insisted on calling her by her real name, though Jessica kept telling her to call her by her American name. Her turned around to face a short haired girl, wearing a pair of blue skinny jeans and a plain white shirt.

You see, Sooyoung claims to be a tomboy, and judging by the plain, non-girly outfits she wears, you would be convinced she was. But sometimes she acted like a girly girl. For example, when it came to insects and scary movies, or even fashion, perhaps . Jessica was to blame for this, because when they were younger, Sooyoung was full on tomboy. It was probably learned behavior, just from hanging out with the American raised girl since she moved to Korea at age eleven.

"Hey, Sooyoung." The cherry blonde hooked arms with her best friend and they walked to one of the outdoor tables and sat down. Soon, Sooyoung's boyfriend, Jung Kyungho, came and sat with them. Then Jessica felt like a third wheel.

Where was Donghae? 

She began looking around for the brown haired boy she called her boyfriend, but found no luck with all the people out, talking with their friends. Meanwhile, Jonghyun had been trying to loose himself in the crowd so Luna couldn't find him, and happened to catch sight of cherry blonde hair, stopping himself in his tracks.

Was it? No, it couldn't be..... Jonghyun backed up a few steps, the blonde color coming back into perfect view. She was sitting at a table, probably with a friend and another guy, which he could obviously tell was her friend's boyfriend, since they we holding hands and they talked, and his other arms was wrapped around her shoulder.

"Jonghyun! Jonghyun....? Jjongie, where did you go?" He heard Luna's voice getting closer and darted towards the blonde haired girls table, catching Jessica's attention when she saw the blonde/brownish haired boy running past.

"Um, hey, guys, I'll see you later. Okay?" She got a hum in response and quickly grabbed her bag, darting in the direction the boy did. Once she lost view of him, she stopped and quickly scanned the crowd for his color hair.

Then, the tree she was standing under started dropping leaves, and sounds of a branch shaking was heard. Looking up, she saw the boy, as if he just got up there. He was looking down, as if hiding from something, or somebody. She couldn't help but make a comment.

"If you're hiding from somebody, hiding in a tree and shaking it won't help, it'll draw attention, smart one." The sudden voice startled Jonghyun, and he came tumbling out of the tree. "Oww..." He got up and dusted himself off, then looked at who scared him.

A smile creeped up on his lips when he saw it was the girl from yesterday. Exactly who he was looking for before Luna interupted him. "Well, I was going to quiet down once I got in a good spot, that is, until I fell out of it."

Jessica giggled, reaching out to pull a leaf out of his hair. "Sorry about that." He eyed her as she let go of the leaf, then he spoke. "I'm Jonghyun, by the way." She didn't know where she was getting this sudden burst of confidence, considering she was normally shy, but she answered back without hesitating or stuttering. "Sooyeon, but most people call me Jessica."

"How about I call you-" He was cut off by an annoying yell of his name and somebody clinging to his arm. "Jonghyun! There you are! I've been looking for you, why did you leave like that?" Jonghyun sighed and forced a smile as he turned to Luna, noticing Jessica give a puzzled look to the girl who attatched to Jonghyun like glue.

"I just needed to use the restroom, and-"

"This doesn't look like the restroom to me. Jonghyun, are you trying to ignore me?" He could feel Luna tightening her grip on his arm, and he had to admit, she had a good grip. "N-No." He managed to strain out, wanting the circulation to come back to his arm, beginning to loose feeling in it.

"Good. Now lets go." She started pulling Jonghyun in the opposite direction, turning back to glare at Jessica, and Jonghyun yelled out, "See you later, Sica!" Before they were completely out of sight.

Jessica smiled at the nickname he gave her. So that's what he wanted to call me.... She began to think, but wait, was that his girlfriend? Way to clingy for my taste, she finished, walking into the halls of SM University, knowing class was starting soon.
