“Why are you crying?” I felt a hand land on my back.

“M-My friendth are ignoring me becauthe they find me weird” I replied, pouring my heart out. I looked up, seeing an older boy flashing me a smile.

“You're... not weird, you were... born like this” He comforted me, slinging his arm over my shoulder. It's funny, he had a strong accent and I knew he definitely wasn't from Seoul.

“I-I'm Thehun”

“I'm Luhan, I'm from China” China?

“What ith China?” I asked naively, expecting an immediate answer.

“China is a wonderful country, it has places like Disneyland, Great Walls and others”

“Oh? I want to go there”

“Everyone does” He grinned.

The next few days, we gathered at the same spot in the park to play, talk and even eat, until one fateful day...

“Sehun... I have something to say”

“Yes?” I asked, on my lollipop.

“I-I'm moving back to China”

“What?!” I cried.

“Don't worry, I'll be back” He ruffled my hair and placed a small ring on my pinky. “I promise”

Luhan... This memory remained fresh in my mind, even though it happened a long time ago. I could still remember his appearance, golden locks, doe-eyed, it was just perfect.

“Year 10 Day 16 of Luhan's return...” I ticked it off my calendar.

“YAH!! OH SEHUN!! COME DOWN FOR BREAKFAST OR WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!!” Kyungsoo's voice rang through the air. I wore my uniform, put on the ring and headed to the kitchen.

“Here, your sandwich” Jongin threw a bag towards my face.

“Thanks a lot idiot” I replied, rubbing the bruise on my forehead. Kyungsoo smiled, putting down a plate of eggs and bacon in front of us as we quickly devoured it.

“Come on, let's get going, it's getting late” Kyungsoo told us, bringing out all of our bags. Jongin and I nodded unanimously, putting on our bags and rushed to school.

“OPPA!!” A bunch of girls were screaming.

“Aish, what's going on here?” I asked, oblivious to the surroundings.

“It's the new kid. They say although he's as old as any of us, he could easily pass off as a elementary student due to his cuteness” Kyungsoo told me, nudging my arm. What's the big deal anyway?

I put my bag down, taking out my ear phones.

“Did you know that the new kid came from China?” A female classmate, Seohyun, asked. Really? China? Could it be-? Nah...

“Really? I didn't know. I'm so interested, please, tell me more” I said sarcastically while plugging in to my iPod once again. Soon, Mr Kim came into class.

“Keep away all your electronics and stop talking. We'll start class soon.” He ordered but, being the worst class in the school, no one bothered. He sighed, flipping open to a page in the textbook.

“Oh, before I forget, let me introduce our new classmate, come in” Wow, I'm SoOo looking forward to it. I glanced at Jongin, giving him a straight face that had "I don't give a damn" written all over it. Soon enough, a petite figure appeared from the doorway, making all the girl shriek in excitement. It slowly dragged himself into the classroom and he looked up, I got a better view of him.

W-What the... I got up from my seat in amazement. That golden locks, doe eyes, perfect appearance...
