Rant/Tip #004

You've heard of author notes..right? 

Something you put at the end of a chapter. Just some small talk with your subscribers, saying how your day was, saying thank you for reading, all that other stuff.

Personally, I enjoy reading an author note in a story. Doesn't have to be big, doesn't have to be small. It could just be two sentences.

Example:

hey guise! i'm sorry i couldn't update for the past few days. i was quite busy with family problems and such. forgive me! i'll be updating more now. hope you enjoyed the chapter! comment/subscribe if you want. kamsamnida! <3

Don't make your subscribers feel left out. Subscribers aren't just a number. Each subscriber has a life like you and I, so make them feel welcome! We're all human! 

Don't make them feel like this:

Make them like this after they're done reading: 

Long story short, Acknowledge your subscribers with a tiny author note! :]

This might be a useless tip or rant, but if you don't do author notes, try at least one. It doesn't have to be every chapter. One or two will do. ^-^
