Bobble Head Effect Tutorial

blablablabla /happy smile. Use the free select tool and select all around the head. Then copy and paste it.

Then select the scale tool to resize it to a bigger size like so! (I think mine has no differece.... I didn't resize it that much lol.)

You are now free to design ittt!
