i don't know the point of this tutorial but I hope it helps you guys in making cute/comedic/happy type of posters! c:

I put random fonts mashed up together and alined it the way I want it to be.

Create a new layer and put it to the top(doesnt matter really). Right click on each of the font's layers > alpha tool selection > right cick on the canvas > select > grow > pick your size ( I chose 20 so it became this big) > bucket fill it with the color of your choice. And I repeat, do this to all the font layers. 

Now, youre gonna make a shadow to make a sticker (or whatever) effect.  Filters > Light and Shadow > Drop Shadow > pick your opacity level. 

It looks like this nowww. 

I then decorated it to my liking.

You don't have to use black color fonts, you can make it colorful~ SO LIKE YOURE NOW DONE
