Jiyong stood in the center of his bedroom trying to maneuver his tie. He didn't have anywhere to go he just felt it

necessary to wear a tie today.

"Chaerin! Can you help me with this tie please." he called out.

She walked in and gigged as she saw her boyfriend's clumsy fingers trying to regain order over the piece of clothing.

Walking lightly, she slipped her fingers over the fabric and began to fix it. She stopped when she saw an imperfection.

"Babbo, you missed a button."

He looked down at his shirt as he poked out his bottom lip. "Oh you're right. I'll get it."

"Nah you'll just mess it up again. I got it. Let me just these two and-" she suddenly became silent. He looked

down at her with his eyebrows raised.

"What's the matter?"

She ripped off his shirt and pointed to his chest. "T-that tattoo. Who is Sohee?"

He didn't want to upset her so he just shrugged, hoping she would let it go.

"Umm I think you do know if you have a ing tattoo of her name. Who is she?"

He sighed. "My ex girlfriend." his voice was calm.

She pushed him onto the bed with one hand. "How come you've never told me about her?" her rage was slowly

showing through.

There was silence, he couldn't find the right explanation.

"Why is that ing tattoo still on your chest!?" And there was her rage.

He was still silent.

"WAE?! Tell me (te te te te te tell me xD sorry)" She was pissed now.

Annoyance finally took him over. "Could you stop yelling? You're giving me a headache."

She back handed him. His head shot to the side, violently. "Who do you think you're talking to like that?" she said as if

she were a teacher.

He slowly turned his head and gave her a deathly glare. He stood up and walked towards her, backing her into a

corner.

"You think it's okay to ing hit me? Do you have a death wish?"

She stared up at him, not backing down. "You're not gonna do anything to me you weak bastard."

He wrapped one hand around her neck, not enough to choke her but enought to squeeze her so that she was

uncomfortable. He leaned in closer so that their noses were close to touching.

"You wanna bet? Do that again and we'll see who the weak one is." he whispered, sounding like a psychopath.

They stared at each other in silence for a brief moment. Then finally, Jiyong backed up, threw on a shirt and stormed

out of the apartment.

Sohee's apartment

Sohee walked around her kitchen with her phone to her ear.

"Ok umma, so after I warm up the pan what do I do?"

"Pour in the batter you just made."

She did as she was told. "Okay, now what?"

"Put in the mixed vegetables and wait for about 5 minutes."

"This is easy. I should start cooking for you and appa."

"Do you want us to die?"

"Umma!"

"hahaha I'm, just teasing. So anyway. I heard that Kim Heechul has ben talking about you."

"Where'd you hear that from, Sulli?"

"Yah I have friends. Why would I gossip with my teenage daughter?" she became defensive.

"I'll take that as a yes kekeke."

"Aish...this kid."

The doorbell rang followed by a series of aggressive knocks on the door. Sohee jumped and looked at her door.

"Umma can you hold on for a second? There's someone at the door."

"Yeh."

She placed the phone on the counter and looked through the peep whole. She was surprised to see Jiyong standing

there but she opened the door anyway. He rushed in and sat on the couch without saying a word. It had been a week

since she'd last seen him. Though they had texted non-stop, it was nice to see his face again. Speaking of his face, it

looked pained. She rushed over to her phone.

"Umma, I've got to go. Bye" 

"Wait! you still don't know how to coo-"

She hung up the phone and walked cautiously over to Jiyong. He was hunched over with his head in his hands. He

looked up at her and saw her worried face. A chuckle fell from his lips.

"Why are you looking at me like that? I'm gonna bite you...unless you want me to."

She ignored his flirty statement. "What's the matter and why are you here?" it's not that she didn't enjoy the company,

just that it didn't feel right that he was here when his girlfriend was somewhere waiting for him.

    He pulled her down gently on the couch and smiled.

"I can't pay you a visit?" he said in a flirtatious tone. He began to rub her thigh and kiss her shoulder.

She pulled away from him, surprised at his actions. "What are you doing?"

He kissed the tips of her fingers. "Just being friendly."

She tugged her hand away from him and placed it on his fore head. "Really what's the matter with you?"

He gave her a sad smile and told her what happened.

(10 minutes later)

"You did what?!" Sohee jumped up when Jiyong finished telling her the story.

He rubbed the sides of his jaw. "You think I was too harsh?"

She crossed her arms and shook her head. "Defenatly." 

Jiyong crinkled his nose. "Do you smell something burning?"

Her eyes widened. "Sh*t, my veggie pancake. Here, call Chaerin to apologize as I try to save my food." She threw her

house phone in his lap before sprinting into the kitchen like some sort of wonder girl (get it? :D). Jiyong looked at the

phone in his hands and then at Sohee, who was faced away from him, trying to rescue the already ruined food. He

placed the phone down and crept up behind her quietly. He wrapped his arms around her waist, making her jump, and

kissed the back of her neck. She tried to pry his hands away from her.

"Jiyong stop, this isn't right."

He tightened his grip around her and started nibbling on her ear. "I don't care about anything right now except for you

and me." he whispered , making Sohee blush.

She finally pulled away and looked at him. "Don't do this to that girl. She deserves better."

He put his hand on her cheek and got in closer. "Why do you care so much about her?"

"She's done nothing to deserve this. And it's not just her I'm worried about, it's you too. You told me that you'd never

cheat on me, now give her the same respect and consider her feelings." Her eyes pleaded with him.

"Just be the same sweet Jiyong I met when we were teenagers." She held his hand that was still in her cheek.

He sighed and nodded. "Can I stay here for the night? I'm not ready to see her face yet."

"Sure. You can stay on the couch." She walked over to her phone and dialed pizza hut. "What kind of pizza do you

want?" He laughed at her cute way of telling him she had given up on cooking.

After the two devoured the pizza, Sohee said good night and left him on the couch. He laid on the tiny sofa and looked

around the dark living room, remembering the good times he had there. His cell phone started ringing in his pocket.

When he opened his phone, a picture of Chaerin flashed on the screen with her number under it. He was about to

press the 'pick up' button but then closed it. Deciding he didn't want to deal with the situation right away. He looked at

the time on his phone.

"10:14 hmm." he stood up and walked to Sohee's bedroom. As he opened the door he was surprised to see Sohee fast

asleep. Usually she was up until early in the morning due to her insomnia. He stood in the door way and smiled at her

puffy, sleeping face.

"She looks so lonely in that bed. I guess it's up to me to keep her company."
