but yes this is what I did to the title way back in chapter 9 ya feel??

So you have your text all there looking pretty (irrelevant but hot damn this is my favorite font). Right click the text layer and hit rasterize layer so you can edit that as much as you want

Duplicate that layer too man

Now go filter>blur>gaussian blur and blur the layer that is underneath to about 4 or so

Next up hit filter>liquify or ctrl+shift+x and drag on the window that shows up to create smoke like wiggles (what) into the word so it looks like so and it totally doesn't have to be perfect

Lower the opacity on that ish and yeah it looks a bit strange so now you have to move it around and do some small touch ups with the eraser and such

And that was my end result which doesnt look quite so good but if you use a thinner font or mess around a lot it'll end up real neat!!! I'm not back in the swing of making tutorials so ahahah sorry bout that

i promise it looks much  better on a small poster size and not 1200x1000 like i did hahah oop
