YOSEOB'S POV:

I was quietly doing my homework when all of a sudden my phone started vibrating which caused me to slightly jump off of my seat. I picked it up and read the text message from Junhyung.

Guys, meet me @ the park near my house.

It's urgent!!! I'll be next to the big oak tree. Hurry!!!

What was going on? I quickly changed into a pair of jeans since I was wearing pj bottoms, and put on a hoody. I grabbed my phone, keys and headed out the door. As I was walking towards the park, I felt a vibration in my pocket, I took my phone out of my pocket and looked at who was calling me. It was Doojoon. I inhaled and exhaled before I answered the call. "Hello?"

"Yoseobbie!~" his voice was like music to my ears, I immediately smiled at the sound of his voice. "Where are you?"

"I'm just heading towards the park to go see Junhyung. Did you get his text?"

"Yh. Wanna meet up and go together?"

"Okay. Where are you?"

"Stop where you are."

"Huh? Why?" Even though I didn't know the reason, I obeyed and stopped in the middle of the pavement, going to the side so people could walk pass me.

"Did you stop?"

"Yup."

"Kay. Wait a second."

"Uh, Doojoonie, what are you-?" I was cut off, he had ended the call. What the hell?! Why did he just end the call like that?

DOOJOON'S POV:

I was walking to go to the park when I spotted Yoseob at the street across from me so I immediately called him. As I was talking to him, I crossed the road to get to his side and I was slowly walking behind him. I told him to stop, he did as I said and I ended the call since I was already near him. He looked a bit pissed off though since he crossed his arms and pouted. Was it because I ended the call? Awh, he was so cute! I went behind him and placed my hands on top of his eyes to covers his view. "Guess who?"

He elbowed me lightly and turned around, we were inches away from each other. I swear I wanted to kiss him on the spot but my head told me not to so I backed away slightly. I looked at Yoseob and I swear I saw him frown a little bit. Hm, I wonder what was up with him.

"Yah. Don't just end the call like that." He complained. I started to laugh and I put my arm around his shoulders as we began walking towards the park. I turned to him since he was being slightly quiet. Did he not want to talk to me? Was he uncomfortable? I guess he didn't want me to be so close to me so I got my arm off of him and placed my hands inside my pockets while we walked to the park. It was silent but not an awkward silence, it was comforting although I felt a bit worried over the fact that Yoseob was being quiet. We would usually talk all the time when we were together but recently, he's been acting strange and I don't know why. I looked at him.

I nudged him slightly with my elbow, he looked at my direction. "You okay?"

He nodded. "Why wouldn't I be?"

"I don't know. You've just been quiet. You thinking about anything?"

"Nah."

I stopped at my track, I gently grabbed his arm and pulled him a bit closer to me. "Yoseob. Don't lie to me. You've been acting different recently. Did I do something to you? If I have, I'm sorry. I don't want us to be awkward and silent around each other anymore. Just tell me what's on your mind."

I slowly moved my hand down his arm and held his hand. "We're... Best friends after all."

It hurt me when I said that. I don't want to be just best friends. I want to be more. But I couldn't tell him that, right?

Yoseob was about to say something but my phone started to ring. Yoseob let go of my hand and gestured for me to answer my phone. I got it out my pocket, not even bothering to see who was calling as I kept my eyes towards Yoseob. "Hello?"

"Where are you?!?!" It was Junhyung.

"We're coming. Be there in a minute." Junhyung kept on saying something but I wasn't listening. It was something about hurrying up. "Mhmm. Kay. Cya." I didn't bother listening and shut off the phone.

Yoseob looked at me but kept looking away. I couldn't stand it anymore. I want him. I want to be with him.

"Let's go." He said, trying to walk away but I grabbed his hand once again.

My mind stopped working and my body took over. I pulled him with force so he was only a few centimeters away from me. I looked at his eyes, those beautiful brown eyes that use to be full of happiness have gone, and it seemed to be replaced with sadness. What was wrong with him?

"Doojoon..." His voice was low; it was more like a whisper but it sent shivers down my spine. My left hand moved and cupped his cheek, down to his jaw line and the under his chin. I pulled his face close to mine, capturing his lips onto mine.

YOSEOB'S POV:

He cupped my cheek onto his hand while still holding my hand onto the other. He slowly moved his hand down my jaw line, tracing its shape and then placing it under my chin. Before I could pull away from him, he pulled me closer to him and before I knew it, his lips and mine were connected. I slowly closed my eyes, our lips still moving in sync. My other hand reacted on its own and placed itself behind his neck, pushing him closer to me to deepen our kiss. We slowly parted as we ran out of air, as we parted I couldn't help but smile. I have always dreamed about this moment for the past months, fantasizing it but I never expected it to be this amazing. He removed his hand from my chin and grabbed my hand that was behind his neck, entwining his finger with mine as he looked up at me and gave me his killer smile. We stood there for a moment, just taking in what just happened a few seconds ago. There was silence, but our actions spoke for it as we stood there, holding each other’s hands and looking at each other’s eyes. He broke the silence.

"Yoseobbie, I should've told you ages ago but... I fell in love with you. I hope you're okay with that."

I laughed at his question. "What do you think the answer is?

"Hm... I don't know. Why don't you tell me?" He winked at me, causing me to blush intensely.

I moved closer to him, placing my mouth next to his ear as I whispered. "I love you, Doojoonie." I let go of our hands and wrapped my arms around his neck, and I felt his arms wrap around my waist, hugging me tightly as if he didn't intend of letting me go which made my heart beat skip faster and faster by the second. Can anything else make me this happy? I doubt it.

The moment was killed as I heard Doojoon's phone ring. He groaned but didn't let go of me. I slowly parted from him. "Pick it up." He did as I said and answered the phone but only said a quick "Coming" then took my hand into his and led me towards the park. "Junhyung?" I asked.

"Yup. Let's go."

As we walked to the park, Doojoon started swinging our interlocked hands back and forth, making me smile even wider.

When we got to the spot where Junhyung told us to go to, I couldn't believe what I saw. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The lights twinkled from the oak tree like little stars, the butterflies flowing down and moving ever so slightly from the breeze. Then my eyes went down to the table that was layed out very nicely with red rose petals around and with candles lit up. What was this?

All of a sudden Junhyung came out behind the big oak tree. "What?! No way, you guys got together already?! Argh, I wanted to bring you two together though!" He complained. "But I'm happy for you guys." He then ran towards us and then both hugged us tightly.

"Junhyung, what is this?" I asked.

He let go of us. "Oh, I was thinking I'd get you guys here together and the atmosphere might get you to finally confess to each other but I guess the chemistry between you guys were too strong, ey?" He winked at us and grinned wildly. I blushed even more and hid my face with my free hand while leaning to Doojoon's shoulder.

"You knew Yoseob liked me??" asked Doojoon.

"Yh, you guys told me on like the same day. Jheez, that's why I've been telling you guys to just confess for the past two weeks but you two were so stubborn. Drove me crazy! So I planned this out but I guess you guys couldn't take it anymore too. I'm really happy for you guys though! Now I don’t need to listen to your whining about not being able to be with each other."

"Thanks." said Doojoon as he laughed, I could feel him squeezing my hand slightly, making me stop hiding behind my hand and look at him. We kept on looking at each other for a few moments and I guess it made Junhyung uncomfortable since he interrupted us. This was probably the second time he interrupted us today, did he really want to help us out or just be a er? XD

"Since I don't want this to go to waste, you can consider this as your first date. Me, Gikwang and Dongwoon were going to be your waiters but I can see you need some alone time, huh?"

"Yeah, please. Thanks, Junhyung. You're the best." answered Doojoon.

"You better remember that!"

"We will." I said.

And with that, he told us to enjoy and left us to our romantic dinner. Doojoon led me to my seat and everything just felt so unreal. I couldn't believe it. I pinched myself. "Ow!"

Doojoon began to chuckle. "What are you doing?"

"Pinching myself to make sure this isn't a dream."

"It isn't."

"How do you know that?"

"Because if it was a dream, would this happen?" He leaned in closer to me and gave me another kiss on the lips.

I smiled up at him. "Yes, that would happen in a dream actually." He laughed at my silliness and kissed my forehead.

"I love you, Yoseobbie~"

"I love you too, Doojoonie~"
