Description

The love that can blossom between two people is beautiful. It can go through hardships, love, and gentleness. No one knows how it happens, but it is gorgeous and let's learn to forgive, apologize and love once again.

Foreword

“Be sure to be a good kid. You are a lovely baby but… mommy has to go. Don't worry about me. You will be okay without mommy” she told leaving her crying child in the hallways as the luggage wheels could be heard going through the hard pavement.

“NO!” the small child kept screaming, tears pouring down his face.

He didn't want to let go of his mother's hand or be left here. Being held by maids, he watched mother disappear in the darkness as the rain poured down. The darkness and the loudness of the thunder were the last things the child could remember after his heart was ripped to pieces.

After this one night, he changed. From a gentle lovely boy who smiled, played around, and sometimes made a mess, he become a cold-hearted evil soul. Not the murder that someone would think of but someone who would insure others would get hurt instead.

Even a best friend, the boy he grew up with, suffered from it. They would usually play around in the garden. Sometimes even work together and learn house chores. Yet now, the royal blood insure the poor one would feel what it is like to be nothing and no one. Even jealousy for the old friend would burn royalty's blood to the limit.

“Why… why did you push me?” the one cried as he broke his arm after falling down the stairs.

“Just… because” was all that other could answer.

There was no more passion. Just simple abuse around to everyone or hater for simple maids who just did their jobs. All in all, the house became different. From happiness-filled laughter to sadness and darkness.

On the other hand, the other hero of the story could feel the opposite emotions. The boy had nothing other than his own family. No money. A lot of work. Smile. Laughter. Even a lot of arguing over who would eat the batch of leftover dough.

“Hey, I was the first one who come to the kitchen” the little one whined at the taller brother.

“I don't care. You cant even reach the top of the counter” the elder told smirking and eating leftover pieces but leaving a few for the little ones reaching out their hands.

They would fight, argue or hit each other with pillows but in the end, hug while sleeping under the same covers for warmth. The small house and room were all they knew. They lives there, studied, and worked from the moment they could speak.

“Baby, get me the caramel dough” mom would always ask kids to get it as knew how much they loved that mix.

A small among of dough wouldn't affect either of their tummies so why not let to eat some? Parents worked together, and grew their kids in a friendly and close family-like place. But… the times slowly changed as the economy worsened. Everything was expensive.

The younger one saw how his elder wanted to become a great support for his parents so studying was his life. Always watching what happened, younger understood he had to be a grown-up in this situation and started to work. At first it there was barely any jobs or even volunteering for his age yet at one lucky moment he met his new friend who was introduced to a different kind of family.

The so-called mafia took him in as a worker who would build houses, and shops, work as a teacher, or any other kind. Learning something in each work he got, slowly lost interest in studying. But being forced by his parents he did finish his education institution and soon started university. However as money was tight, he decided to stop for a moment and earn money for his family.

With this, the story of two different sides of the town, and the different emotions and beliefs of the world started to crash. There are hardships and hate. Of course jealousy. But in the end, there is a small flower blooming in the coldness of the ice age.
