Kihyun didn't care what anyone said. He bought Hyejin a new phone and paid for everything not expecting a single won back. Hyejin promised to be responsible with it but that's not what he wanted. He wanted her to be able to feel some bit of safety. He would have to look up the name he saw saved in Hyejin's phone. Didn't take long to find him. Pictures of Ahn were there. One of Hyejin and Ahn. Kihyun kept scrolling then he found it. Hateful things not directed specifically at Hyejin. He didnt tag her or use her name but...

Kihyun sets his phone down. He couldn't look at the things Daesung was accusing a woman he clearly knew intimately of. Given Ahn"s age... It fit. He didnt want to ask her. His mind still stuck on how she'd been last he'd seen her. Her eyes looked puffy. 

"...did he message her again?"

"Huh?"

Kihyun blinks taking in his surroundings. Oh right. He's supposed to get ready to go on a show here shortly.

"N-nothing."

The stylist looks unsure but drops it. Kihyun had to push those thoughts away. He couldn't slip up and mention her. If he started then he doubted that he could really hold back. He'd find another way to get Daesung for this. Kihyun does his best to ignore his feelings and film. The urge to check his phone killing him. Once they wrapped filming, Kihyun was the first to excuse himself.

"Kihyun! You have to silence this phone!"

He had his phone in his hand.

"Wait...is this not your phone? It was with your things."

Kihyun takes the phone. Hyejin's old phone. The missed calls and texts waiting. All from Daesung. He opened the last one sent. Kihyun glares at the object.

"I'm not feeling well. I'm heading home first."

Kihyun runs out of the building climbing into his car. He didnt care if he sped. He had to get to her apartment. NOW. His hands clenching the sterring wheel tightly. His phone ringing in the seat next to him. Manager. Whatever. Mother. Whatever. Hyejin needed his attention right now.

Once he made it to the building Kihyun ignored the disguise running inside calling out for Hyejin and Ahn. He needed to see them okay right now.

"...better open the ing door! I have ing rights to see him ! He's my son too!"

Kihyun stands watching Daesung kick the door, smack the door and best on the door. The neighbor's doors creaking open too see what's going on. Kihyun strides forward shoving the fat man out of the way of the door. He knocks politely announcing himself. Kihyun needed to get inside before he put his hands on the older man claiming to be a father.

"So this why you ing left eh? Finally got the man you wanted? ...knew you ing cheated on me."

Kihyun let's out a deep breath. He had to stay calm. The tiny voice behind the door made it harder.

"...not naming him as you told me doesn't count as cheating."

"Listen here--"

Kihyun cuts in, "Don't talk to him. Now if you don't let me in I might end up in jail."

The door unlocks but doesn't open. Kihyun reaches for the handle only to see a chubby hand wrap around his wrist.

"Don't even think about it. That is my good damn wife. That is my ing son in there."

Kihyun pries the meaty hand off him with an icy glare. "Don't ever touch me again hyung."

The title stings just like Kihyun wanted it too. He goes into the apartment locking the door behind him. Ahn runs into his leg rubbing his face on Kihyun's pant leg. Hyejin tries to avoid his gaze.

"Did you call the cops?"

Hyejin shakes her head, "He'll only get madder."

"Good. I'll give them a call. You take Ahn into your bedroom to wait."

Hyejin shakes her head. "...can we stay right here?"

Kihyun holds out his hand only to laugh when Ahn puts his hand in it. He let's Ahn walk him around the living room before going back to Hyejin's side. Kihyun puts an arm around her.

"Do you have anything I can use to hide my face? I completely forgot a disguise."

Hyejin smacks him frowning before making a plan to hide him in her bedroom while the cops are there.
