Hingal na hingal akong tumatakbo patungo sa loob ng restaurant ng makita ko sa aking relo na 30 minutes na akong late sa usapan namin ng aking parents.

Bumuntong hininga ako ng makarating ako sa pintuan ng establisyamento. Sa wakas. Agad naman akong tinanong ng receptionist ng kainan kung may reservation daw ba ako. Agad ko namang ibinigay ang aking pangalan.

Chineck ng receptionist ang aking pangalan sa guestlist at ng makita ito ay pinalit nya ang isang server para ituro sa akin ang aming pwesto.

Bigla namang huminto ang server sa tapat ng isang pinto. Nagtaka ako. Dahil sa pagkakaalam at pagkakatanda ko ay kakain lang kami ng parents ko like we usually had once a month.

I took a deep breathe before entering. As soon as I step my foot inside the private room, I saw my parents look at me and smiled. I also notice three person whose back are facing me.

"I'm so sorry everyone, the hospital was really hectic earlier and I need to go overtime" I said as I went beside my mom as she gestured for me to sit
