Desire. 

An impulse one cannot control. What kind of unsightly disposition does a man have to assume to fulfill his most heinous dreams? Would he appear monstrous to the eye? Or would he seem sickeningly charming? Often times, it’s the confinement that kills; the inclination boils and bubbles over until it’s an undeniable greed throbbing inside his throat. A momentary hunger is no match for an overwhelming, all-consuming appetite. He cannot be free.
