“okay so I’m gonna give you a project for your finals week…” Mrs Chan, the psychology professor, informed her class and among them were three students who looked at each other upon hearing the subject requirement

‘Let’s pair up together’ Yeri, the youngest of the three mouthed to them and the two nod and sent her an ‘okay’ sign

“You need to work individually for this” the professor added which made the students groan.

They were told to do a social experiment and then write a short reflection about it.

And Seulgi was losing her mind thinking what she’ll do when everyone seemed to have ideas about theirs’.

“What are you gonna conduct again, Joy?” Seulgi asked, hoping to get something useful for her own.

Joy sat up straight and confidently described in details about her project “I call it the ‘Power of Compliments’ wherein I will ask strangers if I can capture their faces cause I’m taking pictures of something that is beautiful and that they are beautiful…so, yeah. I wanna see how many smiles I can provide people”

“wow. That’s… sweet. How ‘bout you Yeri?”

“I wanna do something like an old person having a difficulty crossing the road and so he will walk slowly and I would like to see if there will be people who will assist him in crossing the road or maybe if the cars will patiently stop to wait for him to cross. I wanna see humanity restored”

“wow. Just wow”

“so how about you Seul?” Joy asked her back

Seulgi pulled her hair in frustration “I still don’t know. I can’t think of any”

“how about offering free hugs? That sounds nice” Joy suggested which Yeri made fun of.

“except that Seulgi is an awkward person who doesn’t like skinship”

That jerk!” Yeri cursed as the three of them look at the monitor where the camera for her social experiment was connected to. She was pissed off by the man who honked multiple times at the old actor they paid to play role to cross the street.

“at least you get to write on your research paper that some people do not simply care about others because they got places to go; or they have problems on their own that they’ve thinking so they tend to care less. Something like that” The tallest girl tried to help out

“Or maybe just plain rude”

“and I still do not know what to conduct. Please help me. We only got 3days before the deadline and I still need to edit my video and write my paper. Oh god I hope I don’t fail”

Sooyoung suddenly stood up and had a bright smile on her face.

“I have an idea! But I’ll tell you after we finish recording Yeri’s, and we will help you tape it tomorrow since we, Yeri and I, are both done with ours”
