I can still remember the first time I had the idea of writing a bff!au for Baekhyun. I was so excited I could not stop thinking about it. I can't believe that was three years ago.

I started writing this during the pandemic and it was put on hiatus because I focused on writing Ephemeral. While Ephemeral helped me stay sane during the pandemic, 56% helped me get through other difficult phases of my life. Baekhyun also went into military service and at first, I wasn’t so sure if I could continue writing this. To be honest, I wasn't even sure if I could wait for him. 

However, I have you, my patient readers, who motivated me to continue writing. One of the most amazing parts of my journey writing fanfiction is how I get to have readers who respect my pace (I have never received a comment harassing me to update). I update rarely compared to others and sometimes, it even takes month(s). I never want to write an update so half-hearted and forced that is why I don’t write until inspiration overtakes me. And it just amazes me how you guys kept patiently waiting. If it weren’t for you, I would have given up writing a long time ago.
