PROLOGUE

"It's art, Jennie." Lisa whispered. They were sitting on an abandoned building's rooftop relishing the view of the sunset.

It was a Monday --- and Jennie hated Mondays, but Lisa loved them. She practically dragged Jennie to hang out with her, knowing the latter would possibly cease to be a part of her life before the next Monday comes. She hopes not. And Lisa's honestly not one to hope.

"As I've said, it's art." Lisa repeated with more conviction, as she noticed the other girl staring blankly at the horizon. 

"For you." Jennie answered, with a tone of mockery. Lisa laughed in turn. "I know you wouldn't understand." 

"Are you telling me I'm stupid?" Jennie asked, with her arms folding as she looked toward Lisa's direction.

Lisa shook her head. 

"Just because you don't understand it, doesn't mean it's not art."
