Me and Minjoo arrive at the airport shortly, the staff greeted us and escorted us to the private jet, they loaded the jet with all of our belongings as we boarded the plane. I loosen my tie as I sit down on the seat, Minjoo seats in front of me with a worried look on her face, I check my phone to see a text message from my secretary in New Zealand, to be honest I knew that there was somethng fishy when they called me for dinner without Minjoo, I was confused at first but went along, when they dropped the bomb I was upset, I can't believe even mom sided with him when she know's how much I love my current girlfriend

Wonyoung isn't really bad, we dated for a bit before I met Minjoo, it didn't last since we studied in different schools and were often busy with the preperations of being the next heirs to our own respective companies. I wasn't that effected when we broke up so we ended up in good terms, I don't really know what's gonig on between her and Chaewon-unnie, it's a bit suspicious since Wonyoung often goes to the country where Unnie studies... Am I that dense to not notice on whatever is going on between them?

It was a bit of a red flag when I last called Chaewon-unnie, she seemed upset and had no energy to talk to me as if she was upset with me, Wonyoung was the same and even acted cold to me which is rare, I swear something in gong on between them. The flight attendant said that the bedroom was ready if we ever wante to rest there, I thanked her and looked at Minjoo, she was still wearing her office clothes since I basically dragged her out of there, I smile as I see her yawn

"Tired?" I walk up to her and kneel in front of her, she smiles at me and cups my face, I lean in to the warm touch

"Just a bit sleepy, how about you hmm? You seem stressed" she frowns and rubs my cheeks

"I'm beyond stressed baby... Why don't we have a meal while I tell you what's going on?" She nods and I signal the attendant to prepare a meal for us

"I know this is very sudden to you but I had to do it" I say as I cut into my steak, "Dad arranged a marriage for me" I hear her utensils drop on the plate hard

"Sorry about that" She fixes her plate as she nervously chuckle, "With who?" She looks at me

"With Wonyoung..." I finally said it to her after months of hiding it from her

"For how long?" I'm suprised she's so calm about this

"Dad said ever since I was two..." She closes her eyes and sighs

"And you didn't tell me?" I can hear the betrayal in her voice

"I swear I didn't know until a few months ago" I reasoned out, she scoffs this time

"A few months ago? You could have told me then" I hear anger in her voice this time

"Babe... I didn't know how to tell you without you being upset or mad about it"

"Of course I would be upset! It didn't matter how you would tell me" She raises her voice at me, I look at the staff and they immediately went to their quarters to give us some privacy

"I didn't want to tell you because I didn't want the marriage to happen between me and Wonyoung" I raise my voice louder, which I rarely do, I see her flinch and tears weel up in her eyes, "I'm sorry... it's just that I really don't us to be apart just becuase of this" I stand up and sit next to her, "I don't want the marriage to happen okay?" I wipe her tears and kiss her forehead

"It's fine... I understand" she hugs me, "But why are we moving to New Zealand?"

"The contract says whoever is the Heir to the company, they have to marry the heir of th eother company, so I resigned" she knits her brows

"So you don't have a job anymore?" I chuckle

"I actually have a company in New Zealand that dad and mom doesn't know about" I feed her the steak, "That's why I often go there"

"Why did you also not tell me?" She frowns and pouts, "Just how many things are you hiding from me Ahn Yujin" I gulped when she used my full name, that either means she is jealous or upset, sometimes both

"I swear that's it babe, it's not what you think" I cup her face

"You better not be, or else I'll throw you out of this plane" she continues to eat her food

"But this is my plane though" she glares at me
