you've been gone so long i can't tell if the feelings have faded. i avoid everything that reminds me of you, because i don't want to be hurt. 

but maybe because of this, i've started to doubt. did i ever really love you? i can't imagine ever liking someone that much, yet i did. 

there was once a time where i would give you the world without hesitation if i could. would i still do it? would i still give you everything i had, would i still change myself for you? i question myself, and i don't know what i feel now. 

could it be true that because i haven't seen you in so long, that the love i once used to feel is slowly fading? i hate feeling like this. it doesn't feel right, without you.
