After a long hiatus, and one of the biggest scandals in Korean history, where are the boys of Big Bang now? Will they ever come back?
Seungri has officially cancelled any chances of a 5-member comeback. This huge blow has rendered the future of Big Bang uncertain. The boys have been living away from the media for 3 years now. TOP is working in a fine arts museum as a curator, Taeyang and Daesung are finishing their military service and G Dragon (Jiyong) has just completed his time in the army. Being back in reality, GD tries to tie the loose ends, in hopes of getting the boys together again - this time, as a four member group.
As they battle through identity crisis', old love lines, new ones, betrayals and heartbreak, one question rings louder than ever; is it time for Big Bang to grow up?
Foreword
Don’t you have anything to say? I told you from the start to stay away from those people. Everyone told you to… Why couldn’t you just listen to hyungs for once?!
Seungri’s head hangs low, his eyes buried beneath the shade of his cap. His once upright demeanour replaced by a limp one. Jiyong, one seat away from him on the bench in a deserted park, scans what’s left of the once lovable maknae he held close to his heart. Unable to take the sight Seungri’s defeated posture, Jiyong buries his face in his hands.
Seungri ah…
Jiyong lifts his head up, the pool in his eyes glistening against the tungsten of the deserted street lamp.
Seun… - Jiyong’s voice breaks. He takes a deep breath. - This was never you. Hyung should have taught you better than this…
Jiyong raises his curled fist towards his mouth, closing his eyes in resignation.
I’ll disappear.
Droplets of tears patter the floor beneath Seungri as he utters the first and last words this night. He then walks away.
Jiyong watches as he disappears into the darkness, his lips trembling as he yells Seungri’s name, once, twice, thrice, as though each repetition would lessen the gravity of the maknae’s sins and bring everything back to normal. As he wipes the tears from his eyes, a tiny folded sheet of paper beside him catches his attention. Jiyong opens it.
“ Sharing the stage with big bang hyungs has been the greatest honour of my life. I ed up. I've lost that privilege, I've lost everything I've worked hard for, I've lost the people I love the most…...and I deserve it. I'm sorry for dishonouring everything big bang stood for.
Please don't let big bang disappear because of me. I'm turning myself to the police.
I hope the four of you come back stronger than ever. "

Jiyong stares blankly at the note, tears streaming down his face profusely. He then shoves the letter in his hoodie, wipes his palm across his eyes and stands resolutely. As he walks away, he whips out his phone and clicks on speed dial.
A familiar, deep husky voice is heard.
