Kim Jiyun, a former South Korean detective and now working as a saleswoman for Bangtan, arrives at Sunrise Hotel in her search for her former detective partner, Kim Taehyung, that she believes is still alive, and is given Room 1111, a room rumored to be able to grant wishes. Jiyun finds that the hotel has many mysteries as well as connections to her past, and begins to look into these further.
