*Ding*
        The sound of a new email on her computer woke her from the nap she had fallen into after crying from the fight she and her mother had earlier that day. Grabbing her computer she looked at the unfamiliar name Song Se-Chul and opened the email curious who it could be. She read the first line a froze.
Dear Song Min-Ju,
        My lovely daughter, I have finally been able to contact you after all this time.   
She nearly dropped the computer out of shock but continued to read.
Your mother doesn't want me to have any contact with you but I know you are now an adult so I have decided to reach out to you for forgiveness. I wish to meet you in person to explain everything and hope you aren't to angry with me but I had my reasons but I never stopped loving you. Please send me back a response.
       P.S. Do not tell your mother...
Immediately Viola began writing a response telling him about the contest and her situation with her mom. And, the next she got another email.
I'm sending money for a plane ticket and once you land you must email me right away so we can meet.

        A week later Viola began to pack her things secretly and made sure not to seems suspicious. She knew if her mother found out she would somehow find a way to get her on the list of people not allowed to leave the country. It was so hard for her to keep a straight face through the whole week and pretend to still be angry. She had finally found her father and couldn't believe it, every time she thinks about him she bursts into a huge smile. But, tonight was the night she plans to run away not wanting to think about the consciences and only the positives like meeting her dad. What should she call him? She wondered. Would dad be too awkward? They hardly know each other really.
        As she prepares to leave shes writes a letter to her mother explaining where she is and why. Then shes on the plane to follow her dreams.
                                                                (Later that night)
Viola's mother finally gets home after a long night at her book club but has brought home her daughters favorite food, spaghetti. Everyday for the past week she has been trying to apologize to her daughter by getting her all of her favorite things and taking her to her favorite places but she isn't going to forgive her that easy. She knows her daughter is one to hold grudges for the longest time but she plans to remain patient because she knows what she did was for the better.
        "Viola! Come down and eat, I bought your favorite again!" She yells up the stairs towards her room.
After a minute there was no response so she goes upstairs to knock on her door. Still no response so she opens the door and finds no one. Where is she? She wondered as she was closing the door but stopped suddenly when she noticed in envelope sitting on her desk with the word mom written on it. She quickly grabs the letter and opens it, she begins to read. 
        Mom. By the time you are reading this letter I will already be on a plane to Korea. I'm so sorry but I need to go. I never told you this but Dad emailed me a week ago. I knew if I had told you, you would have put me on lock down but I'm an adult now and can make my own decisions. Dont worry because I'm sure I'll be safe with him and will be back after the competition is over and hopefully will bring back the trophy as an apology.

        She dropped the letter out of shock and sat down on the bed trying to process what just happened. I need to do something now, she thought to herself. She pulled her phone out of her pocket quickly and dialed a number she hasn't called in years.
        "Hello?" She said. "Its an emergency!"
