She always thought that she was the textbook definition of the term Average-joe. Her hobbies consisted of musical composition, Korean pop music or K-POP for short and a mild interest in Anime. It was no tragic backstory, but losing her parents in an accident might have explained the lack of outward emotions. Ever since then, every month there would be a generous amount of won that was deposited into what used to be her families joined bank account but since she turned 18, it was legally hers. She never brought the phenomenon up with the police, but always secretly wondered who was sending the money.
One day there is a letter in the mail that informs her that her late parents never told her that she had an uncle that worked for Jellyfish Entertainment.
Seung-Dal read the letter over at least three times before reality finally sunk in.
Dear Lee Seung-Dal,
You have probably been wondering who has been depositing money into your bank account each month for quite some time now, I apologize for not telling you who I am. My late sister, up until her untimely end would write to me and express her daughter's aptitude for music but more importantly the ability to capture detailed observations secretly. I would like to offer you a chance to make a name for yourself through the agency I work for, and most and foremost, I hope that we can become closer as a family. All I ask is for you not to directly interact with the members until their debut.
Sincerely,
Uncle Hwang
PS. I will arrange for someone to come by and collect you and your belongings.
