Kang Seulgi grumbled a couple of expletives before her niece, Hyeji, tied her pinkie finger with a red string. She raised an eyebrow, “What the hell are you trying to do here, kid?” she asked the child who only beamed at her, showing her bucked teeth. The little version of her (since she and her brother are identical twins) ran with the other side of the string. Seulgi stands up from where she was seated and followed her, not removing the string on her pinkie just in case she lost track of her.

They were in the park enjoying the golden hour and luckily enough, there weren’t many people at that time. There were just some basking under the sun; some were playing dodge ball, a couple of food stands on the side and a throng of people enjoying the live sprinklers.

“Hyejin-ah!” Seulgi called her niece who was now running; she thought that she might have looked silly as she jogged toward her niece.

Seulgi stopped on her steps when Hyeji a approached a raven haired woman (wearing a black long sleeved dress which were pushed below her elbows, a black tie on her waist accentuating her curves) she was undeniably pretty, too. The woman leaned down on Hyejin’s level and smiled when she reached for her hand and tied the other end of the red string on the woman’s pinkie.

“Wait,” The monolid eyed woman realized what the kid was trying to imply here. Hyejin took a step back and grinned at what she did, turning now to Seulgi, “Look, I found your soul mate!”
