Hongseok stopped for few seconds, he wasn't confused but rather worried, Changgu was here just next to him a second ago and now he can't find him.
 

He had to find him, he started looking everywhere for the other, he never intended to go look near the dumbster, but he did anyways, quickening his pace when he heard some weried noises, he couldn't identify them at first but when his eyes fell on them, he panicked, Changgu was on the ground covered in blood while 3 boys hovered on top of him, kicking, punshing and just beating him up.

Hongseok thought that he lost his breaths for a second, he gasped and runned toward the other "CHANGGU" the 3 boys looked up one of them spilled a "" and they started running but it was too late Hongseok saw their faces, he'll find them no matter how hard they run.

Hongseok fell to the ground to check on Changgu, blood covering his face and on the pavement, he wasn't moving, and ... Hongseok panicked, it was like he has never practiced medicine a day in his life, like he has never treated patients before with way worse injuries than Changgu but the one not moving in his arms was Changgu.

It wasn't some random patient he just met, it was the pure and innocent Changgu, why was is this happening to him?

Hongseok called Changgu's name endlessly and he had to pull himself together when the other didn't answer, Hongseok had to convince himself that Changgu was okay, he checked his pulse and put him down in a safer position before he dialed the ambulance. The hospital where he worked wasn't too far from here, they should be here in a while, he even called Dr. Kim, his supervisor.

Hongseok just couldn't do anything, he felt so helpless, he tried to stop the bleeding from Changgu's body but he knew that it wasn't that easy, Changgu's old injuries were new again, he shouldn't move him he was afraid he would make it worse.
 

Hongseok tried to breathe holding Changgu's hand into his own, he just to make sure that nothing else would happen to him. He watched as the paramedics closed the ambulance's door behind them when they were ready to go.
At first, they asked Hongseok to help them but Hongseok was very disoriented, he couldn't say anything, his eyes never leaving Changgu. His shirt is now stained with his blood, he wanted to understand what happened and why?
 

Hongseok couldn't do anything, he couldn't remember anything, all his training and studies vanished at the sight of Changgu limb body, he just watched as they took him inside the hospital.
Dr. Kim was already there waiting upon Hongseok's phone call, he knew how much this particular boy meant to Hongseok and he wanted to help, the senior doctor proceeded with his work to check on the unconscious sick boy. He asked Hongseok to help him run the tests but Hongseok wasn't moving or responding to his orders, he had his eyes on Changgu and Changgu only.

Dr. Kim knew that Hongseok was too emotionally attached, he held his arm and made him sit down in the waiting room, "Call your brother" Dr. Kim ordered  and went inside to follow up on Changgu's condition.
