It’s already past midnight, but Zico was still lying on his bed without any signs of waking up.

___: “Jiho-ah…hurry and wake up…aren’t you still waiting for my promise?” I whispered as my hand gently touch his hair

B-bomb: “___-ah, you should go home first. I will take care of Jiho tonight.” He was really worried about me

___: “No oppa… I want to be with Zico. Don’t worry about me; I can take care of myself. Maybe you should go home since block b oppas already left.”

B-bomb: “but…” he stopped persuading me because he knows how stubborn I am “ok… but tomorrow it’s my turn…take care of yourself” he said before leaving the room

I turn my full attention back to Zico who is still refusing to wake up…not long after, I fell deep asleep next to him…

ZICO’s POV

I don’t know where I am… it’s so dark I can’t see anything…but I heard someone talking to me

“Jiho-ah…hurry and wake up…aren’t you still waiting for my promise?” this voice…is ___...I really want to see her right now, hold her and tell her that I love her…but I can’t find the way out…then I saw a light, I followed it…my eyes slowly opened and was greeted by the hospital ceiling…

Zico: “What? Where am I?” I tried moving but something was holding on my hand. I weakly lifted my head and saw ___, sleeping with her hands tightly on mines. I tried shaking her hands to get her attention, but she was deep asleep. Then the door opened.

A man wearing all black came inside with another following close behind…I looked closely and eyes widen

Zico: “Appa??” …why is my father here? He can’t possibly be worried about me, since he hates me. “What are you doing here?” I asked coldly and quietly to avoid waking up ___

Dad: “What do you mean? I’m your father; I have the right to see my son. Enough with the chit-chats… take your stuff…we’re leaving…” he commanded

Zico: “I never thought of you as a father since you married that b**ch you call a wife. And where the hell am I going? I’m not leaving with you!” I was angry but still able to controlled my volume

Dad: “I don’t care what you think. I’m taking you to America to treat your body.”

Zico: “I’m not going!” I was on the edge of exploding. I tried lifting my hands to show my strong disapproval, but it won’t listen… “WTF!” my hands were weak, too weak to show any strength or power

Dad: “See. You need to treat yourself. I still need a person to carry on my business, and since you’re my only son, I have no other choice.”

I knew I had to treat myself, but how can I leave ___ here? I looked at her feeling as confused as ever. My dad must have noticed.

Dad: “This must be your new girl!” *smirks* “If you don’t want her to get hurt, you better following my orders. You know from your conditions, you can’t fight against me.”

What kind of a father threatens their own child? But I was actually worried. When Gyuri was still here, he actually threatens her to leave me, because she was not ‘high-society’ enough to date a rich man’s son. I was confident enough to protect Gyuri since I trusted my abilities, however, my condition is bad now, and I have no power against him. This nut job will do anything to get what he wants, and no doubt he will hurt ___. I can only protect her after I recover from my injuries…going to America seems to be the best decision for now.
