The next morning, Saturday, 6am

Jisoo's POV

I woke up in the middle of my sleep and felt an arm around my waist. I opened my eyes and saw Jennie

I had almost forgotten that she was sleeping with me as it had been a long time

Her arms were around my waist, legs entagled with mine, and her head was resting against my chest

It felt as if there was a concert band inside of my heart as my heart was beating really quickly. I hope that she would not wake up from the sound of my beating heart

Seeing her sleeping soundly beside me and the way her body fits perfectly against mine made me wide awake

I lay in bed for the next 5minutes, but I could not fall back to sleep

I think I need to go for a morning jog to clear my head and to relax

Carefully, I lifted her hand that was still wrapped around my waist, only to feel the hand tighten even more than before

Shoot, did I wake her up?

I turned to look at her, but her eyes were still closed

I continued my 'mission' to leave the bed, only to be startled

"Where are you going unnie...?"

Damn, her sleepy voice in the morning still makes her sound good

"I'm just going for a jog, you can go back to sleep, it's still early"

"Mm..."

I lifted her hand and got off the bed to grab a track suit to change into

As I turned around to head for the toilet, I saw her sitting up on the bed, rubbing her sleepy eyes

"Unnie, can I follow you for a jog?"

My eyes widen, jaw dropped

Did Jennie just asked to jog with me at 6 in the morning??

"...Did I hear you correctly? You want to jog with me at 6am?"

"Hmm... Yes, can I? I haven't spent much time with you yesterday"

"If you want to..."

I left my room to head to the bathroom to change my clothes. Grinning from ear to ear

Jennie who has never woke up before 9am for no good reason wants to come with me for a morning jog because we didn't spend much time yesterday

I was smiling so widely that I got a fright from myself as I looked into the mirror

It has been a long time since I smiled this much

I wore a maroon hoodie and a red jacket over as it was cold outside paired with black leggings

I left the bathroom to find Jennie who had already changed into her exercise outfit

She was wearing a black long sleeved and black leggings like me, sitting on the couch waiting for me

"Jennie you ready? Let's go"

"Ok"

We left the dorm and began walking outside of the streets that were still empty

"Unnie, where are we going to jog?"

"Let's go to the park near our dorm and jog for about 3km"

Immediately after telling her about the distance we were going to jog today, Jennie froze in place

"3km...?"

"Yes, 3 kilometres or 3,000 metres if you don't know what 3km means"

I continued walking, with Jennie trailing behind

As I was excited for my jog, and to also spend time with Jennie who seldom exercises, I forgot about her date with Taehyung yesterday
