A cold water pouring on Jiu’s black hair, slowly going down through every inch of her body as she close her eyes while her mind busy with a lot of things that keep wondering inside

 

“They almost bring Siyeon. The girl I told you yesterday”

 

Sua’s voice along with those words, keep ringing in Jiu’s mind.
Open her eyes slowly, Jiu just staring down as she stare blankly at the water that gone through the floor drain, before she decided to turn off the shower and wrapped herself in white bathrobe

 

“So, probably this girl could be their next target..”

 

“We don’t have a choice. She already got involved. We must protect her”

 

“Minji, you okay?”

 

Jiu snapped back from her thought to the reality once she can hear her bodyguard voice.
Turn her head to the front, Jiu can see her bodyguard glancing at her through the mirror in the car while driving

 

“No.. those guys show up again”

 

Jiu say it in low tone as she lean the back of her head to the top of her seat. Seeing that, her bodyguard who watch her from the mirror just can nod in understanding as he still keep his focus on the road

 

“I see.. I heard, the girl Bora brought yesterday almost got kidnapped”

 

“Yeah, lucky Gahyeon can chased them”

 

Her bodyguard just can nod as an response to Jiu until he can hear Jiu deep sigh makes him glance to the mirror again just to find Jiu leaning her head on the window car. Staring at the night view of Paris city

 

“We’re not even close to our goal, yet we got another responsibility to take care of”

 

“Are you blame that girl?”

 

“No, I pity her. She got amnesia or maybe brainwashed as the doctor said. And without even knowing she got involved to our mess life and she doesn’t even know if her life absolutely in danger”

 

That words coming out smoothly from Jiu’s lips as she recall all the things that Sua told her and Handong a few moments ago just to makes her getting more worried every second pass

 

“So, it’s kinda impossible to send her back to her country..”

 

“Yeah, and like usual the police didn’t really help”

 

Jiu say that while clenching her fist as her memories suddenly playing in her mind. While biting her lower lip, Jiu try to calm herself down as she can feel the hatred inside her heart now burning again. Meanwhile her bodyguard who can notice that just can stay silent as he still focus on the road

Jiu walk entered the hotel where the party that held by Mr. Abelard, their company partner in Paris implemented.
Jiu can see from the edge of her eyes, people start to staring at her once she stepped out from the car with a black short tight dress that capture her perfect body line. But she doesn’t mind it as she just walk until the waiter who seems like got stunned over her looks, snapped back and lead Jiu to the party room. Knowing that, Jiu just offered him a tiny smile that success makes the waiter hard to breath

 

“Are you try to kill him?”

 

Jiu just smile when she heard that coming out from her bodyguard who just followed her from behind until the three of them including the waiter got into the elevator. Nervously press the button, the waiter sometimes glance to Jiu. Absolutely, to checking her out, makes Jiu just can shake her head in her mind but keep her straight face that still looks so friendly outside. A second later she can see the elevator door slowly closing but before it really closed, Jiu can see between a small space. There’s a girl outside, seems in rush running towards the elevator

 

“WAIT!”

 

That girl shout in France while raised her hand to the elevator direction, makes Jiu who seeing that quickly reach for the button just to makes the elevator door slowly open again. Upon seeing that, that girl immediately get into the elevator and standing beside Jiu while manage her breath, absolutely fail to notice if the waiter now glancing at her with an annoyed face.
Of course, because he can’t check Jiu out anymore since that girl standing between him and Jiu, while Yunho which is Jiu bodyguard just standing behind, while watching the three in front of him

 

“What floor is Miss?”

 

Jiu ask that girl politely in France, makes that girl slowly lift her head just to glance at Jiu for a second before she turn her head to the direction where is the elevator button at

 

“Tenth floor-“

 

Upon hearing the first word from that girl, Jiu quickly reach for the button not even let that girl reach them by her own hand.

Lucky, their destination floor is same.

Pulling her hand back, Jiu just stand there as the elevator slowly closed again meanwhile that girl, she just can blink blankly as she slowly also pull her hand back to her side.

Not really know how to react at that moment, until she can feel the elevator start to move

 

“Guess, you ran all the way here”

 

Jiu smile to that girl in the end of her words, makes that girl again just blink blankly before she turn her head to the side just to bow politely to Jiu while saying thank you. Seeing that, Jiu quickly tell that girl to lift herself, before she offered that girl a tissue.
Again, that girl just blink blankly while staring at the tissue for a second before she staring at Jiu in confused.
Notice the gaze, Jiu can’t help but let out a soft chuckle as she found that girl act kinda cute

 

“You’re sweating”

 

That words coming out from Jiu’s lips smoothly, but that girl again just blink blankly for a few seconds before she can hear a click in her head. Feels kinda embarrassed, that girl just can lowered her head as she start to manage her silver hair that absolutely in mess, totally forgot with Jiu who still raising her hand.
Offering a tissue.
Notice if that girl is really forgot about her, Jiu just can shake her head slowly but smile in the end as she raised her hand to the girl forehead that kinda covered by her bang

 

“Excuse my action Miss..”

 

Jiu say it softly as she wipe that girl sweat off of her forehead.
While in the other hand, that girl just can stand still as she watch every single move Jiu made. Honestly it’s not like Jiu being rude towards that girl. It just that girl really looks like a mess after she ran to the elevator. And Jiu can’t help but to fix her look, even just a little

 

“Turn into Minji?”

 

Jiu turn her head to her bodyguard direction after she can hear Yunho speak those words in Korea along with smirk that visible on his face. Seeing that, Jiu just smile slightly to him as she throw the tissue into the trash can that placed near her.
But little did she know, someone is putting something in her wrist without anyone's knowledge.
A second later, a sound can be heard as if it tells them if they’re had reached their destination floor. Stepping outside, Jiu just glance to the girl who bow deeply to her once they get out from the elevator makes Jiu has to tell her again to lift herself then say a quick welcome to her as the waiter shows her the way to the party room.

But, just a few steps away from the elevator Yunho’s words suddenly caught Jiu’s attention as she quickly turn her head just to find Yunho staring at her wrist.
Following his gaze, Jiu just can frown as she find her necklace now encircled in her wrist makes her quickly bring her other hand to her collarbone

 

‘How???’

 

Jiu questioning that in her mind as she staring at her necklace that now on her wrist. Just for a few seconds before she suddenly stop her steps and turn to Yunho again.
Seeing Jiu suddenly stop, Yunho also quickly stop his steps and raised one of his eyebrows when he found Jiu glancing behind him. Probably looking for someone, but that someone nowhere to be seen

“..... Ms. Kim?”

 

Jiu snapped back out of her mind when she can see a man got into her sight out of sudden. Realize who is the person is, Jiu quickly bow and apologize to him as she just smile awkwardly after that. Meanwhile that man, he just smile back and say if it’s not a big deal, makes Jiu just can curves a tiny smile on her face.
Feel relieved somehow

 

“You must got a lot of thing in your mind, Ms. Kim”

 

Mr. Abelard smile in such a sweet way. Meanwhile Jiu, still just offered him a tiny smile. Not even bother to give him a response.
A second later, Jiu finally can notice from the edge of her eyes there’s so many guys staring at her and Mr. Abelard. And from what Jiu can see, they absolutely envy Mr. Abelard as that man keep talking to Jiu makes them can’t even approach her. Knowing that, Jiu just feel amused inside her mind as she also can notice the annoying glare from those people that send directly to Mr. Abelard.
But since Mr. Abelard it’s the one who held this party. They can’t do much about it

 

“How’s your cousins, Ms. Kim?”

 

“They are good”

 

Jiu lift the side of her lips, after she said those words. While glancing to Mr. Abelard who just can nod his head repeatedly

 

“Great then, anyway want me to get you something?”

 

“A glass of wine would be good, Mr. Abelard”

 

Jiu smile kinda sweet to Mr. Abelard, who immediately smile widely as he heard what Jiu said. And also the main reason of his wide smile absolutely no other than the smile Jiu gave to him.
Glancing around, Jiu can hear Mr. Abelard call for his waitress while Jiu just standing there, facing him until a second later, Jiu’s eyes catch the waitress that called by Mr. Abelard looks familiar.

No, she familiar to Jiu.

That silver hair is a prove.

 

“Here’s your wine, Ms. Kim”

 

Jiu turn her head to the front once she heard that, just to find Mr. Abelard handed her a glass of wine that she gladly take with a smile.
A little cheers, Jiu slowly bring the wine to her lips and took a sip on it even though her gaze now still on the waitress that seems act like she doesn’t even know Jiu. But Jiu doesn’t mind her act, cause what is in Jiu’s mind right now absolutely something else.
And before Jiu can speak out her mind, she can see from afar a woman hurriedly approached them.
Just in a few of seconds, that woman now standing beside the waitress, quickly raised her hand just to put aside the silver hair of the latter, immediately showing them an expensive earring hanging in her ear. Seeing that familiar earring, the woman quickly sending her a glare while Jiu and Mr. Abelard just can stand there watching them in silence.

Not really understand the situation

 

“You!”

 

That woman glaring madly at that waitress, makes Jiu who see that raised one of her eyebrows before she can notice the smirk on the waitress face

 

“Oops..”

 

And with that, the waitress quickly giving the tray she holding to that woman who just can widened her eyes seeing that girl running away very fast, after give her quick a wink.
Upon seeing that, that woman suddenly shout to whoever in the party who can hear her as she call out the waitress by..

 

“THIEF!!!!!!”

 

And no need to wait any longer, just in split of second the party absolutely turn into a mess as there’s a lot of security guard try to catch the waitress who seems really fast and agile.
But, such a shame a few moments later cause most of the security guard unknowingly now laying on the floor while the waitress just fooling around with them. Like, pushing the table when those security guards want to catch her, or pour some ice on the floor just to makes them slip on it. And just by watching that, Jiu can’t believe her eyes as she see that girl now standing in the main door, bowed politely just to lift herself a second later and wave her hand

 

“ENJOY YOUR NIGHT, PEOPLE!”

 

That girl shout with a wide grin on her face before she quickly run outside, when she can see some of those security guards now start to get up and try to catch her again. Just by seeing that, Jiu start to wonder while she can hear the room now filled with Mr. Abelard voice who quickly get to the stage and apologize to his guest when there’s a lot of guest start to check their own thing just to realize if the waitress also stole their things. And in split of second the party filled with groan and complain as Mr. Abelard try to calm his guests down as he said he would take the responsibility over this.
But, Jiu doesn’t really care as something still wondering in her mind, after she saws that girl action

 

‘How can she handle those people even without physical contact ????’

“I’m really sorry for what happened, Ms. Kim”

 

Mr. Abelard accompanying Jiu till the front of hotel, while Jiu just shake her head upon hearing that coming out from Mr. Abelard mouth

 

“No, don’t be sorry. We can’t guess what will happen in our life. It’s okay”

 

Jiu smile softly to Mr. Abelard who feel amazed by Jiu’s words. While Jiu in the other hand just glancing around until she can see a car stop right in front of the hotel.
Familiar with that car, Jiu just smile before she excuse herself after she can see Yunho get out from the car absolutely just to open the door for Jiu. But right before Jiu get into the car, she can feel someone grab her wrist makes her slowly turn her head. Just to staring at Mr. Abelard in confused

 

“Do you have time tomorrow? It just.. maybe we can take a little walk? Or going somewhere to release stress??”

 

Mr. Abelard ask Jiu nervously as he still grab Jiu by her wrist. While in the other hand, Jiu just smile in response when she heard that.
But a second later Jiu slowly shake her head, give Mr. Abelard absolutely a rejection

 

“I really appreciate that, Mr. Abelard. But, unfortunately I have to go back to korea tomorrow morning”

 

Jiu speak softly as she can notice disappointment on Mr. Abelard face upon hearing her rejection. Release Jiu’s wrist and say if it’s okay, Mr. Abelard just can curves a tiny smile while watching Jiu get into the car then staring at it as the car drive away from the hotel

 

“Wow.. Minji.. again??”

 

Yunho shake his head in disbelief as he was absolutely standing there when Mr. Abelard ask Jiu out. But got unnoticed by the latter as he too focus on Jiu.
While Jiu, upon hearing Yunho’s words just can shake her head slowly, feel amused somehow with what just happened earlier

 

“Don’t mention it, oppa”

 

“What?? How can I- Just.. please remind me again with how many people got rejected by you until now???? Geez, Minji.. I can’t believe this. How can you not even interested with these people??? They’re good looking and rich!!!”

 

Yunho said that such in frustration tone, while Jiu just let out a soft laugh upon hearing that coming out from his mouth. Not really care if Yunho now absolutely staring at her still in disbelief through the mirror

 

“I don’t understand you.. even I can’t understand how Bora and Handong are exactly just like you???? There’s so many people ask you out, but you just rejected them all easily!!”

 

Jiu laugh out loud hearing that, while Yunho just can shake his head feels kinda done over the Kim’s that absolutely are the same when it comes to the situation earlier. He really can’t understand them.. and start to wonder what is inside these girls mind until his eyes suddenly catch someone on the side of the road when he slowly stop the car as the traffic light is bright red

 

“Hey, Minji.. look at your left, there’s a Enjoy your night people girl on the side of road”

 

Yunho chuckle over his own words that included some France as she call that girl on the side of road by what the latter shout in the party. While Jiu, who sit in the back just can frown as she kinda confused by Yunho’s words but turn her head to her left anyway, just to find that silver hair girl walk casually and jump a little as she seems really enjoy her walk.

For a few seconds, Jiu just staring at that girl while that girl start to spinning around on the road makes Jiu just can smile watching her before she let out a soft chuckle as she can see that girl accidentally bump on couple and quickly apologize. Shake her head slowly, Jiu really can’t understand that girl as that girl staring blankly to the couple who just walk away, totally ignored her. But a second later, Jiu’s smile suddenly disappeared as she can see a smirk on that girl face when she walk away while playing the wallet on her hand.

And Jiu dare enough to bet,

that wallet isn’t hers

 

“Oh, look at that. Such a professional thie- W-WAIT! WHERE ARE YOU GOING???!!”

 

Yunho seems panic as Jiu suddenly get out from the car and quickly cross the road while waving her phone as an response to Yunho who also got what Jiu mean by waving her phone in the air.

Sigh deeply, Yunho just can massage his temple as he can see Jiu absolutely followed that silver hair girl from behind until both of them nowhere to be seen. Strangely, they lost from Yunho sight just in the same time as the light turn green makes Yunho quickly drive the car away, looking for a near cafe.

But a second later, a smile suddenly appeared on his face when the scene from earlier cross into his mind

 

“What on earth..”

Jiu shout in France while trying hard to catch up with that girl who seems kinda far from her. Thanks to her heels, and also her short black dress that make it more harder to chase that girl. But Jiu doesn’t give up easily as she force her legs to walk faster until she finally can grab that girl black hoodie makes that girl turn immediately just to raise her eyebrow staring at Jiu in confused as she took off her earphones

 

“Is there anything I can help you, Miss?”

 

That girl turn around as she facing Jiu who just can raised her hand, signaling that girl to wait for a seconds as she manage her breath first. Knowing that, that girl just can staring at Jiu as she looks kinda familiar to her. A second later, it finally click in that girl mind as she suddenly clapped her hands makes Jiu now is the only one who staring at her in confused

 

“Minji!”

 

That girl point out at Jiu confidently while say the name. Heard that Jiu quickly widened her eyes in surprise as she didn’t expect that girl know her real name.

Being nervous, Jiu just glancing around makes that girl raised one of her eyebrows totally confused by Jiu’s act

 

“What are you looking for Miss?”

 

Jiu snapped back to her, once she heard that and widened her eyes again in surprise. Quietly, she wonder if she just heard it wrong cause what she heard was, that girl suddenly speak in Korean. And as if that girl can understand Jiu gaze, she again open . Definitely speak in Korean that immediately makes Jiu stare at her in disbelief

 

“Y-you??? You speak Korean???”

 

“Of course. I’m a Korean”

 

“Wha- I mean it doesn’t matter now, just.. How come you call me by that name??”

 

Jiu ask kinda panic, as her mind start to filling up with the bad things that could happen soon if there’s someone heard her real name.
It will be bad for her, especially if those unknown people who been chasing her and her cousins since four months ago suddenly show up. Like what happened to Sua in Korea.
She doesn’t want to fight them in such a short dress, and yet she doesn’t even bring her gun with her

 

“Hey, earth to Minji”

 

Jiu snapped back out of her mind once she can see that girl waving her hand right in front of her face makes Jiu quickly blink as she move her gaze just to staring at that girl

 

“I’m sorry, I kinda zoned out”

Jiu frown immediately upon hearing that. Totally confused by that girl words as she forgot what she just ask also because she kinda busy with her mind before.

That girl still laugh over Jiu makes frown be more visible on her face. A second later Jiu force her brain to work, just to search for the reason why that girl suddenly laugh. But still..

Jiu staring at that girl in such a innocent way makes that girl laugh out loud once she heard that out smoothly from Jiu’s mouth, and of course because of Jiu face that looks so cute in her eyes right now.
She doesn’t know why, but she found Jiu looks like a kid asking for a candy at this moment.
But later, she decided to calm herself a little as she notice Jiu start to glaring at her

 

“Fine, you.. just a few moments ago you asked me how can I call you by that Minji name, and I answered, I heard your bodyguard call you by that Minji name in the elevator. But, you totally busy with your mind and missed out my answer and then I snapped you back from your thoughts, just to know if you’re already forgot what you ask and then you-“

 

“Okay, enough. I got it. It just.. nevermind. I’m Jiu, Kim Jiu..”

 

Jiu cut the girl words as she introduced herself to that girl in hope, so that girl can stop saying her real name.
It just.. it’s too dangerous to spit out that name outside like this.
But it seems Jiu hoping too much

 

“Kim.. Jiu?? I thought your name would include Min-“

 

“It just a nickname”

 

Jiu cut the girl words again. Quickly, before that girl can even say that name again. Heard what Jiu says, that girl just can nod in understanding before she stare at Jiu with such an innocent look

 

“But that name sounds cute. Can I call you by-“

 

“No”

 

“Huh? Why??”

 

“I don’t like that name”

 

“But it’s a good name, and your bodyguard ca-“

 

“Why you not just introduce yourself back to me Miss?”

 

Jiu sounds annoying as she start to dislike this girl behavior while that girl seems not even aware by that, and just grin widely while introducing herself

 

“Yoohyeon. Kim Yoohyeon”

 

‘Same surname yet different.’

 

That’s the words that studdenly cross into Jiu’s mind when she heard that girl name, which is Kim Yoohyeon.
Not even mind her thoughts that seems want to bring her back to her past memories, Jiu start to say her purpose which is why she chase Yoohyeon just to makes the latter smile while listening to every words that coming out from Jiu’s lips. For a few seconds Yoohyeon just let Jiu say those words out until she finish with her speech, makes Yoohyeon smile grow wider after that.
But what coming next suddenly send a chill to Jiu’s bone

 

“Please mind your own business, Jiu-ssi”

 

Yoohyeon say that such in a cold tone, even though her face still looks really friendly.
But, Jiu can notice if Yoohyeon absolutely mean those words makes Jiu just can shut for a second, before she decided to say the thing that keep wondering in her mind to Yoohyeon. But not even have a chance to say those words, a unknown hand suddenly encircled on Jiu’s neck makes her startled on her spot until she found a foreigner guy beside her, staring at her with a naughty smile

 

“Woahh, who is this?? Hey, Yoohyeon.. why you never told me if you got such a gorgeous friend”

 

Jiu can see that foreigner guy glancing at Yoohyeon with a smirk on his face, before his gaze fully back on Jiu along with that naughty smile.
Hear that deep voice speak in France Jiu just can raised one of her eyebrows before she can hear a laugh from behind her. Upon hearing all of that, Jiu assumes if there’s three of them in total.

Three people?

It’s not really a problem to Jiu. She can fight all of them if she should but, she couldn’t fight them here.
It just too crowded, and she is not in her best condition to fight since she wear a dress at this certain moment makes her sigh deeply in her mind just before,

“.. get your hand away from her. Now”

 

Those words, cold, deep and full of emphasis suddenly got into Jiu’s ears as she slowly move her gaze, staring at Yoohyeon who definitely staring at the foreigner guy who has his hand on Jiu. Upon hearing that, Jiu doesn’t know why but she suddenly got a bad feeling when she can notice how dark Yoohyeon eyes right now. But a second later all Jiu can hear is a laugh that coming out from the guy beside her that suddenly filled her ears as she can feel that guy slowly squeeze closer to her with a smirk that getting more visible on his face

 

“Hey, Yoohyeon.. What if I don’t? Are you gonna kill-“

 

Not even can finish his words, that guy suddenly got a scratch on his cheek makes him immediately step back in surprise and release Jiu in process. Notice that, Jiu seems confused with what just happened as she found Yoohyeon unknowingly already standing beside her, slowly pulling her own hand back to her side.
While glaring to those guys..

 

“I warned you”

 

Yoohyeon say that again in such a cold tone, yet low while Jiu just can stand still as she just notice a scratch on the guy cheek makes her wonder for a second, before she notice a thing on Yoohyeon hand.

A broken earphone..

 

‘Wait, did she just-‘

 

“Follow me, let’s finish this!”

 

That guy point out at Yoohyeon as he walk into the dark alley followed by his friends behind.
Notice that, Yoohyeon just staring at him for a second before she decided to follow them. But even before Yoohyeon can step away, a hand suddenly held her.
No need to guess who is it, Yoohyeon already knew who’s the one who held her, makes her just can turn her head back.

Giving Jiu a tiny smile..

 

“Jiu-ssi, I think I told you before to mind your own-“

 

“Don’t go, please..”

 

Heard that, Yoohyeon immediately raised one of her eyebrows as she can notice Jiu also beg through her eyes.

Meanwhile in the other hand, Jiu keep hoping inside her heart. Hope Yoohyeon would listen to her, even though they’ve just knew each other name a few moments ago.

It just, Jiu can’t let Yoohyeon follow those guys by herself, even imagine it makes Jiu worry and also she got those bad feelings inside her that she can’t ignore. She scared if something bad happens to Yoohyeon. Even though she just meet that girl. But still, she can’t help but worry. And it seems like Yoohyeon also can feel her worries, makes Jiu now can see Yoohyeon showing her a wide grin as she try to convince her

 

“I got this, no need to worry!”

Jiu wait impatiently as she glance to the road, just to make sure if Yunho finally arrived or not. Biting her lips, she feels so nervous as she start to getting more worried about Yoohyeon. Staring at the time on her phone, Jiu just can sigh deeply as it already passed thirty minutes since Yoohyeon remove Jiu’s grip from her own wrist, and walk away to follow those guys..

 

“But you’re a girl! And there’s three of them!”

 

“Jiu-ssi, I can handle this by myself. No need to worry, really.. anyway thanks to worry bout me but, there’s nothing to worry about. Really!!”

 

“But-“

 

“Kim Jiu, listen. You really surprised me by your personality, that’s why I didn’t take your necklace and decided to encircle it in your-“

 

“Wait! So it was really you? How???”

 

“Yes I am. And I will explain it next time. But like what I say, you surprised me. You’re different from those people”

 

“Wait, what do you mean by those people?”

 

“Umm.. it sounds kinda lame, but I just steal from the rich”

Their conversation a few minutes ago suddenly cross into Jiu’s mind as she held onto the black hoodie that belongs to Yoohyeon as a guarantee if she will return safely.

But of course even though Yoohyeon promise her to return safely, Jiu can’t just standing there while waiting. She should do something just in case Yoohyeon took too many times.
Thinking about that girl, somehow Jiu start to wonder how can she be this worried over a person she barely now?

She can’t understand why.. it just already in her blood.

Just like what Sua said, if just Jiu is the only one who found Siyeon.. she definitely gonna do the same as Sua. Even Handong probably gonna do the same too. Also Gahyeon..

Let’s just call, helping people is just like their hobby.. but even though they helped people, they didn’t trust them easily.
Too many betrayal they taste since their parents dead. It changes the inside of them, even though the outsides are still the same..

And a few minutes has passed without Jiu knowing, as she still busy with a lot of things inside her mind. But a second later she suddenly snapped back to the reality when she can feel a pat on her shoulder just to meet Yunho, staring at her with a frown as he standing beside Jiu right now. Seeing that, Jiu just can staring at him as she also can notice the gaze Yunho gave to her as if it asking her what happened makes Jiu sigh deeply before she tell him the whole story of what just happened.

“Okay, so who is Yoohyeon???”

 

Yunho walk in front of Jiu, entered the dark alley that just have a dim light in some spot of it. While Jiu behind him just said if it’s the way Yoohyeon took as the latter followed those guys who almost did something to her but lucky Yoohyeon stop them, and because of that, they challenged Yoohyeon into a fight, and the worst thing is Yoohyeon agreed.
Upon hearing if those guys almost did something to Jiu, makes Yunho boiled up immediately as he swear in his mind if he would give them some lessons once he found them.
But, he try to stay calm and decided to ask Jiu a question just to distract himself from his mind that want to meet those guys as fast as he can.
But unfortunately, Jiu notice the anger in his eyes makes she just shake her head slowly and telling Yunho to not do anything that no need to be done.

Well, Yunho just lift the side of his lips as he absolutely not gonna obey Jiu words at this time

 

“You still didn’t answer my question with who is this Yoo-“

 

“The silver hair girl who ruined the party earlier is Yoohyeon”

 

Jiu cut Yunho words casually, even before he can finish it makes Yunho upon hearing that, quickly snapped his head to Jiu with a frown that visible on his face, when he can hear every single words that coming out from Jiu’s lips so clearly.

But when he heard that, he can’t help but staring at Jiu with ‘are you kidding me?!’ look in his eyes. While Jiu in the other hand, just staring at him totally like she doesn’t care with the gaze that Yunho gave to her. Notice that, Yunho just turn his head back to the front then shake his head slowly a second later.

Somehow, he feel amazed towards Jiu as he also can’t understand what is in the girl mind right now

 

“Wow, you still really like.. to get involved in people life”

 

“I can’t help. It’s in my blood and I just want to help”

 

Jiu just shrugged her shoulders, while say those words. Meanwhile Yunho in the other hand just can sigh in defeat

 

“Yea, I know. But just to remind you, this Yoohyeon girl is bad girl. She is a thief”

 

“There’s must be a reason behind. Don’t judge people”

 

“Oh, yea. I forgot, I talk to Minji right now”

 

Yunho rolled his eyes over his own words while Jiu just can staring at his back in annoyed.
Is it wrong to help people?
Like what she said before, it just already in her blood. She can’t help it. Even though she knew if some of those people she helped are bad, and some even want to kill her like her former bodyguards
Still, she can’t help it..

 

“By the way, are those guys are the same people like those guys who chased you??”

 

Yunho strikes Jiu with another question makes Jiu who hear that question suddenly raised one of her eyebrows, before she think for a second just to open a second later

 

“I don’t think so. Cause instead of harassing me, they harass Yoohyeon more”

 

Jiu say it while recall the scene that happened earlier. While Yunho, upon hearing that just can nod as an response to Jiu’s words.
At least he doesn’t need to be extra vigilant towards Jiu since the only one who is in danger isn’t her. But still..

 

“Wait..”

 

Yunho suddenly raised his hand, and stop his step, when he can hear a loud sound that seems quite close with them.

Sharpen his hearing, Yunho try to recognize what sound it is as he give Jiu a signal to walk slowly. Get the signal, Jiu just nod her head and follow Yunho from behind while stay close with the latter until they can see a door in front of them that seems like a back house door.
Glance to Jiu, Yunho seems like asking for Jiu’s permission to open that door. While, Jiu in the other hand just can nod her head makes Yunho immediately reach for the doorknob with his hand that already wrapped in gloves. But, just in the same time when Yunho finally grab the doorknob, everything in the other side suddenly became really quiet makes Yunho frown a little before he decided to open the door slowly, just to found a girl with silver hair standing back facing him.

But it’s not what got Yunho’s attention..

 

“Yoohyeon..”

 

Yunho quickly snapped his head to Jiu when he can hear Jiu voice sounds kinda breathless. Pulling the latter behind his back, Yunho looks alerts as he can see the girl who standing not far from them slowly turn around seems aware by their existence. But what makes Yunho confused is, that girl seems dizzy as she grab her head tightly while her gaze now fully on Jiu.
Meeting her gaze with the girl, Jiu body strangely kinda relax makes Yunho who notice that just glance to his back before he glance back to that girl who seems like want to say something, but she decided to not to as she start to glancing around.
A second later, Yunho can see a bitter smile suddenly appeared on that girl face as she found three dead body near where she stand.

On the floor, she can see there’s two dead body sprawling with blood that dripping from some of different area of their bodies. Glance to the first dead body near her, she can see that dead body that sprawling in the middle of the room got a wound in the back of his head. Absolutely, it send him to death immediately while the other that sprawling kinda far from the first got a big wound on his stomachs that also makes him dead right away. Not far from those body, there’s another dead body who sit on the single sofa with a gun in his hand, and some pieces of broken bottle near him.

At the first glance, it seems like a murder that ended up with the killer also committed a suicide by shoot his head with a gun. Also, from how that room looks not really in a mess, it seems like two of those guys, fight with each other while the last person try to separate them. But unfortunately, the broken bottle that used by one of those guys to fight unknowingly hit his back head, send him to death just in any second.

Knowing one of them already dead, the remaining start to blame each other and fight again until the killer got really mad and stab the other many times with a broken bottle on his stomach but, in the end he felt guilty and decided to end his life by shoot his own head with a gun while sitting on the sofa near his friends dead body..

 

..It was a perfect scenario.

 

If just, that girl didn’t standing there.

Yunho swear he absolutely will think if this is just a murder that ended ironically. But unfortunately, he knew it’s not

 

‘No one, can kill instinct’

 

Yunho quickly steps back as he can see that girl suddenly walk towards them. And before even Yunho realize it, that girl now standing outside with them while close the door behind her.
Seeing that girl used a cable to close the door Yunho can’t help but stare at that girl who just glance at them with an empty gaze

 

“It will be good if you shut your mouth”

 

That girl say it in a cold tone, before she slowly walk away while grab her head when she still can feel the pain inside.

Notice that, Yunho just can stand still until he suddenly feel Jiu remove her hand from his grip roughly, makes Yunho just can widened his eyes as he see Jiu quickly run towards that girl

 

“WAIT! MIN-“

 

Yunho cut his own words out of sudden and stop his move when he wants to run to catch up with Jiu. But, even before he can step up, Jiu already close to that girl and quickly pull that girl by her wrist makes Yunho who see that immediately decided just to watch them from a few feet away as his hand slowly move to his back.

Grab his gun.

Watching them in silence, Yunho can’t help but watch every move they made as he can’t take his eyes off from that girl. While in the other hand, Yoohyeon who can feel someone pulling her wrist almost lost her balance as the pain inside her head getting worse.

But, strange enough the pain seems ease a little when she can feel a pair of hands on her cheeks makes her slowly lift her head just to find Jiu in front of her.

Staring into her eyes with a unreadable look

 

“Tell me.. tell me, it’s not like what I saw..”

 

Jiu voice sounds trembling in Yoohyeon ears as Yoohyeon can see how deep Jiu staring into her eyes. Curved a bitter smile on her face, Yoohyeon really can’t understand Jiu.

 

They’re stranger.

 

Why Jiu makes it seems like they’re know each other for long?

Is it just because of her personality?

If it is.. then, Yoohyeon doesn’t deserve Jiu’s kindness. She is a thief, yet she killed people just a few moments ago..

She aware by that. Even though she doesn’t know how she killed them. Not just that, she even wonder too as she realized, she is too clean to be a girl who just killed people.

There’s no blood on her white shirt, not even on her shoes.
It sounds crazy, yet impossible to got nothing on your clothes after you killed people. But it’s true.

 

She got nothing.

 

She is clean, even she sure enough if she didn’t even leave her fingerprints behind. Just like her another murder.

Yes, she killed someone before this.
At that time there’s a guy fight her cause she didn’t want to give him money. And it ended up, with Yoohyeon killed him. But strangely, the police just say if it’s a suicide cause overdosed. She doesn’t know how it happened, she can’t even remember how the fight goes between them.

The next day, she woke up in her house just to found the news about that guy in tv.

Including the murder earlier, Yoohyeon can tell if she’s been killed four people till now.
And killed those people, it’s enough to makes her feel like a monster..

Four people.. just four people..

 

As far as she can Remember.

 

“You better stay away from me”

 

Yoohyeon say that clear enough to Jiu to be heard as she steps back slowly, let Jiu’s hands that on her cheeks now fall to the air

 

“Yoohyeon-“

 

“Please listen to me, Kim Jiu”

 

Yoohyeon lift the side of her lips while staring at Jiu who just staring back into her eyes.
In the same time when she can’t feel Jiu’s hands on her cheeks anymore, the pain suddenly grew even worse makes her should gritted her teeth inside , in hope it can ease the pain.
But even though the pain distract her, she still can notice how deep Jiu staring at her, yet Yoohyeon decided to ignore it.
But again, she can’t help but to give Jiu a tiny smile when she see how her black hoodie somehow fits perfectly on Jiu and she also notice how the necklace she almost stole from Jiu in the elevator before still encircled on the latter wrist. She doesn’t know why, she just..

She feel warm just by seeing that.

Smile bitterly, Yoohyeon can see Jiu not far from her just stand still as she still staring into Yoohyeon eyes.

In the other hand honestly, Jiu doesn’t understand why she being like this. She definitely know what just happened. What she saw..
She is not stupid, but she need a reason.. she can’t judge Yoohyeon by what she just saw. She needs an explanation from the latter.

Deep inside her heart, Jiu somehow know if Yoohyeon is a good person.

 

That’s what she think.

 

Bite her lower lip, Jiu start to fight over her mind. But this time she decided to follow her heart.
Step closer to Yoohyeon slowly, Jiu can notice something inside Yoohyeon’s eyes that seems like screaming at her. Even though Yoohyeon not realize it as she is too busy with the pain in her head she still can notice if Jiu slowly getting closer to her makes her glaring at Jiu immediately. Telling Jiu to stay away from her with her gaze but, that’s not what Jiu see.

What Jiu see is..

Those eyes.. Screaming for help.

 

“Why you so stubborn?!! I say stay away!!!”

 

Yoohyeon shout helplessly as she know she can’t deal with the pain for any longer. Steps back, Yoohyeon can feel if she is gonna lost her conscious soon. But she try to not to.
Bite her lower lip till it bleed, Yoohyeon trying hard to keep her conscious. But every second she trying hard to keep it, the pain also trying hard to take it away.
Shut her eyes tightly, Yoohyeon fail to notice if someone already standing in front of her. But even though she fail to notice that, she knows who is it as she can feel a pair of hand slowly pull her close by her neck.

Yoohyeon doesn’t have a choice. Yet, she doesn’t want any choice.

Lean in as those hands pulling her, the unfamiliar scent now filled Yoohyeon sense.

It calms her, somehow. But not enough to take the pain away.

Slowly but surely, Yoohyeon can feel she lost her strength as the seconds passes till all she can see is black. But, even though all she can see is black, she still can hear that voice just a second before she lost her conscious.

Whisper softly into her ear.. saying that..

 

“I will help you”

Jiu caress Yoohyeon silver hair affectionately as she stare at that girl who now rest on her bed. Brush her fingers on Yoohyeon’s hair, Jiu gaze is perfectly on her as Jiu can’t help when what she saw earlier now suddenly cross into her mind. Knowing that, she doesn’t know why but it makes her fingers that caress Yoohyeon hair immediately stop moving.
Sigh deeply, Jiu decided to slowly pull her hand away from Yoohyeon hair even though she can’t take her eyes off from the latter as her past memories now unknowingly start playing in her mind

 

“He got the profile. Check your phone”

 

Jiu suddenly snapped from her mind when she heard her bedroom hotel door slowly open just to show Yunho quickly entered the room while wave his phone in the air. Heard what Yunho says, Jiu slowly reach for her own phone just to see a notification from her bodyguard who is with Handong right now, send her a message.
Open it immediately, Jiu just stay silent as she can see Yoohyeon’s profile on her phone screen right now. Read it carefully, Jiu eyes follow every single word on it, just to move her gaze back to Yoohyeon a second later when she done read the profile

 

‘Kim Yoohyeon, born in January 7th, 1997. Her dad a drunkard and died a few years ago. And she doesn’t even know who is her mom is’

 

Jiu staring at Yoohyeon deeply as she feel sorry for that girl after she read the profile. There’s a lot of information on that profile but Jiu decided to read only the basic information.

She doesn’t want to know about Yoohyeon too far if that girl it’s not the only one who give her the permission.

What a good girl..

 

“I already took care with all the things, she can go with us to Korea tomorrow”

 

Jiu just nod as a respond to Yunho while in the other hand, Yunho just can stand there while staring at Jiu’s back before his gaze move to staring at the unconscious girl on the bed

 

“Minji, I know I ask you many times.. but still, are you sure to bring her with us?”

 

Yunho ask Jiu while his gaze fully on Yoohyeon. Upon hearing what Yunho says, Jiu just stay silent for a few seconds before she bring her hand again to brush on Yoohyeon’s hair

 

“I told you, the news tomorrow would be our final decision. But since you’re already took care with all of it, I think there’s nothing to worry about”

 

Jiu say it softly as she caress Yoohyeon’s hair.
She doesn’t know why, but at this moment she really want to take care of that girl. Protect Yoohyeon with all her might.
She knows, Yoohyeon got a bad reputation. She is a thief yet killer. But what Jiu see in those eyes is, she lost.

She just lost, just like Jiu when she first found her parents dead body in their garage a year ago.

Seeing Yoohyeon just makes Jiu remember her old self, somehow..

 

“Let’s give her a chance”

“How’s going on there?”

 

“Smooth..”

 

“Good, then”

 

“Yeah, thanks to me. I’m far, but still took care of those things”

 

A guy smile slightly as he heard that words through his phone makes he slowly turn himself just to enjoy the night view from where he stand right now

 

“Fine. I’m gonna treat you later”

 

“Deal. Anyway, we’re done after this right?”

 

“Yeah, we are done. But still we should keep our eyes on them”

 

Another voice can be heard through his phone make he just can nod his head as he quietly followed the conversation

 

“Roger ma’am. But, I still kinda worry..”

 

“About what?”

 

That guy raised one of his eyebrows while he saying that. A second later, he can hear a deep sigh in the other side makes him kinda wonder, but before he can ask what happened another voice can be heard

 

“Don’t worry, they a promise keeper”

 

That voice sounds confident yet calm makes that guy just can curves a tiny smile upon hearing that voice

 

“They will come to me first, anyway”

Yoohyeon blink blankly, staring at the ceiling that looks unfamiliar to her. Start to recall how can she ended up here, she just sigh a second later as she can’t remember even a single thing that makes her can ended up in such a expensive bedroom hotel.

Groan in annoyed, Yoohyeon slowly lift herself to sit on the bed just to realize if there’s a girl beside her.
Sleep peacefully..

 

‘Ji... u???’

 

Again, Yoohyeon just blink blankly as she staring at the black hair girl beside her who seems still deep in her sleep. Can’t believe her eyes easily, Yoohyeon decided to lift her hand and poke Jiu’s cheek just to pull her hand away a second later when she can feel that soft skin on her fingertip

 

‘What?!!!! It’s really her?!!!’

 

Yoohyeon start to freak out as she sure enough if Jiu is really beside her. Start to panic but confused with what she should do, Yoohyeon just can grab her hair as she force her brain to recall what just happened last night and how she ended up here. But, there’s no result. She can’t remember anything, and she afraid if she did something last night that she can’t even imagine-

 

“Oh, you’re awake..”

 

Yoohyeon snapped back to her side immediately when she can hear that deep voice yet sleepy voice coming out from Jiu who just rubbed her eyes cutely while staring back at Yoohyeon. Seeing that, Yoohyeon just can hold her breath as Jiu looks so stunning at this moment

 

‘What is she?! An angel?!!’

 

“Good morning~”

 

Jiu smile brightly to Yoohyeon while still laying on the bed, while Yoohyeon in the other hand just can staring at her. Absolutely got hypnotized by Jiu’s morning beauty. Upon notice that Jiu just let out a soft chuckle before she decided to lift her hand just to pinch Yoohyeon cheek

 

“I know I’m pretty. But don’t staring at me like that. It’s scary”

 

Jiu tease Yoohyeon with her sweet voice makes Yoohyeon just can widened her eyes a second later after she heard what Jiu says. Seeing that, Jiu just laugh as she pull her hand back just to staring at Yoohyeon who seems really panic

 

“W-what?! I-I- I just- I just..”

 

Yoohyeon bring her hand to cover her face immediately when she can’t even finish her words, while Jiu in the other hand just can laugh over her act before Jiu slowly lift herself to sit on the bed. Staring at Yoohyeon for a second, a tiny smile suddenly appeared on her face until she can hear a sound outside. Decided to get down from the bed, Jiu slowly walk to the door and grab the doorknob just to stop a second later when she can hear Yoohyeon voice in her ears

 

“W-where am I? And, how come I be here?”

 

Yoohyeon trying hard to get the words out of her lips while she also still trying hard to get herself back after Jiu’s words that successfully caught her off guard. Knowing that, Jiu just smile to her as she slowly twist the doorknob when the idea comes into her mind, makes that smile suddenly appeared on her face.

That naughty smile..

 

“Last night was fun, Yoohyeon”

 

And with a quick wink, Jiu just left the room. Not forget to close it before she walk to her bodyguard who carried a suitcase in both of his hand. Count in her mind, Jiu just can grin weirdly as she can hear Yoohyeon shout in disbelief in the room, makes Yunho who also can hear that just can raised one of his eyebrows before he glance to Jiu who got a wide smile on her face.

Seems suspicious..

 

“Okay, what happened to her?”

 

Yunho ask Jiu in such a detective way, but Jiu just offer him a smile before she walk to the kitchen with a light step makes Yunho who see that just can staring at her in confused and wonder

 

“So, we were not..”

 

“Of course not. I just check you and suddenly fall asleep there. And we didn’t even sleep in the same bed just so you know”

 

Jiu explains the whole situation to Yoohyeon while her gaze is fully on her tablet. Heard what Jiu says, Yoohyeon just can exhale her breath, feels relieved somehow. But even though she feels relieved now, she can’t be relieved for any longer as Yunho start to speak

 

“But, you should sleep in the same bed when we arrive in Korea. I don’t want to sacrifice my precious room”

 

“Oh yea, I forgot we only have five room in Korea. Guess, we don’t have a choice. Are Siyeon and Sua sleep together too?”

 

“Probably..”

 

“Then, we really didn’t have a cho-“

 

“Wait! Wait there!”

 

Yoohyeon suddenly cut Jiu sentence as her brain too slowly to can get the conversation inside her poor brain. Glancing to Yoohyeon, Jiu and Yunho just can raised one of their eyebrows as they wait for Yoohyeon to speak. Just a few seconds of wait they can see Yoohyeon slowly open , just to speak up what is in her mind makes Jiu and Yunho just can smile while shake their head slowly upon knowing what is Yoohyeon going to say

 

“Wait! Just earlier I woke up in your bed hotel out of nowhere and you asking me to get ready so I can come with you! And then, you ask me to enter this car as we went to that guy house just to return his wallet that I stole! And when I ask you where we gonna go after, you just say I don’t need to ask any questions! Then! Your conversation seems like you want to take me to Korea out of sudden! Like, how can I even leave this place?! I even didn’t pack my things ye-“

 

“No need to worry. Yunho-oppa already pack your things”

 

Yoohyeon just can widened her eyes in shock when Jiu suddenly cut her sentence while the latter gaze still on the tablet. Seeing that, Yoohyeon just can blink blankly before she move her gaze slowly to Yunho who just glance at her through the mirror in the car. Notice the gaze on him, Yunho just grin playfully as he still focus on the road

 

“If you wonder I’m the only one like, I’m the only one who get all of your things into the suitcase. Then, I tell you that I’m not. I paid someone to pack your things, and the most important thing is it’s a girl. So no need to worry Miss”

 

Yunho just can laugh a little when he notice Yoohyeon seems relieved upon hearing his answer. But just for a few seconds later, Yoohyeon looks like she got another question in her mind makes she again staring at Yunho who just can raised one of his eyebrows. Waiting for Yoohyeon to get her question out of her lips. Yunho just stay silent as his gaze fully on the road while he sometimes glancing to Yoohyeon through the mirror just to notice if somehow Yoohyeon looks hesitate before she finally decided to open . Ask the question that suddenly come into her mind while staring at Yunho

 

“Since you pack my things.. it means you know where I live, right?”

 

“Yes”

 

“.. H-h-how????”

 

“Cause I’m a rich”

 

That answer not coming from Yunho, but Jiu who slowly put aside her tablet just to cross her hand on her chest and staring at Yoohyeon while also crossing her legs. Heard the answer Yunho just can shake his head slowly as she notice a smirk on Jiu face while she staring at Yoohyeon who just can widened her eyes before the latter blink blankly, afraid if she just heard it wrong. But she’s not, Jiu even said it twice as she telling Yoohyeon if she already took care with all the things of course with Yunho’s help so she can take Yoohyeon to Korea with her. Upon hearing that, Yoohyeon looks shock as she never been asked to agree to go with them. But again Jiu just smirk, as she says Yoohyeon doesn’t have a choice and just tell the girl to go with the flow makes Yoohyeon just can let her jaw drop as she staring at Jiu in disbelief

 

‘How can I think if she is an angel before???’

 

Yoohyeon ask herself inside her mind, makes her stay silent as she sit beside Jiu. While in the other hand Jiu also stay silent as she glance outside the window beside her. Staring at the Paris City for the last time before she going back to Korea. But, even though her gaze is on it, her mind already far as the news she read on her tablet before cross in her mind.
The news that actually a murder, unknowingly turn into a suicide in the news.
She know if Yunho already took care of that case. But she also knows, even without Yunho help. That case would still turn into a murder and the killer committed a suicide instead of three guy got killed unknowingly. She know that.
Glancing to her side, Jiu just staring at Yoohyeon who seems still busy with her mind. Seeing that, Jiu can’t help but staring at her as she smile bitterly to herself
