Eunsung regrets showing off his skills in the game of volley ball. Sagang is there to help him back on his feet. Well, not literally.

THIS WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN. This was not going as planned. He truly believed it would work, why didn't he thought this through in the first place?

In hailing sharply through the gaps of his teeth, Eunsung seethed as he squinted his eyes. He had his hands latched on his right foot, the grip trying to make himself feel better. On the ground, he grunted at the torching sting in his ankle, cursing under his breath furiously.

"Eunsung!"

He didn't flinch a bit at his friends howling, distressed call, and just hasp his ankle.

"Eunsung," Seokcheol arrived in front of him and crouched down, "You okay?" Eunsung didn't bother answering and stared down at his injured foot. The elder sighed, "You see, I told you to stop accepting childish challenges from Seunghyun."

The wounded lad frowned. He was trying to win over a bet with Seokcheol's younger brother. Seunghyun challenged him, who's ever team wins their game of volley ball gets extra barbecue chicken after and the loser had to get thrown into the sea. Being the fearless, challenging and bold person he is, Eunsung accepted it like a piece of cake. They had split into two teams, Seunghyun with Sagang and Woojin, while he was left with Junwook and Seokcheol.

He thought it'd be easy and even shot a few cool moves to impress his friends, which was something he should very much regret.

Seokcheol helped him up on one foot, Eunsung couldn't help but wince, almost falling onto the golden sand again. The other boys glanced at their poor friend, and called the game to an end.

He deeply sighed. Eyes layering at the sight of the the wide sapphire ocean, in competition with the high endless sky, was breathtaking enough for the latter. He then closed his eyes as he sot on the draped picnic blanket, resting an ice packet on his foot, letting the melody around him take over. The repetitive sounds of the waves crashing rippled in his chest, creating a calm and soothing feel through his body. And when he hear it pull back into the ocean, his lips but on a smile as the hump of water rushed back onto the shore.

Voices of his friends hectic and boisterous squeals took over Eunsung's lost ears, flipping his brave grin. He opened his eyes, getting blinded by the bright sun for a second and gazed at his injured self. Maybe it was just his unlucky day. He had hurt himself before even going in the ocean to have fun and splash around with his great buddies.

Eunsung grunted, tossing the melting ice pack and pulling his left knee closer to his chest, resting his chin.

"Hey,"

A shadow siezed his sight on the bland sand, overcasting the sun's blazing rays from the boy. Eunsung lifted his head, capturing Sagang's bright smile. He stood there, hair shinning and damp, while his cheeks flared a tired shade of red. It was Sagang's usual shimmering smile, though this time, he could feel the hint of sympathy and sent a slight grin back at the lad, only to look down once again.

He felt a weight drop onto the picnic mat next to him and huffed, "You doing good?" Sagang said, picking up the ice pack the elder had threw away and prop it back on Eunsung's sprained foot.

"I guess," He muttered, voice muffled by his knee. Eunsung picked up the collar of his thin white shirt, only to be paired up with his short blue swimming trunks. The material was sticking to his skin, not because of the water, rather his sweat, which was leaking buckets and buckets of them.

"How do you feel?" Sagang continued to question the boy, shuffling closer to Eunsung's sticky body.

He flinched at the touch of their bare arms touching. Eunsung widen his eyes, as he almost forgot the younger was only dressed in black shorts, reaching just under his kneecap. His breath was trapped in his throat, at the thought of Sagang's bare chest and broad shoulders, even though he hadn't even glance at them.

"Not so good." Eunsung quickly mumbled, lips barely moving and scooted forward, still hugging his knee.

"Let's get into the water." The taller male blurted out.

Eunsung spun his head to him and gave an ugly look, forming wrinkles on his forehead, "I'm injured idiot!" He scoffed, smacking Sagang's shoulder with a loud slap, "You go ahead."

Sagang grasped his arm and childishly whined at the pain, glaring at Eunsung. "I'll carry you in the water." He pouted, rubbing the vivid red hand mark.

The elder's mouth fell agape, "Sagang, I'm heavy! You'll get tired easily."

Rolling his eyes, Sagang clicked his tongue, "You're so and probably as light as a feather, and besides, you can't really miss out the fun!" Eunsung was about to open his mouth once again to complain but Sagang was already hunched on the ground in front of him, knees bent.

Sagang turned around and grinned widely, "Get on quickly!" He gushed, flapping his hand.

His cheeks couldn't stop flushing. The brunet was now on Sagang's back, hands wrapped around the back of his neck, hands resting right on the younger's broad chest. His lanky legs were cloaked around Sagang's waist, clinging on like a baby koala. Palms resting under Eunsung's thighs, gripping the boy firmly on his hold.

Eunsung couldn't help but admire the strong scent of the younger, a very tough smell of smokey, burnt wood with a hint of sweetness like cinamon. He nuzzled his nose deeper in Sagang's right shoulder, in hailing and melting at the aroma. It wasn't like anything else. He cuddled close, the comfort was there, as well as the feeling of flowers blooming in his chest overwhelmed at Sagang's safe touch.

In short, Eunsung adored the other's presence.

He didn't know if it was because Sagang gave off the warm pleasing aura that could put Eunsung's heart to peace and comfort, or the hyper atm
