Wendy went back to her house around eleven, she enter the dark living room and found Heechul sleeping at the sofa. She sigh and put blanket for him, she continue to her bedroom to changed. She sit at the king size bed, touch her wrist that JooHyun held before, the weird sensation still there. Wendy lay on the bed, unlocking her phone and find a message from Joy, she starting to like the girl and surprised that Joy is her Junior at University, she only met her once back then, at the day their secret relationship ended. She still wondering how can no one ever know about the pictures of her and JooHyun that pinned at the main Business major main board, she’s sure some people must be saw it. She open Joy message and find JooHyun picture while drinking champange, Wendy know the girl took it at the party and it make her smile,

Wendy shake her head and look at JooHyun pictures, her perfect sideprofile is no joke, her sharp stare, red sweet lips, and her gentle hand that held the champange glass, which Wendy hope that hand would hold her instead. She type thank you for Joy and stare at the picture, remembering the moment their gaze meet each other at the ladies room, the moment JooHyun hold her wrist, and the tingling sensation made Wendy want it more. She want it more than just a staring, holding hands, or kissing eah other, she know for sure she want more than that, she want JooHyun. There’s a pang in her heart that remind her about her family, she have to stay faithful, for Jason. Wendy lock her phone and charge it, staring at the ceiling recall the way JooHyun look at her, that cold eyes become warm and lovely, but another question come to her mind. Did JooHyun still love her? Did she still want her? Or that’s just a sympathy because she’s crying? Wendy suddenly get up from the bed and go to her study room, she lock it from inside and grab JooHyun black sweater at the cabinet. She smell it, she washed it with the same softener JooHyun used to, so the smell still like her’s. She lay at the sofa and smell the sweater, inhaling the soft smell of the fabric softener along with the white musk air freshener. She know she’s a creep and she hate it, but she can’t forget the older girl even she tried so hard, she just can’t. Wendy feel dirty, she do this kind of creepy things when her husband sleeping, and she had a son. Slowly Wendy eyes become heavy and let her enter the dreamland where JooHyun kiss her, touch her, and hold her inside the older girl arms..

The next day went as usual, nothing special happend except Joy and Wendy become a texting buddy. Wendy learned that Joy is a model, part time model, she want to become a full time model but JooHyun force her to join the company. Wendy starting to believed that the soft JooHyun become a tyrant now because of Joy stories at how the older girl told her to do everything and everyone is scared of JooHyun, including her own family, when Wendy asked about their family Joy immediately changing the topic. All Wendy know that Joy and JooHyun is not in a good term, just like a symbiosis mutualism or interspecific cooperation kind of relation. Joy need JooHyun for her modeling career, she need JooHyun influence and power to support her, while JooHyun need Joy as her representatives in Korea, as her ears, mouth, and eyes in the middle of untrusted snobs at her own companies. Wendy also know that JooHyun is married but the older girl barely come home, she always stay back at her office or her personal apartment at Japan, but all the time JooHyun always gone to business trip, always and she doesn’t have any kids. Joy also told her that JooHyun came to Korea because a few executives that responsible at COX project corrupting the money and JooHyun really mad about that. JooHyun sudden arrival already put the heavy tension at company, and she’s staying here until COX Atrium finished, which is a few years from now. Joy also told her COX is a company that focused on fashion and modeling, that’s why Joy have to stuck with JooHyun.

As the time passed, Wendy still remember her latest encounter with JooHyun, their moment together, and how beautiful is the older girl. Wendy always look at JooHyun picture in her phone secretly, she can’t walk away from JooHyun, she can’t..

At the afternoon, Wendy together with her team and her boss have a meeting with some of COX executives including Joy, they are debating about the building design and the time it should be finished. At the moment Wendy want to kick their for not understanding her position, and for forcing their nonsense ideas on the project, while Joy hold her laughter seeing the situation. Try her best not too look angry, Wendy explain everything to them but only received a mock chuckled. Wendy team starting debating with the executives while she try to calm herself and her boss try to calm the bunch of snobs in front of them. She’s regretting her decision to took a part in this project, she’s here to negotiate not to debate.

*Knock Knock*

The sudden knock make everyone in the room stopped, Wendy secretary enter the room and everyone attention turned to the poor girl, the tension is still heavy,

“There’s an executive from COX outside” the girl said, everyone from COX look each other with confusing look, Joy smirked and stood up from her chair, finally have a chance to speak,

“Finally you guys stop spitting bulls, now let her in” Joy said, still walk to the glass door as the other executives mocking her, Wendy blood boil when she heard what they said and she can’t blame them, Joy barely speak at the negotiation too,

“Welcome..” Joy said, smirking when a figure enter the room and make everyone fall silent, especially Wendy, her eyes widenen and dry. She look at the figure who step in to the meeting room elegantly, she wear her white buttons up that tucked in to her dark jeans with black gucci belt, a black heels clicking like a music when she walk, her navy coat hug her petite figure,

“Good afternoon everyone, I’m Irene..” She said, everyone stood up immediately and bow deeply to her, Wendy sneak a glance at her while she bow and her gaze meet with JooHyun’s. Suddenly the older girl look somewhere else, broke their stare.

“I’m really sorry for the interruption, please, continue..” JooHyun said, while walk to the end of meeting table and sit there. Wendy can feel the heavy atmosphere as JooHyun came, but her attention still at the older girl, her heart beat faster and it hurts but also exciting, she tried to regain her focus on the discussion but JooHyun presence are too distracting, for a few times their gaze meet each other, but JooHyun always broke it first. The discussion is become calmer and more to the point but slowly become absurd again. Wendy become more stressed and fell silent, pinching her nose bridge while her team still debating with the executives. Wendy open her eyes and meet with JooHyun’s, in the middle of chaos they share a mysterious stare. Joy still amused at the discussion and not realizing the intense stare between JooHyun and Wendy. Both of them drowning in each other eyes, telling how miserable they are right now, but their focus interupted by one of the executive slam his hands at the table. Everyone become silent and he start to talk furiously,

“I told you we have to-!” the man said but stopped when JooHyun raised her palm slightly,

“Calm down Mr. Jang, no need to raise the voice, will you?” JooHyun asked with soft tone, make the man more angry but he just stay silent and sit back,

“This is a negotiation, not a contest..” JooHyun said calmly, but everyone know it’s a calm before the strom like always,

“As an executive, please don’t embarass youself.” JooHyun said again, everyone in the room must be nervous except for Joy who smirking and Wendy who feel uneasy. Wendy can’t stop feel herself thinking something dirty about JooHyun, the way JooHyun speak make her excited and it’s a bad sign. Wendy drink the water infront of her and try to calm herself as JooHyun speak with her boss, she’s probably blushing now. She look up at Joy and found the girl smirking at her, and at that moment Wendy know she already embarassed herself, everyone must be noticed her blush. One of her team mate asked her if she’s okay and Wendy answered that she’s fine.

With JooHyun participation in the negotiation, everything become easier, clearer, and to the point. Wendy can’t eliminate the thought of how hot is JooHyun when the older girl become serious and demanding. Wendy know she can’t become like this, she have to think about Heecul and Jason instead of the other woman, her ex-girlfriend, but just like people said  secretly in love someone when you are with another person is the sweetest yet hurtfull feeling ever. Wendy become quiet at the entire negotiation, and just explaining something when she’s asked for, she can’t avert her gaze from JooHyun at all. As the meeting reached a conclusion JooHyun shaking hands with Wendy boss, then all of them stand up and shaking hands too, everyone bow to JooHyun to show their respect and she bowing back,

“The agreement had successfully been remake, let’s celebrate it with lunch as my thanks to Na Construction” JooHyun said, inviting all of them to a lunch which is appreciated by Wendy team. They go to a fancy Japanese restaurant and eat lunch while talking about random things. JooHyun is talking with Wendy boss, but sometimes their gaze meet and both of them broke it im
