The autumn gloomy mood isn’t that gloomy anymore if you have someone that distract your thought, that you kissed them secretly, pinned their back at the dark corridor between bookshelves inside library, the one who take your hand whenever you feel the world is cruel, when you almost give up, and the only reason you able to eat again. The one who make you steal glances here and there, staring  each other secretly, it’s a sweet nectar but also a toxic, really poisonous one, that could destroy you anytime. That’s how JooHyun and Wendy relationship is, they are friend, the best friend, who love each other more than that. Wendy become addicted to JooHyun, like an illegal drugs, she addicted to her hug, her warmth, and her lips when she kissed her gently. Wendy can’t get any kisses since their first and second one at the library, when JooHyun confessed at her. JooHyun always teasing her, make her think that they will kiss, but it’s only Wendy who think that way. JooHyun only held her hands, or hug her, no more or less than that. Sometimes Wendy got jealous with the bottles or glasses that JooHyun used, she got jealous over the men that being paired with the older girl by her classmate, saying that they looks good together. She’s jealous, but she can’t tell JooHyun that, because she is her little, dirty, dark secret, and JooHyun is her’s too. Her parents sometimes asked her, if she got any boyfriend, if she had seen some boys, but she told them that she is not interested, she have to finish her study, and focused on it. I’m glad they didn’t budge her after that, she feel bad to lying, but she can’t tell her parents, she can’t let them down, her father is a lawyer, and her mother is a jeweler, she love both of them. She’s always been a great, perfect daughter for them, she has older sister, but the older girl is always busy. Her sister is a great woman, a genius one, and sharp, like her father she’s a lawyer too. Wendy always been interested at beautiful building and music, she’s glad that JooHyun love music too, it makes them closer, while listening at the same song, at their own bedroom at night. As their love grow, the flower inside Wendy is blooming, full of butterflies, and the seasons will change soon, it’s been 3 months since their first kiss.

One cold November, Wendy received a text from JooHyun. They had been texting each other, since JooHyun too busy with her senior year, the older girl take the short semester with many additional classes, so she can gruaduate early. Wendy is sad when the older girl told her that, but it’s her father request make Wendy can’t protest at the older girl. The hectic schedule make them barely meet, Wendy’s schedule doesn’t help either, so both of them only texting each other, send photos, or videos. Wendy is hang out with her friends since it’s the last day of class, tomorrow is winter holiday so she went to a cafe with her friends and joking around, she opened her phone and read JooHyun text,

Hey Wan, are you busy this saturday?

Wendy smile at the text, she have to change the ID, it’s weird. She think for a bit and changed JooHyun ID at her phone, then laugh at how brilliant she is,

To Rabbit :
No, why unnie?

Let’s go out, it’s a date

Wendy smile and jump at her seat, punch the air happily, her friends looking at her weird act but Wendy doesn’t care, the only thing she care is, she’s going to a date with JooHyun this saturday. Tomorrow is winter holiday, but JooHyun is always busy with classes she took, make them barely meet, and this winter holiday JooHyun will be stuck at campus, while Wendy have to fly back to Canada. Today is Thursday, she still have time to shopping some clothes, she will asked her friends later.

From Rabbit :
It’s okay if you can’t, we will go next time Wan-ah..

To Rabbit :
Nonono, its fine. I’m just too happy, its been so long since we hang out together, just both of us..

From Rabbit :

To Rabbit :
Whatever unnie, how was your day?

From Rabbit :
Boring without you, I need my little fluff here

Stop it unnie, I’m hanging out with my friends rn,
Oh what is your plan for the date this Saturday?

It’s a secret, brace yourself.
Anyway, I had to go, class is start soon, bye Wan

Wendy smiled and lock her phone, when she lift her face from her phone, all her friends look at her suspicious. Her smile disappear and her face become flat,

“Did our Wendy dating someone?” Seulgi asked, she look at Wendy suspiciously,

“Probably..” SeJeong said, grinning at her, the girl is at the same major with Wendy,

“No, I’m not” Wendy said, the other three still look at her, wanting an explaination,

“She’s lying, tell us Wan! Or we will look for the guy who make our cold hearted SeungWan fluttering like this” MoonByul said who is from art major, same with Seulgi. Wendy shrugged and nervously sip her hot choco, while the other three still try to get some information from her, but Wendy is stubborn and they give up,

“Um..” Wendy said, getting full attention from the three girls,

“I-i need to go shopping, can you guys help me?” Wendy said nervously, the other three smile,

“Of course Wan!” Seulgi said, the girls doesn’t have to ask, the Wendy they know will always avoid the ‘shopping’ word, it’s definitely for a date, which is make Wendy glad they didn’t ask anything. They went to mall, and look for some clothes, after got the clothes, her friends bid her goodbye. She went to hair salon and decided to dyed light brown, she waited a bit long and when finished, she took a selfie and send it to JooHyun,

To Rabbit :
Decided to dyed my hair, what do you think?

JooHyun probably still at class, so she put her phone and went home. When she arrived, she found Seulgi watching TV at the living room,

“Oh? Wan-ah, welcome back.. you look diff- Wait.. You dyed your hair??” Seulgi said,

“Yeah, sorry haha, I told you to went home first so you don’t have to wait for me” Wendy said, opening her room,

“You look great, I’m wondering who’s this lucky boy” Seulgi said, both of the laugh and Wendy bid the girl goodbye as she enter her room,

‘It’s a girl Seul..’ Wendy thought, she put the clothes seh bought into her closet, then changed into loose white shirt and a comfy short, she lay down at her bed and open her phone, there’s a message from JooHyun,

From Rabbit :
Wow, you are so beautiful, suddenly I want to kidnap you, so I can keep you only for myself.

Wendy’s face become red as she read the response,

To Rabbit :
You are so cheesy unnie, stop it

From Rabbit :
hahaha, but I’m serious when I said you look beautiful, you always look beautiful

To Rabbit :
Whatever unnie, now focus on you class..

Yes mam

Wendy smile at the text, she found it cute, her heart fluttering, she decided to sleep early, so Saturday will come faster.

Wendy’s phone ringing wake the girl, someone call her in the midnight, she’s groaning when she saw the clock show it’s 12 am. She reached for her phone and answered the call,

“Hm? Who is this?” Wendy ask, still half asleep,

“Are you sleeping? I’m sorry to wake you, go back to sleep” JooHyun said at the other side, Wendy jolted up, her drowsiness fanished,

“Nonono, I’m already awake, what’s wrong unnie?” Wendy asked,

“I’m in front of you dorm” JooHyun said, Wendy eyes widened, the girl grab her black parka and go outside,

“What are you doing? It’s freezing out there, you had to go home!” Wendy said, running to the lift, punch the button,

“Nothing, what are you doing now?” JooHyun asked, Wendy lift reached the ground floor and the girl run outside, found JooHyun standing there, alone, her back facing the younger girl,

“Staring at your back” Wendy said, JooHyun spin around and find the younger girl staring at her,

“What are you doing here? It’s freezing! You might catch cold!” Wendy said, the older girl only smile. Wendy grab JooHyun hand and drag her inside, go to her dorm, their way to Wendy room is quiet, with their hands holding each other tightly, speaking how much they missed each other. When they arrived at Wendy dorm, they entering quietly and went to Wendy room. Wendy take off her parka, and grab JooHyun coat, hanging it at the hanger. She told the older girl to sit down, while she preparing hot choco. JooHyun watch the room, she look at the books in the mini shelf, the room look so chic and comfy, the white fluffy carpet, single bed with cream  cover, also the lights Wendy put around her bed make it look like being surrounded by stars, and there’s some aromatic candles that make the room smell like her perfume, white musk and a mixture with Wendy’s signature, strawberry, JooHyun like it.

Wendy enter the room and give a mug of hot choco for JooHyun, the sit beside the girl who sipped the hot choco. Staring at her perfect figure,

“Do you need me to turn on the lights?” Wendy asked, JooHyun shake her head and stare back at the girl,

“No, it’s okay, I like it like this.. I’m sorry to wake you up, I will go home after finishing this drink” JooHyun said,

“No, it’s already past midnight, I can’t let you drive alone, it’s dangerous” Wendy said,

“Just sleep here, I will sleep at the living room, I will prepare some clothes for you to change” Wendy ready to get up but JooHyun held her hand, the older girl put the mug at Wendy’s desk and pull Wendy to sit back,

“It’s ok, Let’s sleep here together” JooHyun said, the bed is small for both of them,

“But th-“ Wendy said, but her words being cut by JooHyun’s,

“I miss you..” JooHyun said, staring at Wendy eyes, the younger girl shocked at the words, but her face soften and she hold JooHyun hand tightly,

“I miss you too, now let go of my hand, I have to bring some clothes for you, and we can cuddle until morning, ah clean your make up too” Wendy said, JooHyun let go of her hand. The young girl open her closet and grab a big grey hoodie that pair with grey pants, she give it too JooHyun and let the girl change while she go out and grab another pillow at the living room. When she enter, JooHyun already finished change and clean up her make up, then go out to wash her face. When she enter the room again, Wendy sitting at the bed and smile. The young girl told JooHyun to lock the room and pull the older girl to her bed, open her arms for the girl. JooHyun smile and lay down with her face at Wendy’s chest, hearing the girls heartbeat like it’s a lullaby.

“I can’t wait until next Saturday, tomorrow I have classes from morning untill night..” JooHyun said, closing her eyes as she feel the younger girl heartbeat and breathing. Wendy her head gently, JooHyun relaxed,

“ You should sleep then..” Wendy said, JooHyun shake her head,

“I want to hear your voice..” JooHyun said,

“Then I will sing for you, so you can hear me even in your dream” Wendy said, kissed JooHyun crown softly. The older girl smile at Wendy’s chest and noded,
